WORST car wash ever! I have been trying to reach this owner MULTIPLE TIMES by leaving messages, emails and even going down to his carwash and I have had ZERO LUCK since 6/27/21 at 1:30pm when his staff admitted negligence on a recorded line they had forgot to raise a piece of equipment which caused my entire roof rack to stay on the side rails while skidding off my entire vehicle in their carwash. I have been trying to get a hold of this owner now over 30 days with no response. I would NEVER support this car wash the way this owner does business and how he treats his customers! Employers are vicariously liable for the negligence of their employees!

Car goes in dirty, comes out clean... kind of like magic. Vacuums are actually super powerful and work great. Very impressed with this car wash so far

Convenient location and free vacuum with basic wash is always nice. However, they consistently close earlier than advertised (8pm) and I waste time on a trip to Hayden Island for nothing. I’m currently here at 7:30pm and they are closed. Again. Very disappointing.

Hands down the WORST car wash. Don’t waste your money. They basically spray your car down with muddy water and call it good. My car came out dirtier than before it went in. Seriously, go anywhere else but here

Good prices, courteous staff, clearly marked. The parking lot around the vacuum stations is pretty tight so dont come if you have a.monstet truck.

Kristina is my favorite and always remembers the tape on my window and my car wipe which is important to me! She also has a great attitude every time I’ve gone! Glad she got moved to this location she’s the best!!!!

Horrible. Extremely unsatisfied. I give it a 1 on a scale out of 10. You are not allowed to vacuum your car without getting a wash. I even offered to pay to use the vacuums and was told no. And as you can see from the picture there were plenty vacuums available. I would avoid patronizing this establishment at all cost.

After two washes I cant recommend. First time was great, in March 2021, car cleaned well, and received complimentary vacuum and wipe for the interior. Second experience, in May 2021, has soured me enough to not want to return. I was charged double the price of the selected service. I emailed support and received an response email stating I would be refunded. I sent a follow-up email two weeks later as no refund has been credited. No response to the second email.

Way to high priced! And left water marks on my car. The vacumes were great but thats about it. It used to be the best around.i dont know if there was a ownership change or what,but its definitely going down hill. 😪

Always professional and Lakiea is the BEST ! Always remembers me, polite kind. I am extremely satisfied with all their services and have been to most of their car washes over the last forty years and all of them are great! Someone posted that they just wanted to use the vacuums and would even pay, but that is not how it works! This guy needs a mental health check!

07/20/21, I paid for car wash by Eco Car Wash, Jantzen Drive. After wash, I saw rear wiper arm loosely hanging, which worked normally prior. I informed employee, Ivan. He admitted fault, realizing he had forgotten to tape wiper prior to wash. He apologized, and filled out customer service record, stating “Windshield wiper on the back got ruined, because no tape was placed on it.” After 3 days (7/26) I emailed. On 8/3, my husband and I drove to location, and spoke with employee. After 15 mins. of dismissal, he appeared to text or call someone. Within mins. got text from owner, Joe Ha***, affirming employee admitted fault. Per Joe’s request, we got damage estimate, and texted him. Within mins., he angrily called, stating it was too much $, and he would do his own research. I was happy to get another quote. After 2 more days, I left a message. Not hearing back for 2 more days, husband called (8/5) left message, asking Joe make it right and repair damage. Still no resolution.

They are fast and efficient at this location. I appreciated Ivans friendly demeanor and speedy service.

The reason for the 1 star is due to the fact, I came through last friday and purchased the 14.00 car wash...it was as if it was simply sprayed off with water to remove the dust from my trip to the beach. The bird droppings on both doors were still there, not to mention the armor oil tire shine was never applied. Im not sure if it was due to human error, but I ended up going to washmans to get another wash the same day.

Sometimes I wonder why I keep coming here, then I remember it is because I live on Hayden Island.Convenient, but broke off my rear windshield wiper with no apology and results of car wash are not optimal.Dont go out of your way for this car wash, and use at your own risk. Not recommended.

DO NOT GO HERE! The wash scratched my car hood in multiple places. When I reported this to the attendant, there was not even a scintilla or surprise or concern. She simply handed me a form to complete and EVENTUALLY found time to complete her portion and take photos. She advised me to not lose the form and that someone would contact me within two days. They did not and I have had no response from owners to my phone calls (voice mailbox is full) or email inquiries. Now have to go through own insurance to repair and resolve. A very, very expensive car wash.And, BTW, Kaddy Car wash also has free vacuums for patrons.

Sunday afternoon was a great time to go. They did not have any wet wipes for car interior or glass cleaning. I would recommend bringing your own cleaning supplies such as rags, paper towels, windex and armor all.

Not good..unfortunately they need to have a sign up stating if you have things in your bed, even if its a battery, a hose and a tailgate, you will be denied getting your vehicle washed. The gals working were extremely sweet, not their problem, however whoever owns this place most definitely needs to be more clear about things before wasting peoples time, and losing business.

I would like to say that my experience was good with this car wash. They have also reached out to me, that impresses me.

Ive consistently gone to Eco car wash and this particular location on an average of 1 to 3 weeks for the last 5 years. I continue to go because of the service and staffs consistency. The car wash is consistent, the staff are consistent and so are the vacuums.As I was being brought into the car wash bay, one of the staff used the green arrow sign of which direction I needed to turn my wheels. I turned my wheels right she then centered the arrow and I then centered my wheels. because of the staffs aero directions it caused me to not enter the bay correctly which then made the staff roll her eyes at me.I rolled down the window and asked her why would you decide to roll your eyes at me rather than just point the arrow the correct way? She then replied with Why are you looking at my eyes and not the arrow. Because of the argumentative tone and her response I immediately asked for her name which she did not provide. I asked if I could speak to her manager and she then provided me her phone number, no business card, no contact info, just a phone number.After going through the whole rigmarole, and getting the staffs name, Maya. I placed my car in park as I didnt really feel comfortable getting my car washed. The manager offered a free wash which I obliged. Maya immediately started up the incorrect wash while my car was in park. I asked her to stop the wash and change it to the correct one and she replied I already started it and cant be stopped. I unfortunately had to raise my voice to make it apparent the wash needs to be stopped. All of a sudden Maya was then able to stop wash. Weird how things work all of a sudden when the customer raises their voice. To answer Mayas question, your eyes and the green arrow sign are less than a foot from your face. Pretty easy to watch both.I always chose to come back to Eco because of their consistent service and staff. I will no longer be visiting this location, let alone any Eco Car washes. Kaddy Car wash is the new go to.

Typical car wash no bells and whistles

A convenient car wash with FREE vacuum cleaners, one on each side of your car. They even pass out handy little wipes to use on your dashboard and steering wheel. Unless you live on Hayden Island you have to be careful about your timing so that you dont get mixed up in I-5 rush hour traffic.

Good car wash seems to do better then other washes sometimes misses spots mostly in the back, free vacuum makes it perfect value

Director didnt get setting right started pulling car through. Panicked and shut the system off. When we drove through and around started yelling and accused us for her mistake.

I took my car through the car wash with my bike rack on it. During the car wash, the washer got stuck to my rack and I ended up getting “pushed/pulled” off the rails and my bike rack was damaged during the wash.I understand that accidents happen, but the customer service I receive in regards to my claim was this:BrennaBike racks are not warrantiedJoey J. HannaNot a sorry, not even acknowledgment of the claim itself. Customer service is terrible. There arent disclaimer signs and not enough time invested in their employees to cover training on things like this. a $9 wash cost $500+ at the end of the day and a sorry was too much for Joey to handle.

Car wash was ok, didn’t do the best job but was ok for a quick wash. Free vacuum’s was a plus. I would recommend for a basic fast wash. But not over the top.

Amazing car wash! I recently bought a new car and this is the only place I will take it to get washed. The hand wash, and the time they put into their work is great.

Our truck was terribly dirty after a few storms in Idaho over the past few days, wanted it to be nice and clean for our trip down the coast of Oregon. The Staff was super friendly and got us in and out quick! Happy with the outcome. Definitely recommend.

I have been trying to contact someone since I left from the car wash. My front Audi emblem and tow eye cap must have came off while going through the car wash. not terribly upset about that, Im more frustrated that I have been calling for 2 days and cannot get in contact with anybody to see if they can locate the items, so that I can try to repair them. I have looked up and down on the internet for a new tow eye cap, and I cannot find them. the only one I found was white, and my car is black... Im more than sure they were on my car before I went through the wash, and they are no longer on my car... sadly I didnt notice until I made it home. if some one that manages this post can reply, with some contact information... I am not able to make it into the facility at this time.

Use to go here all the time. For the first time their machine broke my window siding of my car they wrote down an incident report which were really nice and good about it they had a manager who’s really unprofessional call me the next day telling me he will follow up with me the following Monday to see what steps to take 2 weeks passed and if it weren’t for me emailing or texting and calling they probably would never get back to me I waited that long just so he can tell me they could not replace it because my car is to old. It’s a 2007 ACURA they did not specify anywhere they will not replace if it 2007 and why didn’t I get told the day of the incident or the next day if that was the case instead of wasting my time . Then they sent me the basic free carwash as an apology so upsetting .

The staff were friendly and professional. Though the vacuum area was a bit messy and the hoses look unclean, it is fast and effective. Would go here again. But recommend buying your own car vacuum !

We were in line and the lady in front of us had her brakes on or it was in park, but her vehicle went over the bumps that push the tires. The attendant told her something, I assume to put her car in neutral, but I didnt hear. So she starts to go through the car wash, and I was next. I pay and I start going through the car wash. As the rollers were washing my windshield, we felt like we hit something, then we felt our car go over the bumps because the car in front of us was stopped. Then the car in back of us hits us and gouged are back bumper. Finally the car in front of us starts to move. We follow her out and asked her what happened. She blamed it on the mechanics of the car wash, but the attendant was blaming it on her. I was getting so frustrated at the argument that I just said to refund my money for the car wash and Id be on my way. She said she could not. I contacted corporate and got nowhere. Never going here again.

Broke my factory installed light bar mount. New hire couldnt even tell me when the manager would be in. Left my number for a call back. They should have never let me take my 2020 gladiator through if they had done any training with the nrw hire. Had to put it in gear and drive out with a foamy broke car. They suck as far as Im concerned. We will see if they call.

I was hesitant to take my car here. People always say hand wash your car and dont take it to a car wash. But who are we kidding? Hand washing takes me couple hours to do at least and who has time for that?! After checking out the website, I decided to give them a try and I couldnt be any happier. Super friendly service and the super soft cloth makes my car look brand new after every wash. Im a weekly customer!

Super easy to get in and get the car washed. 4 stars because I had to unclog a vacuum hose for it to work, after the hose on the other side wasn’t working at all.Otherwise nice and simple with little human interaction.

Nothing like free vacuums

I was wary of this carwash, due to all the negative revues, but i live just down the street in an apartment building, cant really wash my own car, and its a brand new top model SUV. So i tried it finally and was very pleased! Works great, gets my car very clean every time, and isnt too hard on the paint either. The free vacuums is a big plus too.

Didnt wash my car, left LOTS of soap suds on my car after numerous passes through then told because I paid on my card I could not get a refund. Ive never like this wash because I dont think it does a very good job in getting my car actually clean (it leaves a lot of areas untouched). The wash should have a sign stating enter at your own risk, further washes may be required.

Customer service was awful. Women working was very rude.Car wash was not worth $12 left soap on my car and didnt dry all the way. So now I have water spots all over. Not happy.

Went thru the car wash at 2:20 pm on 2/12/20. . Got stuck in wash. rear ended car in front of me 3x before the attendant came out to turn the wash off. When I finally came out of the wash no one was around. I called the office and still have not heard back from them. My neck hurts.Are these machines supposed to turn off in case of things like that ?

Always the cheapest price in town for a carwash however sometimes they are busy sometimes theyre not but if youre just looking to get the outside of your car rinsed off after smoke and Ash has landed on it for two weeks and then theres been a light rain this is a great deal for about ten bucks

There was no line. In and out. $10 wash job. What I really like is the free vacuum instead of coins. You can take your time to get a good job done

Love this location. The machines here are always clean and working well. I have never actually seen downtime and all of the times that I have gone there. I am a Lyft driver and it is very cost-effective for me to come here and clean my own car rather than take it to a detail shop. The vacuum cleaners are a great strength and I never seem to have any issues with the staff. Will definitely be coming back.

I had paid by Visa and next to enter wash and the system broke down. I asked for a visa credit or $10.00 cash back which was what I paid. The on site employee said he couldn’t and would have to call to get authorized. After 4-unsuccessful calls and 25-minutes of my life wasted I left with a dirty car and ECO car wash still not giving me my $10.00 back. Thieves!

After switching to competitors for a couple of years, I’m back at Eco Wash. I didn’t actually know they recycled the water until reading other reviews. My car gets visibly cleaner here than at other car washes in Portland and the vacuums are better and always available.

Locally owned and eco-friendly. I support local businesses who stand behind their word. One time I wasnt 100% satisfied with the way my car came out, and they let me run it again for free. Needless to say my car came out clean!

So went to get my small SUV washed. I asked for an interior wipe and was told that the company who makes them with their logo no longer does that. Ok fine.. It would have been nice to at least offer a plain non branded wipe but not critical to my happiness. Or suggest an alternative if they had a machine on site to buy your own interior wipe- but no solution was offered and I was in a hurry. So after the car wash while vacuuming the rear of the SUV I notice that the rear back did not really get washed and had large dust areas where it never even got wet. I ask the attendant if I can have rain check to come back since I am late for an appointment. He says he has to ask the owner who happens to be on site. So I walk over and wait about six feet from the owner. The owner tells the attendant tell her to file a complaint!!! He cant even walk six feet across the aisle to have a conversation much less look at me directly. It was humiliating and it felt like he was dismissing me because I am female. I was also planning on letting the owner know I thought there might be an issue with the brushes. I was not initially upset-but wanted to be a helpful customer and let the owner know of a potential issue and wanted a rain check to make things right. I cant remember the last time I was treated so rudely by a business. Go find a car wash where the owner wants your business.

Went 4wheeling and my truck was covered with mud! Their 3 minutes wash did the job. Cant complain and highly recommend.

I brought my brand new 2018 Black Mercedes with under 2500 miles on it to this location today to have it washed and came out with my hood all scratched up. My car is black and you can clearly see where their machine not only scratched my hood all over but took a chunk of paint out of it. I have filed a complaint with the owner and am still waiting for the owner to call back.STAY CLEAR FROM THIS LOCATION if you dont want your car tore up

Awesome new vacuums! The only reason I left 1 star off, is the water is always dirty. I get recycling, but how clean does my car really get, when literally brown water is washing it??Pay attention next time you go thru, and you will see the brown dirty water washing your car...
