The New Owners have just taken over 10 days ago. The Laundromat is clean and the machines are worn but clean. The Owner was very friendly and helpful. He said that they were working to install new machines with a card system. I am looking forward to the improvements. There is plenty of parking and it is in a plaza with food, a drugstore and a bank. It is also on a busline.

Not impressed with the woman who works there! States on the door that masks are required to enter. She says she was vacinated and doesnt need a mask????? Wait! What? Totally ridiculous! Post rules and the employee doesnt follow them! She can still carry the virus! Which means customers are not safe!

They close very early so if you are busy during the daytime you are out of luck. I do like how clean it is and the machines work. I would come here regularly if they were open a bit later.

Great experience! The ladies who helped us were kind, totally played along with our price is right bet-making on our laundry baskets weight, and did a great job with our clothes. Ive lived in Portland for two years and this is hands down the best laundromat and wash dry fold service. Its clean and quiet inside, very spacious, and there is plenty of free parking right in front of the entrance!

This laundry mat is very clean! Staff are polite and the machines work well. A tad bit pricier than average, but for the quality- can’t complain. I would recommend this place to a friend.

The washers spin cycle worked well, but they made up for that by turning down the heat on the dryers. Its been a while since I was here, so I can tell the difference. Also I touched the glass on all dryers running. Just warm, not hot. I wont come back here.

I used to use this laundromat, got a washer and dryer at home but now am back to using this laundromat. It is still just as clean and welcoming as i remember it being, actually even more so now. Always clean, prices fair and plenty of good machines.

Best place to do your laundry and dry-clean. Machines are good, some are new, dryers are large.The staff is fantastic, very sweet and welcoming.

The lady working 7/29 was awesome. Very helpful. A big texas thank you for the ideas! Bug light and Spring Point werent on our list of to dos but they were awesome and she wrote a list of great things for us to see.

Clean and quiet

One of the cleanest laundromats Ive been to. Theres usually plenty of room and the staff is friendly. There is Wifi access that works well.

This facility is very well maintained, if equipment malfunctions, it is repaired on a timely basis, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

I love the staff efficiency, friendliness and great service on doing my laundry when i dont have the time to do it.

Its nice... When they are open. Today marks the 4th time in recent history that I have loaded my car up with my laundry, drove there, just to find a hand written note on the door saying they closed super early. The last time it happened I CALLED to make sure they were open when I got out of work. Just to show up to a locked door. They are open 7-8 yet today they closed as noon...EDIT: AGAIN!!! AGAIN!!! last load is at 6:30.... I show up at 6:05 and there is a FREAKING note on the door, Last Load 6:00pm.. Was told I was to late when I asked inside.. this is beyond infuriating!
