Working with Stephanie and the staff at Choruby Allstate has been by far the nicest experience I’ve had with an insurance company. Everyone I speak to is kind, friendly, and very helpful.

I was a very loyal customer for 15 years. As I slowly noticed they were price gouging me, I called 5 different times over a year to ask them to re-quote me, after they shrugged off my request each time I asked to cancel my policy by sending 3 notes and leaving a vm. I thought it was canceled, they sent a note saying that if I didnt pay the monthly due the cancellation would go through and I thought, great! Today, 2 months later, they threatened to send me to collections.

My husband and I have been customers for 26 years. Our first agent retired then our second agent retired then we got this office and this agent. They mishandled putting one of our children on our auto insurance policy. Which cost us thousands of dollars. Then with the recent wildfires they mislead us regarding a homeowners claim. While we had questions regarding filing a claim, we did not want to file one. We were surprised when we got a $500 check in the mail. We called Christopher and he told us that it was like a speeding ticket and it was a permanent mark on our record. When we explained that it was a misunderstanding, he told us multiple times that our conversation was recorded and that they listen to recordings. This lack of care and professionalism may also end up costing us thousands of dollars.Worst insurance agent and office ever!

Not so much Chrispher Chruby but Allstate is a lousy company to insure through my car was a yr old less then 20k miles valued at Kelly blue book at 24k and they only want to give me 16k and some of the items in my car were gifts from my grandma and she died 2 months ago and they want receipts for everything also my boyfriends car he just got was also lite on fire and then said put it on renters insurance

Chris bought this agency from Mike Eaton maybe 5-6 years ago. Started off well with good response time and ease of use. Then came the Would You Like Fries With That up-selling emails, then came the STAFF, and eventually Chris just stopped being responsible for the practice. Then one of his staffers could not get a handle on insuring the condo we bought this winter. I wasted hours of time with her - and sadly, her emails barely contained actual english words (no joke). I reached out to Chris, through email and voicemail, several times to try and correct the situation and he never returned my email or called us back. Its such a bummer - weve been with Allstate for 32 years, and Ive never changed agents unless we moved. Until now.

Chris has been my insurance agent for the past 6 years, He is hands down the most knowledgeable, kind and reasonably priced insurance agent I have ever worked with. His team is just as great as he is and they process any and ALL requests almost same day. Ive referred close to 50 people to him over the years and everyone loves him, he truly takes pride in his work and his customer service. I cannot recommend him enough 10/10

Chris Choruby can make anything happen. He is on top of his customer service and pricing. He went to extra mile to make sure I received timely info at a good price. Ive called him a few times with insurance questions outside of his job, and he always makes sure I get the right answers.Big thanks to you and your agency!

Billing has been a nightmare with this Allstate Agency! Ive had to call in every month for the past 5 months because they have incorrectly set up auto-pay billing on my account. Youd think after the 2nd or 3rd call about the same problem they would figure out how to get this right.
