My car was a mess. Full of dog hair and dog smells. Also had a lot of scratches on the black exterior paint. They got rid of ALL the dog hair and most of the scratches. I am SO happy and would definitely recommend them.

I have nothing but high praise for Elegant Auto Detailing. Ive never had any detailing done before, but my car was stolen and it badly needed some interior detailing done after having recovered it. Casey did such an amazing job at cleaning my car up. He was able to get permanent marker that was graffitied on my dashboard and some of my upholstery completely off, along with just giving my interior a much needed makeover. It feels clean and comfortable to drive in again, which is what I had hoped for. Also, scheduling the appointment was a breeze. Wow! Elegant Auto Detailing did a great job cleaning my familys two vehicles yesterday. They came to my house when they said they would and both my van and SUV were cleaned amazingly well. They were extra dirty and it had been at least two years since theyd be detailed. Im very impressed and recommend them based on my experience yesterday.

They were responsive, prompt, and attentive to detail.After having the car detailed I noticed a lingering odor. The owner himself immediately responded, came out to have a look at my car himself the very next day, and discovered that a rodent had been nesting in it. Somehow the dealership missed it when they serviced the car not long beforehand, but the auto detailer had the patience to investigate it and got to the bottom of the issue.He even performed an ozone treatment that same day, and the problem is now completely resolved. I have a three year old and I was so worried about the tech seeing the inside of my car in the shape that it was in. I was ready to hear youll be paying more after the tech saw it but the words out of her mouth was I have a nine year old, I get it. Bobbie was so sweet and friendly and personable and thats just her personality. The work she put into my vehicle was something else! I did not expect my car to look as good as it does but she really put some elbow grease into making it look so freaking good. I got this car certified pre-owned and it did not look as good as it does now. The individuals at the office were helpful and were very communicative. They responded to my request for a quote in a timely manner and they responded to texts immediately. I got this detail because my mom is coming into town for Mothers Day weekend and I wanted her to feel good coming in from the airport. I am not only relieved but so so so so happy I did this. I need to get this done at least once a year!

I had a rodent in my car. Yep. Pretty gross, but honestly when the detailing was complete, my 15 year old car looked brand new and was thoroughly disinfected.I had a complete interior detailing (no exterior). They cleaned every nook and cranny, washed upholstery and steam cleaned/disinfected every surface removing any trace of the rodent.The two gentleman that detailed my car came early (that never happens, right?) were very thorough and professional. The transformation was amazing. It has been hard to find somebody to wash, wax, and polish our RV locally. I found Elegant Auto Detailing online but their site did not mention Forest Grove as a service area. I used their contact form on their website and received a response almost immediately. Even though Forest Grove was not listed, Elegant Auto Detailing agreed to drive the extra distance for a very nominal fee. We emailed back and forth with all emails responded to quickly. I was provided a quote and after accepting they were able to schedule my appointment and show up to my house less than 2 days later. The service person was on time, very professional, and did an excellent job. Washing and waxing a RV takes a long time and he never rested and completed the task in timely fashion while paying great attention to detail. No corners were cut. Overall a very satisfying experience and will be definitely calling them back when it needs to be done again.

I highly recommend Elegant Auto detailing. My call was immediately answered by Diego who was nice to talk to and obviously professional. Diego was able to arrange one of his detailers, Jeff, to come out to clean two cars the day after I called, much faster than I expected. We communicated by text which was convenient. Jeff showed up on time cleaned the cars in our driveway which is very narrow. Also both cars had dog hair and each car took a good amount of time, yet his attitude was so great about all the little challenges. Diego followed up the day after to check how it went. These guys have a great work ethic. Overall we received great work at a very good price and I was happy to tip for the service.

I got my car detailed by Elegant Auto Detailing and I would definitely use them again. My car was in pretty rough shape when I had them detail it, and they did a fantastic job. There was a small spot that I didnt feel was cleaned properly. I let them know, and they quickly offered to come back out to redo that area and did not charge me any extra. I tend to judge a company largely by how they deal with issues, and they did so honestly, and with the utmost integrity. I hope to use their service again.

We bought a used travel van a few months ago that came with some embedded odors from years of family and dog use. Elegant cleaned it all up beautifully and was able to knock out the odors with a couple of ozone treatments. Still smelling good several weeks later!

Elegant Auto Detailing did an amazing job on our 5th wheel! They were incredibly detailed. We had an exterior and interior cleaning. The roof looks much better, they steam cleaned everything on the inside, washed the windows, cleaned the fridge, shampooed the carpets and more! They took stains out of the RV sink that I thought were permanent! They detailed everything down to the wheels. Im truly impressed with everything about Elegant Auto Detailing. My daughters car had gotten moldy from a leaky seal and not being driven while she was visiting us out of state. Her roommates sent a photo of the disgusting mess. I called and spoke with Diego who got us right in on his next available day. He got all of the mold out and did the works on the rest of the car and it looks like new. Because we were out of town, he took the car personally to his home so it could be dried in his shop. I usually take care of cleaning my truck myself but I am selling my vehicle and was in need of professional carpet and seat shampooing, so I called elegant detailing services to take care of cleaning my interior. They did a wonderful job and were very thorough. My truck is looking clean enough to list and it saved me about 2-3 hours of cleaning it myself which I can appreciate.

These guys fit me in their schedule earlier than expected, worked through the rain, and gave me more than I asked for because the spots on my car werent coming off easily. The detailers were kind and professional and the car looks better than I remember when I bought it.Thing to know: theyll need access to power and water. I happened to have a spigot near my driveway and a garage with plenty of outlets, but you may need to rig something up if your place doesnt have great access.Thanks so much!

Louado and Armando went above and beyond and did a fantastic job on the exterior and interior detail. My headliner was horribly dirty, seatbelts and between seats soiled, exterior paint in bad shape. After a clay bar treatment, wash and wax of the exterior and shampooing and cleaning of the interior, my vehicle was sparkling.

High Expectations met and Exceeded! The Elegant Auto Detailing team was great to work with on a quick turn around time in booking an appointment - they were incredibly responsive. My car looks, feels and smells BRAND NEW and I cant wait to drive it. My Audi has not been this clean since i drive it off the lot brand new. Overall quality experience! Do to my driveway being worked on they were not able to come to me because they couldnt have use of the outlet, so I drove my car to their shop in Scappoose and they actually brought me back home😊 I thought it was a very nice personal touch. The car detailer Fernando was very proud of what he does and it showed, I sat in the back with my son on the ride and felt very comfortable. My SUV came out looking exquisite, I was very satisfied and I will be getting my car detailed with them again in the future.

Called on Thursday and they had two people out the next day. Our car was embarrassingly dirty inside and they did a wonderful job making it look and smell almost new again. They even came back out after I thought a fuse had blown but turns out I just didnt know how to use the dimmer switch. Highly recommend their service and will use again.

So I went ahead and hired them and they came to my place instead of me having to sit in an waiting area which was the best part besides my truck now looking close to new and no longer an embarrassing dump. only thing I wish they could of done was to take a bit more of my money to stitch my driver seat for me. definitely recommended.

Two days before the Christmas weekend, in addition to my inability to leave my home business during the weekdays, and I decide against all hope that I could get my van detailed. This is such a great service! Diego was communicative before and after the service, ensuring that things went well. Fernando and Jerek were really pleasant and did a fantastic job cleaning my car, which I have been using for landscaping so it truly was a tough job! Would definitely recommend.
