This is a wonderful place to start your CrossFit fitness program! I’ve been going for about 9 months now and couldn’t be happier with the results I am seeing. I’m stronger and faster and I’ve learned so many new skills. The community is great. Deb is great. It’s worth every penny!

The gym is ok, but managment very BAD the worst that I ever seen.Dont waste your time here.

Crossfit Murdock is a fun and intense environment to work out in! The coaches are GREAT and really help to focus on your weaknesses and incorporate them into a fun group workout. Sometimes while your training, you get to witness the strength of members the coaches have been training for a long time and its very motivating and awesome to know that those people were once where you are as a beginner, but through great coaching, they have become the epitome of athleticism. They also focus greatly on nutrition in order to make sure youre getting the most out of your training. If youre goal oriented and expect great results, I have no doubt in my mind you wont enjoy training at Crossfit Murdock. Along with the before mentioned qualities, they also offer kids classes, making it a family friendly environment and adding to the diversity in age so anyone of any age can comfortably train there!

I dropped in to Crossfit Murdock for one week and the experience was fantastic! The classes were small and Deb/ Rachel were very attentive and provided me with welcome pointers on how to improve my workouts. I will definitely be stopping in again next time I am in Port Charlotte!

On the smaller side - but completely worth it. Rene is one of the best instructors in the biz for Olympic lifts. Friendly and accessible with great members. Definitely will be back . . . And we did burpees.

Great company. Our son loves doing the kids program and its priced well. He has had a great time this summer.

Its a good gym, but i didnt find what i needed here.

I was in the area and wanted to get my Oly lifting in the week before a meet. They were very friendly and accommodating to my needs. The owner even emailed me when a class time was changed so I wouldn’t be disappointed when I got there. I didn’t do a CrossFit class so can’t speak to the coaching there but the coaching I got was really helpful. I would definitely go back!

This place opened my eyes to what a workout was all about - I miss you guys!

Had another amazing week at my home away from home. Thanks to Renee an awesome coach and trainer and everyone else for making me feel so welcome once again!
