Jolene promised me that my rates would lower at the end of the year contract when I’m turning 26. Well it’s time to renew this month on the 25th for me and my birthday is close. My bill is going from $149 a month up to $174 a month! And guess who warned me, the Allstate app, NOT JOLENE!!!!! I call and can only get a basic Allstate rep who says that jolene is a independent who can make their own deals and my price definitely could of went down or up like it did!! No honesty, The rep just told me it was inflation and apologized. I have no speeding tickets no parking tickets and no accidents so I was expecting this bill to lower like promised because I do yearly contracts. Apparently jolene couldn’t and didn’t bother telling me. And even if jolene can drop the price herself she hasn’t gone out of her way to contact me about this at all and theirs only two weeks to fix it. Not very professional to let me sit here and worry/stress from a warning on the app about a bill increase I was told wouldn’t happen. No honestly or transparency or progressive forward thinking or consideration! Lack of integrity. Worst of all a terrible price and excuse for raising my bill and keeping me in the dark.

Everytime I call, with a cop who pulled me over asking for proof of Insurance. When I got in an accident. Another time my Finance company tried to stick me with extra Insurance I did not need. It seems like everytime I call usually Jolene, or one of her staff is on it right away. I think they never sleep.
