Gloria, the owner and computer expert, is amazing! She is highly qualified to do all kinds of repairs on computers. She helped me to set up my printer when I was unable to figure out why it would not connect to my WI-FI! She is most pleasant and works fast. She has 30+ years of experience, which shows. She will come to ones home to work on your computer. She is worth her hourly rate and will save you money on repairing rather than your going out and buying a new computer. Computers will last for years if properly repaired.I bought a used SAMSUNG laptop which originally had an older version of WINDOWS, (WINDOWS 8.1 OS). The eBay seller upgraded it to WINDOWS 10. She was computer savvy and kept the laptop in great condition. I think that it probably was built in 2020. I have had it for about three years now and it is working just fine, for example. My point is that computers or laptops can last a long time if one takes care of one properly. I do need to ask for Glorias assistance for my laptop as she told me that it is running slowly. Someday, I will ask her to come back to my home to run a diagnostics to discern why my laptop is running slower than it should.I, SINCERELY AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND GLORIA OR A+COMPUTER CLINIC. I would not let any other repair person work on my computer or my printer. Thank you, Gloria! It was a pure pleasure to have had you connect my printer to my WI-FI! You are a lovely and extremely knowledgeable computer repair woman!

Call best buy 2 time they put me on hold for 25-35 minutes twice. Went to google and found Gloria at A+ Computer Clinic.. Call her on Saturday. She said she could see me in an hour. Took my laptop and within 15 minutes had it up and running for$50.00. I will be taking my other laptop in to have her look at it before I buy a new one tomorrow. Highly recommend. I AM NOT GOING BACK TO BEST BUy!. Thank you Gloria.
