I was told I was a great candidate for a couple of positions, then nothing.. No call back, no availability, nothing. Very unprofessional! I would not recommend this agency to anyone.

Receptionist was rude when she took down my details. Still haven’t heard from anyone so I went to WSI instead

I can say that they do get you into a job fast but there communication is bad. Jenna it seem like she has too much to do when you call her she dont get back to you. She call you on another number and you call to leave a message her voicemail is full.

Amazing experience!! Kyle reached out to me on a position with a company I’ve been wanting to get my foot in the door with. He helped not only me, but also a coworker I referred to schedule an interview, guided us & prepared us for our interviews, and when at first I wasn’t chosen to get the job, kept in touch with them and me so when someone else fell through, I was runner up and with his help, got the job!! He stayed available and in touch with us even while on vacation. He seemed genuinely happy, excited and hopeful for us both. You could tell that he was with you every step of the way and really wanted you to get the job. Kyle made me feel believed in and I am so appreciative of all his help! I definitely recommend not only Aerotek, but Kyle specifically. :)

If you get a call back then they have no problem putting you in a good job. But thats IF you get a call back. It shouldnt take over a week of calling multiple times a day and leaving messages to finally hear back from somebody. If your reps are too busy to call potential employees back than you either need to hire new reps or better ones.

They don’t seem like they care about the applicants

This company contacted me while doing a background check on someone else. While talking to me about that person, they offered me an interview for a position Called me a few times. Kept saying they would contact me when they had an interview time. Went months with no call back. Then out of the blue, another rep for them calls me and same story... have a great position, you are a finalist for it. They are interviewing at the end of the week. Will call you tomorrow with a time if you are interested. Once again... no call for a month . Then a third rep calls with the same story. Right down to the I will call tomorrow when I have the interview times down line. Ok whatever. 2 weeks later still no call but i stopped waiting for one after the first guy. Do not waste your time.

Rude staff and lack of diverse job offerings

Would give a 0 if I could. Worked with Mathew Watson and he was very unprofessional, to the point I almost cried. Called him early in the morning and he said he was going to send me an email. I happened to fall asleep due to working 3rd shift the night before. When I went in later that day to speak with him he belittled me and made me feel insignificant. He stated that he couldn’t trust me and that I was unreliable after I had told him I worked third the night before and I was very sorry! Aerotek May be a good temp service but I highly recommend everyone stay away from Mathew!!!

I went to Aerotek after my Project Management position in Corporate America was eliminated. I was initially interviewed by Clare in their Lansing office, who indicated she would transfer my information to the Kalamazoo office. I NEVER heard from Clare again (I believe she left the company shortly thereafter) when I called the Kalamazoo office, they said they had my information, would update my file and get some opportunities headed my way. I do not recall the ladys name that I spoke with in Kalamazoo, but I believe it started with an A. I never heard one thing from Aerotek, not one e-mail, not one call, not anything. The only way I made contact with them, was picking up the phone and calling them and only if they answered-If I left a message, I heard nothing back. They must have a good business and be making money hand-over-fist, because they do not appear to stress the importance of, or believe in customer service at all...

I was told by a recruiter that I was not a good culture fit for a position that I had interviewed for. When I moved my opinion in a professional yet to firm manner with corporate; the begin coming with excuses as to why they couldnt place any longer. I have excellent references from all assignments that I have completed.I guess its time for another Class Action lawsuit. You would have thought that they learned their lesson from the last one based on discrimination.If I could give no stars I would, Kalamazoo office is terrible.

I have nothing but great things to say. I really dont get why so many negative reviews. I worked with Whitney and she kept in contact with me and made sure I was happy. Very professional and awesome. Makes you feel important and proud to work with them. Thank you aerotek for everything you do for me.

Really great company to work for. Would have gotten a 5star, but after you are hired it was hard to get in touch with your rep. It got better though after I had a talk with him. And it would be better if they payed perdeam for over time.they did where I worked but not any where Else.

Great company! They are very responsive and took the time to find what I was looking for. They kept great contact with me as well throughout the process!

Spoke to Kyle. He lied and said he didnt speak with my reference (reference called me after he spoke with Kyle) and asked if I had a different one after I gave him all from my recent work history. Great work history yet he still gave me the run around.

Gave me and my fiancé the run around on employment opportunities. Had to leave and come back a few hours later because their computer system for an employment was down.... waste of our time.... Lies were being told continuously! Not sure what people like about Aerotek but to me its a joke..... never falling for Aerotek again.

Ive been contacted twice in past 3 months about an opportunity, each time by email and phone. When I attempted to learn more information about the opportunity by both phone and email I have received no reply of any kind. This lack of professionalism should be a red flag to anyone thinking of using Aerotek in Kalamazoo.

Bryan Ray is Great. Anytime I have had a problem he’s went to bat for me and always got the situation resolved and had mad he 100% satisfied. Thank you again BRYAN RAY AND AEROTEK!!!!!!!!

They only gave me two job opportunities, that I couldnt accept because of transportation issues, I had told them about ahead of time. They then told me I was, A waste of time for both them and there clients. They were very rude

Had gotten a job with Cosma and ended up not liking it. So I contacted my rep and told her I didnt think it was a good fit for me and told her why I didnt like it and she never messaged me back. I messaged her 3 times and have also tried to apply for other positions but never received a call or message from anyone. They try and make it seem like they care but they really dont

Worked for a day for them and they didnt pay me for more than a month. kept getting told by casey and chris that it be taken care of and gave me the run around. they treat you real badly

Had a interview with Chad he told me hell get back with sometime that day never hear from him been calling him since last week no answer at all and every time i call they pick up then hang up not at all a good company to work for...

(Aerotek is a great company) (fabulous people) - just a company that seeked this organization for help was a hot mess whacked out (“Whacked out is something crazy, ridiculous or unusual”)lbs - but other words I recommend Aerotek to anyone.

Recruiter refuses to answer messages sent thru email, voicemail, it messages left at front desk. Office manager also doesnt return messages.

Very unprofessional.. they actually reached out to me through indeed.com once I showed interest they left me hanging. Never responds to emails maybe days later with a sorry excuse. so I gave up.

Excellent experience with Aerotek, they found a great fit for me. Eventually got hired in. I dont understand the negative reviews posted here.

I called today because i have some questions and the recepcionist was in hurry and sending me to double check the website, i dont know how this people get jobs like that.

Initial Interview was very positive, then near no contact. Hard to get ahold of, very disappointing.

Gave the run around on jobs then told me I was late when I was locked out the building then termination of my job then gave me the run around about paying when I wasnt paid

Staff does not get back to you when scheduled for a call back.

Unorganized after my interview had to call them for any answers for the next steps taken

Got me a job the next day
