I went to their computer repair shop & wasnt sure what to expect. I explained to Lenny my HP was giving me a cooling fan error. I had attempted to fix it myself but its harder then UTube makes it out to be. He checked it out, took it to the back room for less then a minute & said see how it works. Bring it back if its not fixed. Im happy to say it is working better then it has for a long time. Thank you Lenny for giving it more life!

Excellent customer service, honest, and efficient. I’ve had to take my son’s gaming computer here twice and they have not let us down. Steven was honest about what was going on with the computer and he invested his time in making sure the issues were fixed. We first went in to get a power button issue fixed. This last time the operating system crashed. We have the computer back and it works perfect. Steven even put shortcuts on the desktop to the games that were installed. I love supporting small businesses and this is definitely one business that I will be using every time I have a computer issue or need something for my son’s computers. Check them out! Phenomenal experience. Great price and extremely fast service when I needed this done quickly. I needed my work computer upgraded to be faster so I can be more productive but I could not afford to give up my computer during a weekday. He took my computer Friday night and had me ready to go Saturday at noon! Barely any down time at all and amazing customer service to go along with it.

I normally build my own computers and thought I was pretty decent. I saw their work and had them build me one for my photography business. I will never build one again, they are amazing. Customer service??? I wont list all they have done and the hours they helped me for an error on my part. I went to multiple shops and was told there was nothing they could do to fix my lap top. My last attempt before throwing my laptop away was with Fast Tech computers and not only did they fix my laptop but there pricing was so affordable I appreciate the work that was done and will continue to go to these guys. I would highly recommend these guys on fixing and/or selling products.

I couldn’t be happier. I struggled with blue screen of death on an hp pc from beat buy and Steven fixes it in a timely fashion and at a reasonable rate that I was quoted before I left it with him. Great knowledge and advice. Very patient with all questions. Just recently bought a custom gaming PC from this business after being told i could not upgrade my laptop GPU. Im really happy with my purchase because it delivers every game i play with amazing graphics. Recommend visiting or calling for anything with PC!

Was really paranoid due to my last experience with a pc repair shop so we called alot.And 10/10 these guys, Especially Steven, took very good care of us and gave us great service. These gentlemen saved my high-end laptop by replacing a video chip on its motherboard, a difficult procedure that 95% of computer technicians would not even attempt. A rare combination of truly nice guys with superlative technical knowledge and ability. Fair pricing and pleasingly fast work. Overall excellent.

Steve did a great job, my laptop had a few issues. Couldnt log in, no internet, super slow, nothing worked. Runs like a charm now. Will never go back to bestbuy geek squad, there garbage. Highly recommend Steve and Fast Tech Computers. 5 stars

I went to their store this morning, for a processor cooling fan, they sent me home with one that didn’t fit so I returned it and forgot some packaging so he said leave it here and I’ll install the new cooler while your gone, came back to find he had went past the cooler and took my processor out and told me I had bigger problems than a cooler! Now I needed a motherboard and cooler! This pc ran top bench marks since 2009 had multiple graphics cards and multiple coolers never had a issue ever! But all the sudden the pins are bent and the motherboards trash, you do the math! Couldn’t but help to notice while in the store the ceiling is covered with a plethora of old motherboards, I know everyone gave great reviews, and I wish I could do the same, I can’t say they did it,but I cant say I would ever go back! Especially since the owner powered it on before he installed the cooler! But I was told it’s my problem and sent away

We have been using him for several years now, and my only regret is to not write a review on him sooner!!!In Steven we found a competent, knowledgeable, and reliable computer repair company. That is hard to find. We own a company, and Steven understands our sense of urgency with our business computer. He knows his customers, and he cares. He is awesome, and he stands by his work. It is so nice to be able to call and speak to a familiar voice or walk-in and see a familiar face. You are not dealing with a company that has a different person every day of the week that does not know your system! I cannot say enough good things about his customer service and knowledge!!! You can take your computer to him, or he will come to you. If you are looking for new or a refurbished computer, call Steven. I have bought both. Honestly the refurbished one runs like I bought it brand new. Had it for years, NEVER a problem.I must mention that Steven is honest too. I have had dealings with one local company that referred to themselves as “Christians” and they sold me things that I did not need, charged me an arm and a leg. I had so many problems with that computer the other company built for me that it was obscene. I will not mention names, they are still here, and very active in the community. STAY AWAY, and run straight to Steven, he will not do you wrong.

I took my computer to Fast Tech today because it was no longer able to connect to wireless internet. I had no idea what was causing the problem. Steve removed and reinstalled the wireless card and reloaded the driver. Problem solved. Same day service and minimal charge. I was impressed by Steves honesty and integrity. He could have told me that there was a serious and expensive problem, and I could have been easily fooled. But, he was forthright and honest in diagnosing and correcting my problem. This was my first visit to Fast Tech, but I am now a loyal customer. 5 Stars without reservation!

Steve explained my options - put money into my old computer or think about getting a faster and more updated one - prices at FastTech are reasonable, so I bit the bullet. My new Dell was ready to use by the next morning, and all my old info from my two old computers was easy to access. I like that their product is American made, and really appreciate having honest, dependable go-to computer guys that I can call if I have problems, and best of all, whom I can totally trust!

My computer was running really slowly, which can be frustrating for someone who works at a fast pace. At my husbands suggestion, (as he had a good experience with the Fast Tech Computers team), I brought in my computer. I left my laptop overnight and was pleased to see improvement when I picked it up the next day. Im waiting for the next lull in my work schedule so I may bring it in again for additional streamlining.Hats off to the Fast Tech Computers team! Im very happy with Fast Tech for getting my computer up and running again. He replaced my crashed hard drive and was able to save all my data. Steve was great, understood my issues and worked to resolve them.

Last week my motherboard gave out, meant it was time to upgrade parts. I learned a good while back the fastest way for me to break new parts is to try and put them together myself. After a little coordination with Steve and Lenny I dropped all my stuff off and a couple days later picked it back up again fully installed and running. Not only did Steven give me all the specs I wanted but also did so in a timely manner, put up with my insistent and constant questions, and educate me on all my options. He saved me money and put in extra hours to find me the perfect, reliable computer.Even more so: I live about 400 miles from the store, yet I am always equipped with their service if I ever have a problem with the computer or understanding Windows.I recommend FastTech to anyone who is in the market for a computer (no matter the specs) and a reliable, professional team of experts.

We have dealt with Lenny since 2001 long before he opened the store…we have since moved to North Carolina and still, whenever there is a problem we are on the phone with them and all is worked out…even had someone local try to fix it and we ended up sending the whole computer to Lenny to fix had it back in less than a week…they are the BEST!!

Fast Tech has always been really helpful with any issues Ive ever brought them. I cant recommend them enough! They know what they are talking about and they wont overcharge you for services you dont need, like some of the other local places.
