Wonderful Employees!!!!I was upfront, honest, and told them what I needed since I was on crutches at the time. They connected me with a great business/employer that worked around my medical appointments and understood my position.Only issue was that I needed to be reduced from Full time to Part time, and was told I couldnt be part time but either Full time or to quit by Kelly Services. I quit, but found out after that the employer that hired me stated they wanted to keep me even at Part time.... Wish I wouldve talked with the employer more than what Kelly Services stated to us in orientation.Advice: make sure to communicate with the business/employer your temp to. They are the ones that pay Kelly Services or any Temp agency. If you leave good impressions on them.... they might negotiate or hire you in faster. (This was my first time being hired in a temp agency. I have applied to others in the distant past, but wasnt called back....)

I am looking for a job because I was laid off due to corvid-19. I applied to Kelly Services and the very next day they called me. So far so good however...... the person I was speaking with had an accent that made it very difficult to understand what they were saying. I told them that I was having difficulty understanding them and explained to them that their accent was making it difficult to understand them and asked if there was someone else that I could speak to and I was ignored and the person just continued to talk. I could make out only half of what they were saying. If this company wants to hire people then please have someone who is understandable on the phone.

DONT GO HERE.First off, when I applied to many of the listed jobs online, I didnt hear back from anyone. I drove to the office, thinking an in person meeting would get things moving. The door was locked, but the open sign was on. I sat in my car waiting, even called to no answer, I had assumed they were on lunch. I waited a full hour before I called again, and apparently they locked the door because of a discruntled person. Red flag. I spoke to a woman who said she would send out papers I needed to fill out, and that once that was done she could work on placing me for a job. Fast forward a week and someone finally calls me. Heather, asked me the same questions that I was asked in the office, and had a horrible and combative attitude when asked what exactly they do there. After much prodding she basically told me there are no jobs available, yet all these jobs are listed online. Her rebuttal was that they were not an immediate hire place, yet listing state immediate hire. When I was asking questions to try to understand what exactly they do, she said I dont know why youre arguing with me. Im just asking questions!Regardless, this is not a job placement agency. Its a job advertising agency. You go to these places because you need a job, you dont go there to sit around for months for their advertised jobs to become available. The listed jobs they post online arent even available. One in particular isnt even doing interviews on site until August 20, and thats just interviews. The target distribution listing is just getting peoples information! The amount of personal information they ask of you, to not even have a job to place you in, is ridiculous and feels like phishing. I wish I had known beforehand what kind of unprofessional and sketchy place this was, I definitely would not have given them any of my private information. This is the second sketchy employment agency Ive dealt with in Kalamazoo. Using other avenues Ive gotten three interviews in the last two days, for pay thats higher than anything they are offering, and no one is taking a cut. Dont give these people your information, and dont go in there with the hopes of actually getting a job, because its not going to happen.

What can I say about kelly? Nothing good. They work with felons but they told my girlfriend that they can no longer work with her. Shes has a misdemeanor charge which shes innocent and will b dropped. My suggestion is stay away from Kelly if u have any charges pending.

Willing to try and get anyone a job regardless of their past. Just dont lie on the application
