I could write a story book about why Aubrey is so amazing..1. As first time Home buyers, she was so patient with us, and answered all of our questions.2. Our house flooded and she called us right then at 9:00 pm on a week night to make sure we were okay, and see what she could do to help us.3. She constantly checked up on us when we were living in a hotel to see what we needed, and even helped us find a daycare for our dog for when we were at work.4. She always will hop on calls with me to help me figure out my banking, mortgage, loans, etc.She is absolutely amazing, and I am so grateful for her. If youre a new time homeowner, I highly suggest working with Aubrey. Her and her team are very personable and really do care about you.

Importantly, the regular and thoughtful connections and attention to detail Aubrey and others (Shanna, Sarah) offered has been incredible. A most professional team, yes, with the rare and lovely addition of relationship building. We are moving forward now with life insurance considerations.It would be easy for us to think that we are Aubreys most favorite and important clients. I suspect thats not the case, though. I have learned that the agent you choose makes an important difference and that agents are not all the same. I believe that Aubrey Holt is the most knowledgeable and responsive agent that my husband and I have ever worked with. Aubrey and her staff have a consistently client-focused approach in fitting our needs with reasonably priced options for coverage. The people in her office are a pleasure to work with, and when help is needed to navigate auto mishaps and file claims, they are there to provide excellent guidance and support.

I am a little bais as I use to work for State Farm in various positions for 12 years. Lost my original agent due to retirement and I found Aubrey and knowing State Farm has the best rates out there, I was so fortunate to find her and her team. She and here team have never disappointed me and have always gone the extra mile to answer and fulfill any questions and changes I might have in regards to my automobile, house, renters and business insurance in a very timely manner. Just recently, I called to set up an appointment to meet Aubrey and her team to discuss all my insurance concerns, and it turns out, just by sitting down for 15 minutes they were able to save me $200 a month on all my insurance needs. State Farms motto has always been like a good Neighbor, State Farm is there Sincerely, this is the case with Aubrey and her team. you will not be disappointed to call her, she will treat you as family, not just a client.

Sadly, my beloved bicycle was stolen out of the garage at my boyfriend‘s house where I rent from him. I was very upset, but Aubrey Holt’s office was amazing to work with. I first called the general State Farm claims number to begin the process and I did not understand the bewildering figures they gave me or any of the weird worksheets they emailed either- I was essentially going down a mistaken path in which I thought I had to replace my ten year old bicycle with another used bicycle, but I was going to get less than $40 back for spending over $700 to replace my stolen property. I emailed Aubrey’s office for help (I was already a client, she’d been recommended to me a couple years ago by a real estate agent) and I am so glad I did. With their quick response (she called me from a conference!), clear explanation and advice I was able to replace my stolen bike with a new bike that I really like. And while I did not get the total replacement cost back- deductibles hurt when you have an incident- I did get a far more reasonable reimbursement amount for my expenses.I know a stolen bicycle is a small issue in the world of insurance and they have other customers, but Aubrey and assistant Shanna still took extra time to help me navigate and submit my claim, and that made all the difference. If all insurance agents were this helpful what a nice world it might be.
