Got some gas and a snack at your store only to discover that my pack of chocolate Zingers had mold in it. Lady (supervisor??) at the register gave me a refund, but never apologized. What kind of service is this?? I will never return to a store that sells items with mold. You guys have to check your products on a consistent basis or check expiration dates. Not good.

Ive been going to the Shell gas station for 9 years since I moved here everyone there is always been super nice today is the first day that I went in there and a red-headed young lady with a ponytail needs to get a different job she is not a people person she was not friendly she doesnt look at customers and shes training someone to boot. She look like she hated her job says a hand on her hip one meaning flipping her hair and not looking at customers and I hope shes not training that new employee how to be rude because she is like I said this is the very first time Ive ever complained maybe she should get a job with waste Management!

Was there late morning and cashier ( young woman) was coughing and had beads of sweat off her head. Maybe she should take a couple days off to make sure she is ok.Does mgmt test employees... they should ...

Shell gas stations offers the best Top Tier Gas in the state of Florida....you will have a better running engine guaranteed...Clean inside....new looking gas pumps...very nice place

Fair prices with excellent monthly specials offered. This is typically a busy location so the traffic is typically high during peak daytime hours. Entering and leaving the location has not been a problem, and offers direct access from Tamiami Trail.

Nothing worse than standing at a counter while the employee (linds) is busy on her phone while theres one other employee (Linda) is handling the line of 3+ people. If youre standing at the register your phone should not even be visible to the customers let alone in your hands. Its even worse when you ride a motorcycle and youre trying to beat the rain home.

Very nice, clean station. Customer service is very good. Gas is usually in the middle, not cheap, but not expensive either.

* Update* The manager has been a little better these last couple of months. It seems as though hes making an effort to be friendlier. Im not saying hes a Dale Carnegie graduate or anything but hes not as nasty as he used to be. *Friendly, helpful staff. Manager has got to be the most miserable person Ive ever encountered. Not just once but every time I visit and I visit 7-8 times per week minimum. I have to laugh every time I see the recruitment sign asking if youre a people person. The manager certainly isnt.

The guy management who came in here year year-and-a-half ago to try to straighten out the place the two young ladies and the mail in the mornings are probably the threshold that place the elderly man supposedly whose management has his thumb up his butt and we all been waiting to see him do something to this place he cannot he needs to retire or go to a smaller kind of a gas station because Wawas about to open next to her its going to bury that place if he doesnt leave

This is the only place that I will go for coffee. The staff is great. Very friendly. I am in this store 2 and 3 times a day.

My card card wouldn’t work at pump so I went in and asked what the issue was and some condescending employee with an attitudeGives me some excuseBut then the card works inside !Will never go there again due to horrid staff

Gas, drinks, and snacks. Not much else to say about it. Staff is usually quick, but the place is not very clean and kind of dingy.

About what youd come to expect from a gas station, but Shells fuel rewards program is a definite must have of you typically get Shell gasoline. Their convenience store prices are pretty low as well comparatively.

Good helpful people inside store, very friendly and clean. One of the lowest price stations in Port Charlotte, they also have a brand new car wash.

Ghetto. The CSRs took as long handling customers as they did completing the 3rd grade. Store is filthy, gas pumps dont work. White trash, convicts with prison tats, and wanna be bangers hang out front. At least they dont beg you for your change.
