Brake checks in the middle of a Freeway stopping for no reason, potentially creating a very dangerous scenario. Have him on dash camera, can only imagine what terrible service in detailing such a driver can provide.

Just had my car detailed and will definitely use him again. My car looks brand new.

I wanted to tell someone about this guy’s driving. Then I see the rest of the reviews...holy moley.

Horrible driver. Was driving home from portland go Vancouver, and he followed me the whole way home, tailgated me, took pictures of my car because of a sticker I had, flipped me off. Had to call the police to escort me because I was afraid of him following me home. Wouldnt trust someone like that around my car or home.

The person that cleaned my car was subcontracted by National Detail. I had to complain about the poor quality of service and asked the out again to complete the work. When the person showed up to complete the work, I started showing them what they missed. The guy then told me to leave and go back into my home. I started explaining what I wanted accomplished and he said not to mess with him. He then started to berate me me and continued to tell me to not mess with him. He threatened to leave several times and wasn’t going to complete the job. I finally went inside and called the company to complain. Never ever again for either one of them. What a huge mistake!

Clean and Clear Auto Detailing, LLC . Came out and detailed my car yesterday. It was in pretty sad shape after being worked over by my four kids. The guys did an amazing job. Im not sure my car looked this good when it was new off the lot. Thanks Clean and Clear Auto Detailing, LLC!

Did a passable job with a reasonably priced detail with one rather important exception -- They scratched the navigation screen (or used a solvent that removed the anti-glare coating). I went back 3 days in a row during business hours to try and discuss it with someone. I guess they are kind of flexible as to if and when they show up. They arent too great about picking up the phone or returning calls either.On the third day, I showed up. No one there again. But I called and this time someone picked up. He said he was on a bank run and would be back in 15 minutes. 45 minutes later he rolled in. This was not the guy who did the work but the guy who I believe is the owner. I say I believe he is, because when he asked repeatedly he wouldnt really say.I showed him the damage. He proceeded to pull a dirty paper towel from his pocket and make it worse. He said he would have to talk to the guy who did the work (his brother) to find out what products he used. Apparently his brother is out of town in this strange and foreign place called Seattle where I guess they have no cell phone connection. What he didnt say was that he was sorry or interested in finding a solution. All he said is he would get back to me some time next week.When I asked what he thought his process might be for finding an actual solution, he had little else to say other than that it was probably like that when I came it (it wasnt) and that this is normal wear for touch screen navigation systems. Thats nice, but this isnt a touch screen navi.The reality is that this clown has no clue how to fix it or any interest in doing so.. Nor, at this point, am I even willing to let him try and risk further damage, as the replacement part is $2,200.

They did a great job, took me as a drop in and made my car a priority.Made the car look like new. Missed a few spots but I did put them in my own work time constraint.Thanks guys!

Almost ran off the road heading onto 84 from 33rd on my motorcycle by a clean and clear work van! Motorcycles dont have fender benders! Thanks for almost killing me!

Horrible driver. I was riding my bike approaching an intersection behind a truck when this douchebag driver pulls up and is half blocking the on coming lane because he didnt want me to be in front of him. I looked at him and gestered that he was too close to me and he just waved at me. The truck in front of me proceeds through the intersection and douchbag then pulls completely into the on coming traffic lane and blocks my field of view so I am no longer able to see the passing traffic to my left. I just stare at the douchebag since he is blocking my view. He sees me staring and waves again then he finally gets an opening to proceed through the intersection and he rolls down his window and tells me to have a nice day then speeds through the intersection so fast I can barely make out the business name and he proceeded to speed down 9th st well over the speed limit.

Sean was later than expected, but the cleaning took less time than expected. He has fun while he works and my dog hair and odor infested suv looked and smelled almost brand new. Hes a good guy and we will be hiring him again for our work trucks.

Called the number on their site several times for pricing, as they dont have it on their website. The phone rang and rang and when finally answered, they picked up and hung up. If they cant bother to even pick up their phone or choose to hang up on a potential customer I definitely am not trusting them with my vehicle.

I was verbally harassed and honked at repeatedly by an employee of this company while riding my bike at night in the neighborhood that this company is located in. This is completely unprofessional, illegal, and dangerous and reflects very poorly on the company and its standards. I will never take my car to a place that behaves like this.

Having neglected my car for years, Id long stopped caring about it. An unfortunate Thanksgiving food transportation fiasco and the resulting smell made me care about it in a bad way. After taking it here, my car looks and smells like I just drove it off the lot. Ill definitely be back.

Just like Sara, I was crowded on the road and honked at by one of this companys vans on a residential street. Dangerous and rude. Not to mention pretty stupid esp when driving the companys logo-covered vehicle! Gives a really crappy public image to the company.
