I have had Larry as an Agent for about 5 years. He has done a great job helping with keeping my car and home insurance affordable.

We have had insurance with Larry for about 5 years now, his wife (Receptionist) was super rude to my wife one day, and we should have switched then like my Mother-in-Law did, but we stayed. What a mistake, we bought a new car a little while ago, and I called and told them we were trading in our old car and buying a new car and I assumed everything was taken care of. We didnt notice until we checked our bill a few months later. He never removed the car we traded in. We had paid for 3 cars for 2 months. He then told me he couldnt refund our money, but they would just reduce our monthly premium. I called another insurance agent, he said thats not legal. I called Larry back and he wouldnt budge he just said thats how they all do it. So my wife called the insurance company directly, and they are sending us a check for the difference. We switched to Ralph Hayward.

Absolutely horrible service particularly where the agent hung up on me! Would not recommend this insurance to anybody!!
