I recently had a problem with my homeowners insurance. I went in on a Saturday morning after a brief call to Dans office. I was directed to Jane-Ellen Decius. She helped me understand why I was having unforseen problems. I highly suggest her service.

We were very pleased with this agency up until making a claim, which we are still in the process of getting resolved a month later. Refusal to pay for services rendered (for a company they provided the name of), non-responsive to communication in a timely manner and dismissive. When asking to speak with Dan (the owner), he was conveniently busy or out of town on several occasions.

I have a bad habit of trading in and selling vehicles frequently and without batting an eye the team (i typically speak to Jane) has a quote for me on my next toy. I’ve been with them for over 10 years. Many vehicles, boats, home insurance. You name it they take care of me. They are a patient, helpful, and very kind group of people. I’ve developed a great relationship with them and it’s wonderful to see new customers develop that same relationship! They never lead me down the wrong insurance path and are always honest about my options and what’s the best path to take considering my route. Thank you for all that you do!!

I love Dan Biziks office. They are seriously always there for me when I need them. Jane is simply amazing and super friendly. I really feel like they know and care about me. I would recommend them to my friends or family without hesitation. My insurance rate was expensive and Jane figured out how to get it lower in addition to getting me more coverage.

Try to only deal with Stephanie if she is still there! I called to cancel my home owners insurance and a lady named Jane called me back and she was really rude about it. So i called my husband and told him what happened he had me cancel our car insurance with them as well since the customer service with her was so bad. She was acting like i stole from her because i wanted to cancel everything and go with someone else! On the other hand Stephanie would have tried to work with us as we have been with them for about 8 years and paid faithfully. I should have asked for her in the beginning but Jane kept answering with attitude! State farm is a good company but if we do ever go back it will not be with this location.

Will never buy insurance from here never requested a quote from them but have been calling me non stop everyday leaving messages finally had ti yell at them to get them to understand am not intrested in there products or I would have called them back weeks ago

This office goes above and beyond to provide amazing customer service. Whenever I call or go in everyone is incredibly helpful and friendly with whatever issue I might be having. Their late business hours also make taking care of my insurance very convenient.

Dan Bizik is an extremely knowledgeable and helpful agent! After a recent car accident I was in, Dan and his staff went above and beyond to ensure that my car was repaired quickly and that I had a rental car. He and his staff are always friendly and can answer any questions that I might have.

Jane has been wonderful in helping me with all my insurance needs for the past several years. I feel like family each and every time I call or go into the office. 1 month ago I posted a very negative review of this office because I felt like since transitioning from my previous agent, whom retired and transferred his clients, that I received poor customer service. My calls would go unanswered and in dealing with a particular billing issue, I felt as though I was being faulted for mistakes the company made, not myself. Today I have removed that review because Dan Bizik called me directly, in response to my review. That is great customer service! Some businesses dont even pay any attention to online reviews but he expressed legitimate concern over my experience and I greatly appreciate his desire to remedy the situation. Moreover, I admire his commitment to all his clients and I look forward to dealing with him in the future!

Ive had insurance through dan bizik state farm for over 30 years and appreciate everything that do for my family! And Jane always goes above and beyond to help.

To say that I have been treated poorly by this agency and State Farm would be an understatement. Perhaps just mentioning that I lost over $60,000 in a housing loss would be more to the point. Or that my former agent, prior to State Farm, would have covered my losses. Or that I acted as responsibly as I reasonably could to prevent the losses. And this is what the attorneys have told me. I have lost a lot of money - and a lot of sleep - over this agencys error and omissions on my account. Dont walk - but RUN from this agency.

This State Farm location will check your credit score without your knowledge and charge you up to 10 times more for car insurance if you have a fair credit score even if you have a clean driving record and no history of insurance claims! It happened to a family member of mine. This is illegal in some states, and it certainly is unethical and shameful to penalize someone with a clean driving record by gouging them to make more profits.
