I was very impressed with Chris Greens level of service. He worked very hard to find me the best deals available to my emerging small business and he was readily available to answer ANY questions I had. He worked on the weekend to get the necessary paperwork completed and even offered to drive 30 miles to hand deliver them. It is very hard to find this outstanding level of customer service. Ive had several properties/automobiles over the years. Personal residence, investment properties and classic Automobiles. And have had several different insurance companies over the years. I met Mr. Green approximately 10 years ago. After giving him a chance to give me quotes on all my properties/automobiles. In order to know whether a business or individual is worth conducting business with, it is important to look at how their employees are treated, their overall contentedness, and the atmosphere in the office. The first thing I noticed was that the office had an atmosphere similar to the DMV… Grumpy, un-helpful employees and a goofy clueless Michael Scott type overseeing it all.There is an older woman who working there who I noticed was giving incorrect information about the structure of s business… She told me that my prior experience (12 years in banking, 3 in small business lending and 2 in collateral underwriting) wasn’t relevant and I needed to be quiet, forget everything I knew and listen. Unfortunately her manner with clients is not much better.The only saving grace in that office was Natalie and God help me if I even know what she does but she is Chris’ younger, better looking wife so that’s all I’m going to say about that…I was here two days under the pretense that I was hired (filled out a W-4, direct deposit form discussed my hourly pay, agreed to a two-year commitment in the position… Yeah the logical person would think they were hired right?)Mr. Green called me the third morning as I pulled up to the office it (is a 14 mile drive) and told me the “IT guy was having problems” and that he would call me later that day when I could come in. OK, thank you Michael Scott for the most ridiculous excuse I’ve ever heard for someone not to come in. Needless to say he did not call me back that day, nor has he called me since then it has been 5+ weeks. I still have not been paid for those two days I was there. I tell people about this story and everyone likes to remind me that it is illegal, but Get the feeling Mr. Green is about the bottom dollar and not much else.I have managed teams of 10 to 12 people and that includes hiring and firing… Not once did any of my team members have to question the status of their employment. If this is how he treats the people he has coming to work for him, you best imagine it’s how he will handle any l difficult situation.He is very good at promising grandiose things and painting nice pictures of what it will be like to work with him or to ensure your belongings with him, but it is all unicorns and rainbows and when the you know what hits the fan he will blame the poor IT guy.Do your research. You get what you pay for…

Prior to my visit I called and explained what I need. I was told to just come in and no appointment needed.When I came in I was completely ignored!My experience was horrible! Waste of time!

Best insurance experience I have ever had!

This might be the best rates but wait until you hit someone. My car was hit by one of YOUR drivers. Turned it into Safeco. The estimate for repair was $1200 but the best Safco would give me was $900. This is why I stay with Farmers, for the insurance not the cheap rates and poor service.Safeco also stalled me 2 week from the date of the estimate, Now I am getting after market parts on a otherwise flawless car.
