This business was highly recommended to me so I went there today and am now a regular patron. They were so nice, very polite, and extremely professional. My car was gleaming when I left and I only asked for the basic in and out service. Anyone who leaves this car wash unhappy needs to step up to the plate and pay an auto detailer to satisfy their attention to microscopic detail. I went at a good time and was in and out quickly. I would suggest if you don’t have time to wait not to get into a long line and then complain about how long it took. For the record, try washing your own car in and out in the Florida sun and see if the $20 is worth it to you. Be nice. It’s so easy.

Good Lord, could y’all move any more slowly? First, I waited five minutes in line to pay my bill for an exterior only wash, where the transaction was completed at exactly 10:30. Then, with only five vehicles ahead of mine, It was finally finished at 11:10. Somehow this place has earned the local customer’s choice award for quite a few years. Never again!

VERY RUDE!!! STAY AWAY!!!! Owner walked up to my car demanded that I open my door, looked inside for 1 second and said they dont clean this level of dirt that I would have to make an appointment for a $165.00 detail, I have been there several times before and my car needs no different level of clean as prior visits. I said I dont understand, he said maybe you dont speak English and walked away telling me to make an appointment that he wont clean my car for $10.00 - I have never paid $10.00 before, always got the top end service with wheel polish and all - and a great tipper! NEVER AGAIN

I brought my car there today to have it washed and vacuumed inside and windows done for 14.95 basic package. The guy there told me I needed the 34.95 package because my car was dirty. Isn’t that why you go to a car wash. My car wasn’t even really dirty I just wanted a freshen up look, and the rude person told me no. So I left and went to coastal car wash for 7.00 and vacuumed myself and cleaned my windows. Big mistake at this car wash they lost money and tips. Never again. Thy re awful and very rude.

Dont waste your money on this full service car wash The owner and his employees are buy far the rudes and very unprofessional. I paid for the Gold package. Which included the dashboard, vacuuming and more. So I go to the owner and asked him if my dashboard was wipe, he said he did it himself and as far as he concerned it done. How professional again.

Always do a really good job at cleaning the car my only problem is after years ago there they never cleaned the windshield properly and I do mean never if they could just fix that theyll be absolutely perfect

A huge WARNING to stay away from this establishment. The staff and owner are very rude and they will try to railroad customers into paying more for their services by telling you that your car is filthy when it is not. They tried that on me by saying my uber car was full of dog hair....I came in just for an outside wash and their employee kept babbling on about 180 dollar detail. When I went to complain to the owner in the office I was threatened with the police. First time I washed my car there they did not put back my JEEP BRAND rubber floor mats and my car was still filthy on the outside. Please please do not give your money to these people. We bought a 2007 Honda Accord for our son as he headed off to college. The previous owner have used it for college as well and I don’t think it was ever washed or the interior cleaned or vacuumed. It was pretty bad. We were absolutely astonished when we picked it up after Touch of Class Car Wash finished detailing it inside and out. It was like a brand new car, no joke! You’ll see by the photographs that there is no way this car could possibly be 12 years old. Touch of Class gets 5+ stars and we highly recommend them. They also have a few great and inexpensive while-you-wait service options if you need a quick makeover. I wish I knew this existed many years ago because I would have been there several times a year for a quick wash and wax and interior scrub.

They do a good job on the outside. The inside was vacuumed and they removed the crayon marks thank god!

Do not frequent this establishment. Stopped in today for an exterior wash only. Owner tried to upsell me on ‘wheels and tires’ cleaning as well. When I declined, he refused to wash my car and complained that “his costs are going up snd that he can’t make money off a regular car wash. Dude was rude and belligerent. I came to get my car washed and vacuumed. The owner treated me rudely and as if I was an inconvenience. He all but initially refused to render services because he said that my car wouldn’t fit through the wash. I assured him that it would because it had at least a dozen time over the past couple of years. He then combatively stated that he had been working there for 17 years and that he had never seen me before. I said okay, but that doesn’t change the fact that I’ve been here multiple times without any problems. I realized at that moment that I wasn’t going to beg to have my car washed I said never mind I’ll go somewhere else. He then stated that he would send it through but the risk of damage is on me. I paid 25$ To the cashier and waited my time. When the workers finished I put 5$ in the tip box got into my car a drove away. A few moments later I realized that they had not vacuumed or touched the inside of my car and I had no time to go back and rectify. I paid 30$ to get the outside of my car washed, treated as an inconvenience and Robbed. If your looking for a fight or you just want extreme sub-par service then this place is for you! If you are a normal person then every other car wash is a better option than touch of class car wash.

Stopped in and have been here a few times. The owner checked me in. I paid $24 and asked if they could wipe off the seats. He said no...its $99 and up for that. I said I’ve paid extra to have that done and he went into this whole thing about how he doesn’t take orders from anybody and I was trying to get something for free. I told him that wasn’t the case and I was willing to pay more. He said well again I don’t take orders and there is no such thing as friends in business. Not sure what my car is going to look like but I’m not going to be back. Customers should be treated as friends not enemies.Update...the situation became significantly worse before I left. Completely unprofessional. Went to get car washed and was told it would be much more than the gold package I asked for. I asked how much and he wouldnt tell me. Said all his products went up. So I asked again and the manager got in my face and told me leave. Was a complete jerk.

When my car empty the car wash and I paid for the gold package it seemed really nice to me. But as the day went on I started noticing that the council was not Queen and the windows or not even cleaned and nothing but mirrors everywhere and the closest that came too dark I can barely see out of them. Stopped in for a car wash and had an amazing experience. From the first contact with staff all the way through to getting in my car I was very pleased. My car is clean inside and out. They vacuumed under my cloth mats, the mats and also on the rubber ones on top as well as spraying them down to clean them.Windows were perfect and I don’t think the tires were this bright the day I drove the car off the lot.Will be back again and again!

After walking to move my vehicle I decided I was going to have a discussion about the attitude I was given. Yesterday some huge guy greeted me in line and said I could only get the most expensive service or $168 detailing. What?!!! When I said I needed to call my husband he told me to get off the premises. Very scary.

Was verbally and physically threatened by large person who claimed to be the owner. I asked for the economy service and he explained a service to clean the wheels for more money. I said I just wanted the economy wash for $14.95. He said he wouldnt do it and walked away. I pulled forward and told the young man what I wanted but that the man didnt give me a ticket and said I couldnt get economy wash. The sign as you pull in lists the economy wash for $14.95. The man approached me and said I should get back in my car and head to Illinois. When I showed him the sign with express wash he told me to shut my mouth and get the F off the property. He kept raising his voice, approaching me and telling me to leave. He said he was Fing New York security whatever that is. Very frightening for me and my wife.Clear from other reviews that this guy has emotional and maybe mental issues - not customers - its him. Hopefully he will go out of business. Hope he gets some help before he physically hurts someone and loses his business in a lawsuit.

I was ripped off...I got the gold pack and they didn’t even fully vacuum my car. They vacuumed the front but completely left the back dirty. I saw them give great service to the others in front of me. I’ve been going to them for years too. Not going back.

He proceeded to walk around the vehicle before he would even talk to me to point out all the nicks and scratches and “junk” I had on my car. I Asked for interior detail only and was told they don’t do and I had to buy a wash package. He asked to look at the inside and complained “Awe man, you can’t just come in. You gotta make an appointment!” I asked him why he had to have a bad attitude and he said I had a bad attitude and I needed to shape up.Well, if there is a “touch” of class there, it certainly isn’t him. Where NOT to get your car washed in Punta Gorda, FL. Touch of Class (no class), 4732 Tamiami Trail. The owner said our 2018 Ford Flex was too dirty for the silver car wash and we needed the $165 detail done! We agreed to upgrade to Gold but refused to upgrade to the $165 he became very belligerent and started screaming that we needed to get out! He wouldnt deal with cheapskates like us. Totally unprofessional conduct from any business! Im a disabled Veteran who just had open heart surgery a short time ago and a complete shoulder replacement two weeks ago. I actually thought he was going to assault me! Apparently, this businessman has severe emotional or bad financial problems. He is emotionally unstable, has anger management problems and is going to hurt someone! I highly recommend you never use this car wash and be sure to pass it on to your family and friends.As you can see from the majority of negative reviews, here and on the YELP reviews, about this business owner and from his hostile response below, this guy is not only rude, illiterate, and unprofessional, he isnt that business savvy. There are some positive reviews from a few years ago and that must be before this guy took over. The sheriffs department said we were not the first to report him. He runs you off his property with threats because if you leave his property law enforcement cant do anything and he knows this from experience. There are many more car wash establishments that appreciate your business so avoid this place and put him out of business before he hurts someone.

The owner was totally rude, I was getting the gold package and had a few love bugs on my vehicle, the person who took my car in said that they would be removed with just the package I purchased since there wasnt a lot of.them on my car. The owner told me that its an extra $6.00 and if I didnt want to pay it theres other car washes in town that wont charge extra, but hes not giving the solution away. I went in to get a car wash and the guy said he would do my car for 145.00, I said no I do not have time for that and asked for an 16.00 car wash and he said no, I then backed up to look at the sign and pulled back up when he said no I will not do your car because you were leaving, I said I was not leaving I was looking at the sign and it just went off from there he went off on me so bad while all the other guys were sitting there laughing. I have never been treated this bad here. I have been going there for 4 years and have never seen this man. He was yelling at me and got his phone out to record as he called me names. I want the owners phone number so I can talk to him it was crazy what this man did.

Took my mini van in the other day for economy vacuum and wash ($14.95). They were busy and I knew I’d be there awhile. While I was sitting outside on a beautiful day I noticed that it didn’t seem like the back was ever opened and vacuumed and the rest of the van was a so so job.I thought maybe I’d missed that part while watching the hard workers dry the cars coming off the car wash. The next day I went grocery shopping and when I opened the back I realized the back hadn’t been vacuumed. I called, rather late, and the woman answering the phone apologized and said to stop by the next day. Saturday morning, yes they were busy. Unknowingly, to my surprise my car was immediately taken in and totally redone with the gold standard. The woman at the front desk (I wish I could remember her name) made all this happen. Kudos to Touch of Class who have so many hard workers!!!! I will continue to sing your praises!

I went to this car wash because I had a lot of bugs on my front due to love bug season. I had already gone through an automatic car wash and tried to go to a do it yourself wash and I could not get those bugs off. I paid less than 40.00 and my car came out looking real nice. I wont say it was perfect because there was still sand in my trunk from the beach, but for less than the $40 bucks I paid, Im a happy camper. Definitely recommend. Will be returning.

I drove 20 minutes to get the website said it was open and when I got there no one was there and the chains were still up.

My son came home from college. His care was in desperate need of help. We had heard good things about Touch of Class and decided to give them a try.We had the car detailed inside and washed and waxed outside. The end result exceeded our expectations! The car looks great inside and out! Would absolutely recommend them!

Had my car washed at Touch of Class on the 3rd of January. A day later I looked at the way back (the place in an SUV that would be a trunk in a sedan) and it hadnt been vacuumed or cleaned. 2 days later, went back to Touch of Class to ask them to to clean the way back, but the company was not open that day. Today, the 6th of January, I stopped again to TOC and was so rudely treated that I will never return. The guy behind the desk, who I thought to be the owner but may have been the son, told me that there was a 48 hour window in which to make a complaint and he wont redo a car when I bring it back a week later. He raged about all kinds of scenarios which might have caused me to get the car dirty. He was so angry that I thought it was better to just leave, which I did. And I will never return. The car was washed on the 3rd, we went to the car wash on the 5th to report the problem--well within the 48 hour window--but the car wash was closed. I went again on the 6th, which is when the owner declined my request.

I have gone here before to get my moms car washed not happy several people had there car washed before me then when it was done there was still a lot of marks bugs and dirt left on the car....opened the trunk and they did not vacuum the trunk even after the guy said he would manager came out and said I was a problem customer... I paid for the gold service 25.00 not cheap will not go back do not recommend unless you want to throw your money away!!! Touch of Class Carwash does a good job getting my car clean. They have easy to understanding pricing. I get the Gold package. That includes just about everything short of detail. They vacuum first then car goes through mechanical carwash. Then the guys dry the car fully. They do a lot more than Im mentioning. We went Wednesday and they were busy. We waited a half hour but we felt is was worth the wait.

Was an all over bad experience. Paid for total clean and extra for bed of truck....inside not wiped, mirrors still dirty, wheel wells still muddy, inside windows streaked. Called to speak to manager for clarification on what I paid for, cashier was rude wouldnt let me talk to owner, told me only 20 minutes spent on truck then hung up on me. Only reason went there was next to VFW so while truck being cleaned could transfer my records here. Will not ever be back!

So I normally wash my car myself but I decided to go because the love bugs have been so bad. I paid for the most expensive package, leather scent and the bug cleaner. It did not look like anything had been wiped down on the inside, the vacuumed at the floor mats and never even vacuumed the trunk at all. It looks liked they wiped the hood of my car with the same cloth they wiped the armour all on the tires with. The only reason I know that is because the tires are the only thing that is shiny. Lets just say I would not recommend spending your money there. I do a better job at the self service car wash. I also asked for change for a tip and I would td I would clean him out if he had to make change ( just a fyi it was a $20 that I was trying to change not a hundred dollar.) Save your hard earned money and go somewhere else!

I was not impressed with the service. My floors were still a mess. And inside windows were smudge worst on the driver’s side. Seat we not even vacuumed. Wish I took pictures to prove it. Pulled around the corner to vent about the service and the work they did. Plus I spent money on head phones they sold in the inside. They too had poor quality. This happen right before they closed do to the virus. P.S will never use them again. And I need my car done again. Had to give a star to leave a review. Where’s the “CLASS”???

I recently moved from Ft. Myers to Punta Gorda so I thought I would try them out. It was the worst car wash Ive ever had. After using Kings and Eager Beaver in Ft. Myers, I expected a clean car. The exterior was okay with the exception of dirty wheels (even though I paid for the gold), but the inside looked like it had barely been vacuumed or wiped down. I waited a long time so I figured it was going to be wonderful. I had to go home and clean the inside after dropping $30!!! Never again! Will do it when Im in Ft. Myers!

I purchased the gold exterior wash. Total was 18.14.car was sent through an automated wash and then dried and finally hand dried. Unfortunately the front and particularly the back were not dried thoroughly. Consequently the back hatch and hatch window were smeary. I could have run my car through an automated wash and gotten a close facsimile with 1/2 the price. I probably will return for one more try as there seems to be few full service car washes in the areas. Ill update if there a change
