For seven years I have been with spectrum internet. Thus far, I havent had a complaint that wasnt resolved. They are curtious and knowledgeable. I have and will continue to refer Spectrum to anyone wanting a fast reliable internet.

Last i was in the store the guy was very friendly and helpful. I was returning a modem because they had sent me a new one. But last two weeks have been hell because our internet has been going on and off a few times a day. Weve never had problems before. I called and even went online and all I get is that there is an outage in our area. I saw a spectrum truck close to out house but apparently nothing. Internet is still going down and Im seriously considering switching companies. I wish I could ask around and see if anyone is also having issues and what spectrum is doing about it.

Just been at their office at Porterville california, at january 14 around 5 pm the staff’s on duty have a very very poor customer service skills the old thin lady that wore a mask is very rude! I felt like she needs to retire as soon as possible, a disgrace to the company!!!!

This company are criminals and liars they lie about promotion durations, internet speed you are receiving and hidden fees. They are taking advantage of kids and families that have to rely on the internet for schooling during the pandemic cause that is our only option in this sadden times. Stay away and find a more trust worthy company not spectrum

Its close to home and the customer service agents are friendly and courteous. There is very little conversation between me and the agents because they are one of our utility companies but except for Good morning or Good afternoon, nice weather were having, and inspite of this very short interaction you get a good sense of welcome.

I am handicap and need to hold onto to walk. The set up they currently have is very difficult for a handicap person. It was her painful to wait so long and to stand so long with nothing to hold onto., They need to have better provision for handicapped people. Customer service was fine once I got up there but the way they have set up is horrible.

Prices are criminally outrageous! Had to drop our Cable recently. As for the internet! They know your options are very limited between them and a couple of other providers so theyre going to charge you an arm and a leg for something they know you have to have these days unless you want to go old school style and live off of the grid!

I love Charter Spectrum. Best service in town as far as Im concerned. They respond to problems quickly. Their techs are almost always early rather than late, they know what they are doing and I always receive a phone call after the service to see if the problem has been resolved. This is customer service at its best! Thank you Spectrum.

The internet speed is awesome for our area Porterville, Ca. But the local office is in dire need of an upgrade, specifically the personnel. They are rude and very unorganized. In addition, they never seem to have any change on or around the first of the month, people pay with large bills and wait in long lines just be told either put your change on account for credit or leave and come back with correct change to pay their bills...

The girl helped as much as she could however her hands are tied since there is no communication between the call center and the office. You cannot call the location to see if they have what you need on hand and what I needed was locked up for the technicians and the girl couldn’t get it for me so now they will charge me for s technician to deliver it to me. When I asked her to call the boss she said they cannot call them and when they try the call center hangs up on them. This company sucks but what are you to do? As all technology today we are at their mercyz

Internet service is decent when its working but goes down often. You would think in this day and age they would make more redundancy. A business like this should have 2 or 3 times more than you need so the connections at most will slow in case of a failure Ridiculous to not have online available.

Left at 9:35. Didnt open at 9 am. Return two days later for copy of channels. Didnt have a copy. What a waste of money and time. I dont know how thy stay in business. I guess by making a big profit.

Last month (3/2019) theyre systems went down but they were still accepting cash payments, today i went to pay and theyre saying i didnt pay last month. So now i have to dig through receipts to prove i paid my bill which is now past due. This is unacceptable.

Charter Communications branch of Porterville is a quick reliable company that performs as promised. I applied for service and the next day the cable guy was installing my cable and high speed cable. Installation was quick, no problems, the guy even was careful about tracking dirt in the house from outside, no payment until everything was installed and working.. The Internet speed is 3.7+ times faster than any other home based Internet provider in town. I even got a discount on installation and price break. The Companys building itself is clean followed by excellent knowledge in the cable business. They spent tons of cash reworking the roads to provide cable for all. They use ultra fast fiber optics to ensure the speed is ultra fast when coming into Porterville and then converted to coaxial cable for the customers. I rate 4 stars out of 5

This place sells you on this AMAZING INTERNET/TV ... and tbh I don’t watch enough TV to care, but the internet you better watch em, cuz they are shady and have been lieing to us for idk how long. But if you run a Speedtest on ur router, u will not get what ur supposedly paying for... so just watch it - well after your 1st year of service is when they got us for some fools! Whatever... it is what it is!

The best internet service I have had. Had Frontier and my internet was down on a regular basis. Oasysis throttled down constantly and was too expensive. Spectrum is the best. Only had a proble one time and tech was here following day. The tech was able to get my smart tv to connect to the internet. It wouldnt with Frontier.
