Overall very positive.A tad expensive, long wait time for appointment, and I would have liked a more flexible drop off schedule.Having said all that you cant argue with the quality of the work. 5 out of 5 on job well done, would definitely go again, just make sure to schedule your appointment well in advance.

Very professional. The truck was taken excellent care of, and I was treated with the upmost respect by the Portland detailing team! Highly recommend for anyone looking to keep their car in great shape, or bring theirs back to its glory days.

Worst detailing job. Guy said it was a great price at $225 and he was raising rates to over $300. Job not worth $25 . Actually wiped heavy bkack grime from bottom 10% of car. Back window was not vacuumed. They had the car for over 7 hours. They argued and finally took it back inside but the day was nearly over so any significant corrections could not be performed. Im trying to be as kind as possible as this might actually be one of my few bad reviews ever in 60 years of life. It takes a lot to upset me a d I never complain. Truly sad & mad.

Great quality work and professional staff

I made an appointment with Bill to do a detailed wax on my boyfriends truck for his birthday. The results are incredible! My boyfriend goes off-roading and so there were small branch scratches and also swirl marks left from the dealership where he purchased the vehicle. All the scratches (including a pretty deep one that was through the paint) are gone. When I went to pick up the truck it looked like it had a brand new paint job!I looked/called around to many other local detailing shops, many of which said they wouldnt be able to get the swirl marks out with just a hand buff and wax. I am so glad I went with Portland Detailing (which was by far the least expensive quote I received).Bill was really friendly and they worked around my schedule, I plan to take my jeep in next! I would highly recommend!

Took my car there and got the full detail expecting that when it was done it would look like a used car being sold at a dealership but it didnt look much better than when I take it to scrub a dub car wash.

They do an outstanding job. Couldnt be happier with their work. Will definitely be going back.

They did a great job detailing my car. Not only the main parts, but I noticed the small crevices and such were also cleaned out, even the brake rotors were shining after. I had been to several other detailing shops in Portland and South Portland but they are definitely better. Additionally, their shop itself is very clean and professional. Already have an appointment to get my other car also detailed with them. Highly recommended.

Portland detailing graciously made time same-day to expertly clean my interior following a particularly heinous incident involving a six year old and Doritos vomit. Drove there with all the windows down, holding my breath, and left with an impressively fresh-smelling car. The gentlemen who assisted me were exceptionally kind and very efficient— there’s no way I could have come close to cleaning as well as they did. 10/10 would recommend.

After the death of my aunt I needed to sell her 2008 GMC Envoy Denali. It was in pretty good shape and I was a bit vexed over whether to pay for detailing. I decided to do it, and what a good decision. The paint, which looked good before, now looks like it just came out of the factory! The wheels are also shiny new and really pop. The interior is as clean as it can be. Portland Detailing really did an excellent job. I also appreciate how professional they are, and their effort to successfully squeeze me in despite their crowded schedule. Thanks!!

Very professional and friendly staff. They did a great job cleaning my car, including taking notes on a few areas of concern that I had, and did the job at a fair price! Definitely recommended.

They were able to do a very nice job. Only things I could complain about are that they were unable to detail the engine compartment on my vehicle cause it was a hybrid. They did happen to miss cleaning the overhead fabric. They were able to all but completely buff out a terrible scratch on the passenger door. Overall would go again.

My daughter got sick in the car about 2 hours from our vacation destination. I called and left a message over the weekend. They called me back first thing Monday morning and booked me on Tuesday morning. Car cleaned very well, inside and out. Thanks!

I am someone who rarely reviews places however, I felt the need to for Portland Detailing!I am in outside sales, I pretty much drive for a living!! I am in a field where I am able to take my dog with me. I want to add that he is a white, short haired, sheds like you would not believe type of dog. I like an idiot bought a black interior car, terrible combination, white dog, messy human.I have gotten my car detailed several times and I can honestly say that you WILL NOT find a better place than Portland Detailing! Extreamly professional and you can tell they take pride in their work! I will absolutely be back (if they have me- thats how bad it was! )Youd be crazy not to take your car there- honestly!Sarah

I brought my car in with black ceilings and a virtually decimated interior. When I picked up my car, the ceiling was white again and the dashboard had been scrubbed clean. The seats and carpets were cleaner than they had been in years. Ill be going back!
