It is easy to say a business does a good job when things go right but the real test is when things dont go well. I hired Vito to wash,wax and detail my boat. He and the crew were on time,friendly and they spent the whole day doing the job. The boat looked beautiful the day his crew finished but the blue hull started to get chalky in no time. I called Vito and he said the crew will be back out for a touch up. When the crew arrived they told me something was wrong with the product used and will use something else. Not only did they do the hull but because I waited for the holiday to pass they redid the entire boat. Wash wax and detail. I was not expecting that but it shows what kind of integrity Vito has. I am very impressed and now the boat looks beautiful. His crew even came out to help me corral my mom-in-laws dog when she got loose. I am in a wheelchair and could not have done it without them. Thank god for that! Vito has earned a steady customer.

Wish I could say I had experience with them! after not answering my calls for 2 hrs after they were supposed to be here to detail my car, I get a call saying they had me scheduled for another day. However they answered calls from my wifes phone.
