I worked with Angelo three different times while working through getting car insurance. Each time he answered all my questions and kindly and patiently clarified when I didn’t understand. It was a pleasant experience getting auto insurance, which was a nice surprise!

After Im done after this billing cycle. Im getting insurance through another company. I was recently involved in an accident and it was 100% the other drivers fault. He admitted to it being his fault. Its been over two weeks and no one has called me to arrange a rental car, no one had called to check on my chiropractic visits, no one has reached out to me AT ALL so I had to hire a lawyer to handle my claim because the people Im paying money to take care of me and my property dont care about taking care of me after I was injured in an accident. I even had to pay for my own towing to get my car to the auto shop where its at now. The place where my car is parked is charging me a daily storage fee and Im not able to work due to my shoulder injury so I cant afford to pay to get the car out. No one is helping me out at all and none of this is my fault. Its their job to take care of this, not brush it under a rug.

I had a really wonderful experience working with Daniel! I needed renters insurance and quick because my apartments had me on a deadline. Not only was it cheaper than my previous insurance, but he was very efficient and attentive! He sent me an email I was able to forward to my apartments showing proof of insurance.

Full disclosure, I work for an independent car dealership(Triple C Auto) and we do a high amount of challenging credit but Miguel and his crew never have any trouble getting our customers the best rates possible day or night. I highly recommend them.

EDIT: If its too good to be true... Misleading. Non disclosed items, such as the rate goes up a considerable amount (unless you sign up for safe driving monitoring app, which we never wouldve been okay with had we been asked), & they denied our homeowners insurance because we have a Pitbull, & didnt pass their inspection (that we werent even told would be happening). Prev ins cos never did this!!! Again, all that was necessary was to be upfront from the beginning, so we can make an informed decision, not find out after weve already signed up & cancelled our prev ins! Very frustrating.Daniel, from a local office called me today, after starting an insurance quote online yesterday... he was incredibly proficient and attentive to our concerns! If youre like us, & care about the personal experience you receive, then look no further. Process was a breeze, & a great deal too, even with all the additional coverage we added!

Just called Geico to get our Mazda insured, spoke with Mackenzie. She was very professional and very helpful throughout the whole process. At one point the phone connection was lost and she promptly called us back to continue the process. We felt the price and plan that she quoted was what would work for us and were very pleased with the fact that the paperwork came right to us in the email so we could print it out and that he could also sign everything electronically, made everything easy. I spoke with McKenzie on the phone this morning. I had some issues with my billing and a past due balance, she helped me get this taken care of and understand my bill a little bit better. She also updated my address which has been different for a few months now, but the other agents I spoke with at the service center never caught on or realized this. By updating my address she informed me that my new six month premium was dropping by $93. Making my monthly payments lower. Had I not gotten this taken care of I would’ve been paying more money than I should have. She was very kind, very informative, spoke clear, and very patient with me.

Super easy sign-up process for car insurance! I filled out some info online and got a call from Josh a few days later. Ive been looking to switch from a really high rate with Progressive and just called to ask what Geico could do for the exact same coverage. The line was busy both times I called (I hate leaving messages) and Josh actually called me back. He was super professional and personable. He helped me go through my current policy to make sure I had the exact same coverage with Geico. I have a much more reasonable policy rate. Couldnt be happier and really felt like he took the time to make sure I understood everything.

I pay on time every month and I have been doing this for 2 years with Geico. I have never needed my insurance until I parked on a city street overnight and someone completely shattered my back window and another vehicles back window nearby, so I knew it was vandilized. Cost was $400 to fix it and Geico who I give $100+ to every month couldnt help me at all when I needed it. I used to have Farm Bureau several years ago when I lived in NC and my window broke because it was hit by a rock and FB covered everything fully - no sweat no stress for me. Geico, what the heck am I giving you my money for?

Since then I have received 10 phone calls from this branch and they dont even leave a message! This is what id call harassment and I will be filing a formal complaint with the company. This place was fantastic! Neapolitan style pizza so its very soft crust. Flavor was on point, texture was lovely. Service here was friendly and helpful. Atmosphere is low key and interesting. They have a 6$ margarita pizza and 4$ house wine and beer for their happy hour which is 11am - 5pm, and 8-9pm daily. Family friendly! Worth giving a try for sure!

Geico is phenomenal when it comes to car insurance!! They have excellent rates and they dont give you a rate quote and then increase it after you sign up, Unlike Progressive who gives you a rate quote and then starts charging you three times more than thatt within a couple months!! That is an unethical way of running a business!!

Steve Ching, who pretends to be office owner, takes no ownership in anything. As an experiment I called the office everyday for a week and politely asked for Mr Ching. Every time I was told “he doesn’t come in the office much, he’s the owner. (Ironic, but I get it)However your name is on the building, all the annoying flyers sent to my house, and the Portland Geico Webpage.I have to actual complaint or issue with my insurance and only writing this review as a result of social experiment.I called Beaverton GEICO office and Clackamas Geico.Both of these owners were in office 4/6 days .Steve still hasn’t returned email or message I left asking for return call.

Chase Martin is a fantastic agent. I had been paying waaaaay too much with my other company. Literally, 15 minutes later with one call to Geico I am paying HALF of what I had been paying for 2 years. Why did I not do this sooner? Not only did I get a better rate, but dealing with Chase was a breath of fresh air... so friendly, communicative, knowledgeable, easy, pleasant and fun to talk to! Who knew getting new car insurance could be so fun.

Was a very good experience and got a good price on insurance and they were very helpful in every manner.

When I interviewed for my position with the company, the owner himself conducted it. We met three or four different times. Each time he would try to tell me what my job would be and each time was more vague then the next. He didn’t seem to know what his expectations were or what my specific job duties would be.I was offered the job. With hesitations I took on the position. Immediately, I regretted it. Steve wanted concrete results from my job but was not able to provide me with tools or even guidance on how the job should be done. He was disappointed that I was not bringing in the business that he would like although he himself could not bring it in either. I felt as though I was given a task that had no proper solution.On top of this, the man has NO BUSINESS running a Geico office. I have worked with Geico In different settings and have always been impressed by how the company conducts business and their stands for customer service. Steve comes from only ever working for State Farm. His belief is that because he put in time with SF, that he doesn’t have to do the grunt work of running an office. This means that if the phones are ringing, he will get upset with his employees before answering the phones (even if all employees are occupied with customers). He also has no idea how the Geico programs work and has no intention to learn. This man needs to get off of his high horse and be a leader not a dictator! Poor attitude and poor leadership will lead to a poorly run office.Not to mention he keeps people on his team that knowingly commit fraudulent and illegal activities while writing policies. Steve is aware of this and chooses not to act on it for fear of putting in the work to hire a replacement. How lazy!

Amazing. They hooked me up big time. I jist walked in and 20 min later i was insured with an amazing price. Ill never use another company or office. I swear i thought id be screwed, but no, these guys hooked it up. Im literally in my car right now.

Ask for Sage!!!!I was getting charged 300+ dollars a month until Sage called me to figure out there was a mess up. He found out that the reason why I was getting charged so much with other companies was because there was an accident that I had no affiliation with with. He got it off my record and now I have two cars and more for like 150 a month! Sage is the man!!! No accidents or speeding tickets on my account and he saved my butt!!!!

I decided not to do the auto pay and instead of deducting the $6.96 that I already paid from Mays payment theyre charging me for the entire payment. I think Im gonna go with Jake from State farm

Short version: I could not be happier with the results of my visit to Steve’s Geico office.
