One of the Best Battery replacement for anything you own

A friend of mines nephews friend jumped my car & told me the things wrong with my car & referred me to UBSI.I went down, I was approached by a worker immediately. He looked at my battery & said I definitely need a new one & referred a no maintenance battery. He told me the price. I could not exchange them then.When I returned the battery was dead so I brought it in, purchased a holding bar & the cost came out to be the cost I was told before. Very nice staff.

Bought a battery(duracell) for my acura with a 3 year replacement, 6 year pro rated warranty in 2015. Battery failed in 2017. A replacement was supplied at that time. I started having problems again in mid 2020 and contacted them again, I was 5 years in to my 6 year warranty and the battery was again going dead every 2 days, same as before. I was told that those batteries are no longer available and that they were of poor quality by whoever was answering the phones at their Longview location. I had already charged the battery for 24 hrs and load tested it, it failed to start the car @9.7 volts after the load of 200 amps for 20 seconds, a typical load test with my vat 40 load tester. I have been a professional mechanic for 35 years, have a degree in diesel technology and have an incredible amount of electrical experience. I took the car in and had their guy check it out. It was obvious that the guy was not very experienced, he offered me a new battery at full price with no pro rate for the remaining warranty period. Not much of a warranty then is it? I will never step foot in that place again. Went to walmart and brought a three year free replacement battery with 72 months pro rated warranty for 30$ less. A week later I had not started that car, went out and started the car and it fired up instantly. Hmm, must have been a bad battery, HUH?Dont waste your time at this battery chop shop!

This is a good place to take your car for Batteries, starters, alternators, and some other issues. I would recommend United battery for their services, and the ownership there has always been family, the original owner passed away in 95, but his sons now own the business, and have completely upgraded the place, so that it is basically top-notch. They normally treat you with respect, and if they make a mistake, they try to make it right with you. Again, I would recommend you check out United battery for any of your cars electrical issues that they can service, before you go elsewhere. Their prices are fair, and their warranty is excellent as well for parts and labor.

This place was great. My starter died and I was nearby their location on a Saturday. I rolled it up into the garage and they gave me a better price on a new starter part than the big name down the street did on a refurbed one. They were done very fast and the car has been running great for about a month since.

These guys are fantastic! We brought a motorcycle battery in get a new one and they said let us test it first. Battery fine, no charge. Figured then it was the starter, went to buy a new one, they said they could rebuild this one. Got into it and discovered it was fine. The mechanics there really know their stuff. Earned my business for sure.

Brandon was great! We bought a battery for our car that was dead by the roadside and wouldnt stay running when jumped. He loaned us a couple tools so we could install it. Once we got it to the shop, they found that the previous mechanic (not with United Battery) hadnt connected the new alternator to the regulator, so the old battery was super dead. Bought a battery and alternator from here less than 1000 miles ago. Both were tested today and found that they both are bad and need replaced. Of course they are out of warranty. Counter person was barely helpful, not friendly and did a lot of shoulder shrugging. I will not do business here again and suggest you do not either. If I could do zero stars I would.

He gave me the run around so i gave up but i want people to know that they are not trust worthy. Be careful these guys are LIERS And Thieves had some work done here my battery was stole out my back seat, which one of the owners made right by replacing the stolen battery only to come find out that they most likely gave me a rebuilt or even just cleaned my old Alternator and put it back in my vehicle, when i went back to have them look at the alternator they told me that fluid had leaked in to it and that voided the warranty, They had no paper work for my car they said there computer doesnt keep record i was completely polite and respectful, Waiting for Police so i can also make a complaint. I was about to buy batteries for my RV at a Napa Auto Parts up the street, and someone in line told me to try United first. I got way better batteries for my camper than the ones at Napa - I didnt even know better batteries were an option - for a lot less, and they did a free electrical inspection. They were just really really nice, ultra professional, and honest :) Plus the place reeks of cookies from the cookie factory across the street.
