Very good! $16 get you a full wash and the vacs are free. In and out in just a few minutes and the car looked awesome!

Sometimes great, other times just OK. It all depends on the person working outside. I find myself tiping less because some of the outside workers are doing less.

Dont waste your money...Equipment is not being maintained for a good car wash. Management doesnt care it has a bad attitude.

Didnt clean my truck very good. I still had to wash it when I got home. I should have just done that from the beginning before spending 15 bucks. I had what appeared to be dry strings of the hot wax across my driver side door, grill and back end driver side.

Went to the car wash this morning to get all the pollen off of my car. Big mistake, I got the 10 dollar package thinking that being it was in middle of pricing that it would be decent. My car did not even get completely clean after the wash, and had my drivers side mirror not been movable, it would have been broken off. There was pollen and water spots all over car still, roof had dirty streaks and all down it. The brushes that the attendants used on my windshield left scratch marks all across it and on paint job. Eithet debris and sand or something abrasive in them caused it. The wheel clean and shine option didnt even fully clean the rims. When I called them to tell them the person on phone offered another car wash to resolve issue. Like Im going to put my car thru another scratch session. He also told me to call back after 10 to talk to the other manager to resolve the issue. I did that and 8 unanswered phone calls later no one to talk to, pretty sure put on block or do not answer list. Very unprofesional, I will be canceling payment and if they had bothered to answer phone they would know that now and maybe avoided. Dont go there at all. Use anybody else. I actually use a non touch free car wash for first time in years and it damages car.!!!! Avoid this business!!!!

Still spots on my car after it said “spotless water”. False advertising. The dryers are extremely bad, always leave the wash with my car dripping. Every other time i pull up the machines unexpectedly stop running and i have to wait 5 minutes for them to start back up and do a full wash before I can drive in. Half the time my car gets stuck in the middle and everything shuts off. This place was great when it opened up but now they’ve been maintaining it very poorly.

If you want great service at great prices by great people then come here. I saw my car needed an oil change and subsequently saw the Oil Change signs outside of this establishment and decided to try it out, I was not disappointed in the slightest. As soon as I pulled up I was met with a smile from Dean and he took care of me and my car not only quickly, but efficiently and with care. All I needed was an oil change but he checked everything for me and you could tell that he genuinely cared. Ill be getting my oil changed from now on at this location and hope that Dean will be there for every one of them. If I could give more than 5-stars I would.To cut it short, because I could easily go on for days about how awesome my 10-minutes there was, this place is A+.

This is a great place for an oil change. The price was very reasonable and my tech Dean was excellent! He had me in and out in no time and was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of a quick oil change and a very pleasant experience.

I have used the car wash three times in a row. Car was nicely prepped, Employees are helpful and friendly. 100% better then just a few weeks ago.No problems with tire location or shut downs. You need to visit the car wash again AFTER the improvements, MUCH BETTER then before.. A+

I went to Walmart for an oil change, only to be blocked up with a huge line. Would have been at least a 1.5 hour wait. I passed these guys several times on my way to work and decided to give them a try, since my free time was short.The manager there that was handling my oil change was awesome. So friendly and personable, while also being efficient and professional. It was definitely a unique and convenient experience. I was in and out in under 15 minutes. Thanks a bunch, guys!

I have used Road Runner for years. I have had the monthly payment plan for years until recently but in the near future I will use it again. The car wash is fine. My only complaint is that only one out of every two vacuums work and has been that way for a good year or more. That is something that should be on a daily check list. Cant even remember the last time I pulled in a vacuum stall and the vacuum on both sides worked. Other than that, no problems. I have even used the detail services and happy with that.

The BEST $3 Car Wash we know, but bring a towel to prevent water spots. The free vaccumes are a nice extra.

Try to sell you things you dont need, and then argue with you about it. They treated my wife very disrespectfully!!!! Will not go back!

Absolutely LIVID. Paid for the most expensive wash package at the wash here in town... debug wash with the works. Not only did they NAIL my passenger side mirror, use my truck tires and wind shield wipers to climb on my vehicle (while wearing studded belts), and an abrasive scouting pad to “debug” my truck is STILL filthy, water spots all over it, and SOAP that is now drying to my chrome. I’ll be spending the evening rewashing, waxing, and polishing my truck. There is bugs all over my grill and sensor, if I can post pictures I will! Absolutely appalled at this!If you value your vehicle keep it as far away from North Ports “road runner” car wash and detail center. No reply from management called three times and left a voicemail.. But an employee “Offered me a free wash.” Absurd.

Worst car wash that I have had. Machine stopped while I was about 1/2 way through it. It took about 15 minutes for them to restart the machine. When I got out of the wash my truck was dripping wet. There was still bird dropping on the paint and bugs on the bumper. I feel the least that they could have done is to run the truck through the car wash again. No one ever came out to explain the problem or offer to redo the wash job. I will find another car wash next time I need a car wash!

Super convenient to run through the car wash, unless theres a line. Not that theres much interaction with the employees but theyre all usually friendly. Free vacuums is definitely a bonus!

Always great service but today I had ALL the love bugs on my van and got the bug remover for only a few dollars more and the attendant did a very thorough job. You cant even tell there was ever a bug on it. Very pleased!

Great deal on unlimited washes per month with powerful free vacuums afterwards. They’re quick at getting a lot of vehicles through the wash. The dryer is better than almost all auto washes I’ve used before.

Crooks here! DO NOT GET ANYTHING BUT A ROUTINE CARWASH. I had a terrible post cancellation experience. my account was charged 4 months even after cancellation (with multiple calls to confirm). They even blacklisted my call when I made the effort to correct the issue. Do not get the membership here. Carwash is quick but not thorough.

This car wash is pretty good, for the price. Doesnt necessarily get your gar car 100% clean but again this is a machine not a hand wash. The vacuums workwell and if you get there at an off time you actually wont be rushed. If it is busy, you may not get a booth for the vacuums.

Been coming here for a long time...almost 3 years. They changed owners or managers maybe 8 months ago (not sure on when) and service got dicey...They lost some great employees that really took the time and care you expect when you are having a $55000 SUV washed. Since new leadership, the employees are careless with the brushes they use and have dented and scratched my vehicle...I like the price and the convenient location to my home but I have to insist they dont use the brushes and stopped tipping because its just the machine use for me now. The free vacuums are great also but seems like that area is much dirtier than it used to be and the vacuums often seem plugged and weak. Hopefully they will work things out because I would like to continue using this place rather than finding a car wash farther away.

Come here multiple times a week pay for the membership it’s great. The female employees on the other hand are completely rude and nasty. Called to let the manger aware of the issue and got an attitude from her as well. The management is a joke at this location.

After almost two years having a membership with them and having no problems, I bought rims for my van. My husband took it to the car wash like every week and one of the employees told him that the rims were going to get ruined with the machine and that we should not pass the van. So my husband and I decided to cancel the membership. They kept charging me for three more months. I decide to stop by and talk to the manager and he assures nothing was going to happen to the runs and that I should try and see. So we did, after we pass the van thru the machine we realize the rims were ruined like his other employee said. We confronted the manager and he said we were lying and that his car wash didnt do that. I do not recommend this place if you have rims.

Car wash closed with no details on re-opening.So I get response for a reopening on the 15th and again all lies. Went by on the 16th and still closed. I’m taking my business elsewhere. I like a business with integrity!

Its quick and I love the free vacuming. The monthly plan is great and inexpensive. They do a great job wiping the bugs off the front and mirrors before it goes through.

Very disappointed! After paying for Dynamite Plus $19 wash I had to go to DIY car wash to finish the job. As I read from previous review the kids who work there are just pushing the cars thru as quick as possible. The most frustrating part was they turned the managers special “debug” service provided UPON REQUEST sign sideways so you don’t see it till they are pushing you into the wash bay. I was there to get the love bug reminisce off the grill and windshield REALLY? this is only offered upon request??? Fooled me once but not twice. Also the bed of my truck was full of soapy water when I pulled out due to the way the driveway exits the wash bay. Like I said I had to go to a DIY car wash and spend another $5 after paying for the DYNAMITE PLUS! Rip off!

I paid for the $18 car wash, spotless dry and clean car right? Came out the other side and had bugs on my windshield still. As well as spots on all of my mirrors and windows. Hard to see in the picture but when I went back I was informed its an extra $3 to scrub the bugs off. Isnt that what a car wash is for?! The people at the front were friendly but this place is a joke. Not worth your money.

Went there for a oil change. They are fast. While your there they try to sell you everything under the sun. I might go back if Im in a hurry.

I wash and vacuum my company vehicle here every week. There wash system sucks. Van always dirty after done but its the only one near me. Today I went in to just vacume a quick mess and they told me I cant use vacumes! Ive spent $100s of dollars here. The customer service agent was rude. Told me I have to leave. He knows I spend $ here and told me to leave. I washed my van here yesterday. Never again. Customer service is non existent. Never again!

I had my vehicle detailed and the seats and floormats shampooed. They did a horrible job and left my car sitting with the windows closed and the floor mats pretty much soaked. Since the windows were left closed my car ended up getting a pretty funky smell. My daughter had got sick in the car which was the main reason for having it cleaned. Well I ended up having to wipe out throw up from between the seats and floor that they apparently didnt bother trying to clean. I called and spoke with the manager who offered me 1/2 off of a detail for my next visit. I called back a few months later and apparently the company is under new management and told me they wont value that offer so Im basically out of luck. The person on the phone was rude. I told them that I go there often and they just lost a customer. He obviously didnt seem to care.

The outside clean was perfect no complaints about the clean and wax job. However, the inside smelled great but the uncleaned over spray of their cleaner on the windows, radio, steering column, center console and dashboard was the worst I have ever had on any clean job ever. The manger was quick to try and fix it, but when they recleaned the inside, it was almost as bad.

Disappointed. This is my normal stop for a car wash but disappointed twice in one day. First I show up and they cant do the car wash because the manager hasnt shown up for work yet. Then later in the day I go back and apparently the car wash is not working there is a line of cars and people standing around.

My car went through the wash awful not clean and the dryer is awful vacuum is awful.

Excellent brushless wash, nice people, FREE vacuums, and monthly all you can wash pass less than 2 regular priced washes. But, the dryer isnt great so bring towels to give your wheels a little more dry!

I have had my car washed here for years I have the monthly service..On 03/22/19 I went through and they ran a special for $5. towel dry and some wax spray...I did it just so It didnt have to towel dry myself which I always have done ...my driver side of the car has been damaged from the car wash I went back on Sunday when I noticed it and manager on duty was supposed to have the other manager call me still waiting...I left my information with your manager on duty.. the situation really needs to be taken care of...
