If I could give less than one star I would. I came in after ordering a phone online, i was suppose to split the payment between two cards. The girl had no idea what she was doing and first said that they only charged me for taxes on the phone, when in reality they charged over 1000 dollars to my cards. When I asked to return the phone because that is not how the payment was suppose to go, she simply said “there’s nothing I can do” and would not return the phone. (Still in the box, not even turned on or opened). I had to pay at a different store to return my phone and I tip of that a lot in overdraft fees. Would not recommend this store to anyone, the workers aren’t even friendly.

Jazmin was exceptionally pleasant and explained my options as I wasnt sure which phone I wanted. Ive always had AT&T service except for 18 months when I was offered a free phone. Lets just say Ill stay with AT&T.

You can do most things here like buy a phone and pay your bill but they are just an authorized dealer. The people here are great, helpful and friendly. Always get done what I came in for.

Great thanks for a patient, excellent and professional service. I was helped with a Huawei Hotspot that didnt wanted to work together with the AT&T G4 network. We found a workaround so that I enjoyed a super connection for the rest of my trip.

Honestly am not one to go online and review a place, especially give them a negative review, but this establishment had me fed up. Walked in there yesterday around 3:50pm, no one acknowledged me and my buddy, no greeting, no smiles, no nothing! No customer service whatsover. On top of that waited for 30 mins or even more to make a phone payment. And still no apology or how are you doing today?, nothing but bad service. I believe it was just the associates that were there. The part that really got me mad was during the time waiting they DID NOT BOTHER TO SAY AT LEAST, WE WILL BE RIGHT WITH YOU SIR. Like I said no acknowledgment. Not coming back here again unless its different staff, if ever.

This is the store to go to for your art services. Better than the local corporate store that has been the only place to go for years.
