Anthony and his team are completely understanding of life circumstances and absolutely gives you the benefit of the doubt when your payments are late or not on time. All I can say is WOW. I live abroad and have been looking for rather obscure liability insurance made difficult by the fact that I don’t have residence in the states. High integrity, honest, detail oriented. Went step by step over our coverage that took over an hour. Saved us $300/year between home and auto. Even had us wait 30 days to sign up with him because it saved us more due to changing rates. Integrity over one month commission. Because of that he is likely to be our agent for a very long time.

I recently transferred my policies to Anthonys office, from another well reviewed office in Portland. I was at the other office for one year. The agent there wasnt easy to communicate with. I didnt feel comfortable that my policies were exactly what I needed. Anthony took time to review my policies and made the appropriate changes. I subsequently changed my mind on one item and had those changes made easily. Days later I had buyers remorse, and retracted those changes. No problem. The staff was friendly and helpful. When I had additional in-depth questions Anthony quickly got on the line with me. Im really happy I changed offices. I feel like I can pick up the phone and ask any question, vs the last office where I didnt want to engage them even if it was to my detriment .

The agent I bought my policy with on the weekend didnt know how to finalize it. I was signed up for a program I told both agents I did not want and other programs that I dont even remember discussing, for additional cost. I cancelled my policy, yet they still sent me a bill for the next pay period. When I called to confirm that I actually didnt owe anything, the woman on the phone was very rude and I had to press her for answers.Wouldnt recommend to an enemy, some of the worst experiences Ive ever had. It seems like Im an exception here, but these guys are snakes.
