Used these people for water damage restoration. Previous contractor did not reinstall my toilet properly after new flooring was put in. Leaked for 3 months before discovered through black mold and bad ceiling on the lower level. Best part was their professionalism, and positive attitude. Always kept me informed, and they showed up on time. Everyone was very thorough. The rebuild took longer than I had hoped, but am confident that it was done correctly.

Everyone at Lovett was easy to work with and efficient. I had no problem with scheduling and service came within a week. Lonnie was very professional, efficient, and courteous. He let us know his arrival time 45 minutes in advance and arrived right on time. He quickly diagnosed the issues with the basement drain in our almost 100 year old house, talked through his plans and confirmed what I needed done, and then was able to resolve our problem in about an hour. He used plastic booties to keep the floor clean and wore an N95 mask. The workplace was cleaner than when he arrived. He pulled all that off after being up late the night before on an emergency call. I wouldnt hesitate to use Lovett again, and Lonnie seems like a great asset to the company who works great with customers.

Russell, Ethan and Lonnie were truly a gift from the universe today!! We needed same day emergency service last night so Ethan dropped everything and came running. A quick (but detailed) diagnostic proved the job to be bigger than the tools at hand could accommodate, so day two brought us the “crew”. Fantastic Service! Same day appointment - which was comforting considering water was bubbling up into two sinks....Eeeek! Turned out to be a clog about 15 feet away from the kitchen sink. Called Lovett to unclog a couple drains. They got back to me in a timely manner and arrived here on time, calling when they were on the way. At 8 pm on Tuesday evening, my husband was installing a new fill valve in our toilet. The pipe in the wall broke, depositing a disastrous amount of water on the floor and adjacent rooms. Lovett responded to a major clogged pipe at our business location, in a line going out to the sewer. This was an urgent situation, as water was starting to back up into our bathrooms. They were onsite quickly, and their tech did an amazing job resolving the problem with a piece of concrete in the line going out to the sewer, 50 feet from our building. The previous plumbing company said the only option was to dig up our parking lot, cut the line and remove the blockage. Lovetts technician, Lonny Maxwell, showed amazing skill and used a scope and a water jet to resolve the problem. They saved us thousands of dollars and resolved the problem that afternoon. Total responsiveness and professionalism. I could not provide a higher recommendation to Lovett Services.

The company, I worked for, had contracted several excavating/boring companies. Lovett was one that I didnt have any major issues with. The primary crew foreman (I worked with) was Ryan Whiting. I could always count on him and his crew(s) to do a GREAT job....always on time, followed prints & permits, showed up with right equipment and did the job safe and correctly. I could always count on Ryan and his crew to keep me informed about any questions, concerns, abnormalities & etc. regarding the job. Of all the other contract groups, this team was the one to count on. Having them on board made my job much easier....they work safe, do the job correctly & are productive. I am so happy I chose Lovett when I learned my sewer drain needed to be replaced. Ken Williams and team were meticulous with details, kind and professional, and were responsive when I had questions. Ken went the extra mile to, at my request, communicate with my ex-husband about his plans, giving me more confidence is the suggested approach. Fun little story- a baby raccoon got caught in one of the excavated holes overnight, a first for Lovett. It turns out baby raccoons make very loud squealing noises while under duress. When the crew arrived the next morning, we chatted, they figured out the issue and actually stopped work for over an hour to build a ramp and wait for the baby to climb and reunite with its mama. From the moment I looked through Lovetts user friendly and informative website, I knew I found the right place. I was reminded of this company after one of their trucks drove by me. I knew right then, it was time to call and deal with a possible drain issue I was avoiding.The person who answered the phone was sweet Pat.I can say that now, after a few phone calls with her. She is professional and so very kind with every detail, questions, and directing you with how it works at Lovett. She was up front about the hourly minimum rate and the arrival time frame. When his crew shows up on the job site they bring the right equipment to get the job done right the first time. They visually pass ALL underground utilities; keep the area safe and make it look as good or better than when they started. Working in Portland on one of the Cell phone provider projects, it was a relief to go out on a Lovett job site. Having local companies on the project was a win win.These guys can Drill!

We’ve used Lovett for two major projects and had great experiences both times. They Provide top notch service, professionalism and quality work at a fair price.

Our water line from the street to the house developed a leak under the sidewalk that the AC unit was sitting on. Naturally, all the landscaping, sidewalk and ac would have needed to be dug up if we used an excavator to replace the line. I called Lovett, got an estimate over the phone, they were out in two days. Tylo and Eric drilled a new 3 inch conduit that, we will now thread water pipe thru. Im thrilled with their timeliness, professionalism, friendliness, and they cleaned up the site like they were never there. Landscaping, sidewalk and AC are still intact. I will have them back for another little project in the backyard later this summer. The cost was reasonable considering that I now, do not have to replace landscaping and sidewalk. Great guys, great company.
