Isabella at State Farm has helped me for the past 2 years and has been nothing short of exceptional. She has truly been the best agent I’ve ever worked with.I always get prompt service via email or phone. My questions are always answered in a very clear and helpful fashion. I feel she helps me find the best policies and expenses for my needs/ has helped me save money and still maintain good coverage.I have 5 policies with State Farm at very fair rates. They have covered significant expenses for 2 car accidents for me in past with no issue.I highly recommend State Farm and working with Isabella.

The staff is awesome! I’ve always felt like my answers were addressed professionally and quickly. Izze is fantastic and Chris has an enormous amount of experience and is very responsive!

Another bad review. I dont know if its this office or State Farm in general, but so many problems. Used them for years and kept running into problems. The biggest was that they could not navigate my partner and I splitting our policies (we have a home together, two separate cars). No matter what I did, they could not manage to remove our names from each others policies or send us mail to where we actually lived. This resulted in my name being associated with his claims, driving up my insurance, and my insurance being dropped without even being told (they mailed him a letter about dropping him, which apparently dropped mine too). At some point they added that we were married, although we never were. And even changed my last name to his, after repeatedly being told we lived in separate houses. Basically, theyre a mess. Stay away.

I recently cancelled my policy to take advantage of cheaper rates elsewhere. They continued to charge me even after my policy had been terminated. Before canceling the policy, I had a charge from them that was $150 more than usual. When I called about it, they claimed it was a computer error and fixed the problem, though they seemed unaware of it and obviously wouldnt have fixed had I not caught it and brought it to their attention.

Horrible agent to have and to work for. Doesnt care about anything at all but making money and doesnt care literally about anything else but that.
