She was very patient with helping me understand the best policy but also understanding about what I wanted specifically. She got back to me very quick with answers to my questions so you won’t have to wait long for a response. We need more insurance agencies/agents like this!!

Kesha Moss is a great person to speak with, she’s very informative and kind. She likes to make sure you understand what is going on when it comes to your insurance and answers all of your questions. I highly recommend speaking with her for any questions about your insurance.

I just moved to Texas from PA and everything is so different and they spent an HOUR AND A HALF explaining everything from the best local restaurants to how the beaches work. It was a great experience. Ive never had to file a claim but I have no doubts Ill be taken care of by this office.

Very very unprofessional people and blaming other people (State Farm Corp) They dont do what they said they would do. Meaning if you go for updating policy, address, cancellation and any other changes you asked them to do. Even if you go personally, they will tell you in your face everything its done, they made the changes. Lies. Which I recommend to ask for a copy. Payments doesnt go through for some reason, yeah right! So double check your policy and payments. Very lazy people. When the mistake is done, the dont want to take full responsibilities of it. You end up with a huge bill. I Never EVER had a problem with state farm agency till now. They are nice ladies, sweet talker but dont be fooled by that. They need to do they job and take full resposabilities of there actions (mistake). I will take this case to a next lever bc its too much. Went sooo many times same story and nothing fix. Sorry
