Took my vehicle in and they said the water pump went out, I understand that there is a mark up on parts but 200%? That was just for the water pump then they charged me $121 for 3 quarts if coolant (no doubt mixed with water). My van broke down less than half a mile down the road had to bring it back and then they got more money for the thermostat.
