Please do not get bother with the “free inspection” sign. Experience count always!!! I went into drive through and met one of the employer right at the front of their door. I asked him that I wanted to check my car and he said that were full today, instead, can you come back tomorrow? Well, since he just made up this apt verbally, I requested as a professionally piece a paper written date&time. He got made by asking him this but didnt show expressly and he said just come back tomorrow at 10 am Ill be here!I made it a room into my busy schedule and guess what? Once I showed up the next business day. He recognized my face and said I dont want to check it in your car because you tried to dictated my duty and I dont like it. I wanted to wast your time by telling you to come at 10 am.Honestly, I bet he doesnt know the business rules and policy and he is also acting like an ELEVEN Year old. Bro if you want the truth, youre missing the basic rules of the business and how to make feel happy your customers.

As a young female its easy to feel and experience impatience and lack of regard within the auto-care world. Raceway is not this kind of place. Aaron is extremely respectful and kind. As a woman who likes to educate herself and learn, he has always taken the time to show me the functionality of my vehicle, the parts hes replacing, why they should be replaced and signs to feel and look out for moving forward so I can be safe and well educated in maintaining my car. His prices are unbelievably fair. Supporting a local small business is even more enjoyable when the owner is worth supporting as well. Thank you for all you do Raceway!

Ive been taking my vehicles here, as well as my familys vehicles, for almost 10 years now. Ive always been happy with the service, but their prices always amaze me. Ive taken the time to get 2nd, or even 3rd, quotes on work that needed to be done. Not only are they always less, but usually by quite a bit. Plus, the work isnt sub-par. Its better!

I went here for years and thought highly of the work and people. Then I was told it would cost $1700 for a new water pump with the labor. I let my car sit for three months thinking I couldn’t afford it. I spoke to a friend who referred me to someone else who did it for $400, and that was for parts and labor. The car had been sitting so long I had to have the brakes done too, as they had rusted. That only cost me $480 for everything brake related, so the entire bill was still less than my quote from Raceway for the water pump. Funny thing is, since I no longer take my car there, I have had almost no trouble with the car. I can’t tell you how many oxygen sensors I had them replace. I don’t know a lot about sensors, but my guess is every time I had work done, something was rigged so another one would go shortly thereafter.

These guys are awesome. My exhaust pipe had a weak spot on it that let go right in front of the garage and i started dragging my exhaust pipe in two places. I pulled into raceway auto having never heard of them, and basically because i couldnt drive any farther. They cut, grinded, and welded my exhaust break back together, and had me back on the road in a half hour. They fixed that spot in my exhaust for $60. A big name garage in the area had told me that it would cost $1000 for a whole new exhaust when i had them look at that spot 2 months ago. Thanks guys.

I found Aaron and John the best mechanics and trustable that I have been able to find here in Portland.They helped my car pass inspection and repaired it in a way I could afford and have been happy with for several months now. I am taking m 87 volvo in again for some other things before I head cross country and I feel confident they will have Red Rhonda running like a dream!

I had my 100k tune up done here and they seemed friendly and knowledgeable. However, 3 days after getting my car back my head gasket blew. They kept my car for 15 days to fix the head gasket, despite telling me it would only take a few days. They offered no warranty of any kind and now 1 year later, I have to have my head gasket replaced again, due, Im sure, to their shoddy work.The mechanic also left his iphone in my engine bay after finally giving me my car back and harassed me on my cell constantly until I brought it back.Unimpressed to say the least.
