Isa with Accounting Principals has been the best recruiter Ive worked with. She placed me in the perfect position with a great company. She took the time to understand me and my career path to get the best match. She is very responsive and makes sure you are prepared for your interviews. I met w/ Ann Richmond initially and had a positive and valuable experience. Would have given five stars, but they were not able to connect me with a work opportunity in the end.Ann provided very skilled advice on resume revisions, which I think really paid off in finding a job that matches my strengths and personality. I worked with Isa Terrall and Ann Richmond who placed me with a great company. I originally interviewed with Robert Half and they ALMOST convinced me to take a job that was nearly half the compensation of what I ended up getting thanks to the help of Accounting Principals. Luckily I got a call from Isa who convinced me to come in for an interview even though I had already been placed for a temporary job through Robert Half. I interviewed with her and Ann the following morning and they got me an interview with my current employer that same afternoon. I was hired permanently the following week and was beyond overjoyed to turn down the temporary job with Robert Half. (Also note that when I called RH to inform them I was turning down the temp job, the recruiter was very pushy and rude even though my new job was a far better opportunity) It has now been a year and I love everything about my job.
