I have all my vehicles and house insured through this agent and have been extremely happy with them. I am kind of a high maintenance customer for an insurance company in that I buy and sell, therefore change my policies around a lot. Chelsea is great at getting me quotes, changing my policies and making sure Im always on the best plan. They are great, nuff said

What a great company. I recently had to have insurance on a move from Ohio to Portland. Catalina Chavez came to our rescue with a great policy. She was so understanding and knowledgeable I barely had to ask any questions. I was so impressed I decided to switch my life insurance to State Farm. Taylor was outstanding. He took all the time needed to help me through the process. These wonderful people do business like it should be done. My son is also switching his policies to Taylor and Co. When you talk to them you feel as if theyre family. Im not easily impressed by customer service these days, but these wonderful people will make sure you feel like youre their only customer. Was a customer of Allstate for 15 years. Never new my agent, he never called me to get me discounts,or lower rates. I told him I was shopping,and he said well i cannot help you, and I find it hard to believe he saved you that much money.Well guess what,he did and we cancelled Allstate and signed with Taylor at State Farm.Taylor was a referral from a boat owner. I had him quote all our vehicles .He followed up with no Pressure at all. He was patient with me, and let me lead the appointment.We meet with Taylor and found him very easy to talk with,and very professional!!..He additional saved us the original amount and we got more coverage.I would highly recommend Taylor to any one looking for a GREAT!! agent,who has your best interest in mind.
