Never fixed my street name despite my asking more than once. Monthly fee is overpriced. Never received a response regarding criticisms from last survey. Switching to All State where I’ll only pay $70 a month.

I signed for auto and home insurance and nothing else, but I get calls mailings and too many emails soliciting other products. I do find this very annoying. I have no problem with the products I currently have, but the frequency and content of contact that I receive too regularly is too much.

This agency inherited me from my chosen agent, when he retired abruptly. While this wasnt their fault, no one at this agency showed any empathy or interest in my concerns or in helping me with my insurance needs. I spoke with four different Alward people and lodged a complaint with Allstate before yet another Alward agent took care of me. Adding to the confusion, the outgoing voicemail message doesnt mention insurance or identify the agencys affiliation with Allstate, with whom Ive had a beneficial 30+ year relationship. I will not remain with Alward and may even leave Allstate as a result.
