Had a new bathroom vanity, countertop and cabinet over the toilet installed. Product was very nice quality. Installation was very professional in that one of the cabinet doors was damaged and they marked it and informed that it would be replaced. Our contacts to them during the job were returned promptly so we were never left in the dark. They also kept us up to date on delivery as the pandemic and material shortages were a factor. Should the need arise we would use them again without hesitation.

We have used Just Counters twice. We ordered and had pull out shelves for our pantry storage. They came in early and were installed with no problem. The employees are polite and efficient. We then ordered closet organizers, and we are delighted with the results and installation. I definitely recommend that its worth a call if you are in the market for remodel or upgrade. they offer many products. Check there web site.

Ordered new granite countertops, they sub the work out and installers did a terrible job. Overhang is not consistent, 2 inches at one end and 1 1/2 at other end. Reinstalled dishwasher crooked, didnt caulk in front off sink. Seams are rough and chipped the granite in one spot. Also a big gap left at one edge where they just put caulk in. Called, emailed received a vm saying everything is good. Now wont even respond to my last email over a week ago to come look at the work. Pick someone else....

I was very pleased with the way my countertops came out. All the cuts and seems were perfect. Everyone was very polite, knowledgeable & respectful. All of my questions were answered in a very timely manner. After shopping around I found them to be very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them as an honest and reliable company.

They sell good quality material but the customer service is lacking. I requested a slight adjustment and a cutting board and they asked me to wait cause they were too busy. they never called back but when I reported them to BBB they sure responded to my complaint. if they had only done right by me I would be giving them 5 stars. I stopped in and requested a bid on a property for cabinets. Their price came in higher than two other quotes. I was honest and informed them theirs was higher and gave them the opportunity to bid two other properties. They declined to bid on future projects and wouldnt answer as to why. Clearly they dont expect or want customers to find other bids as they would have to be competitive. Also sales rep was rude through emails when she didnt get an immediate response to a voicemail she left me...which were made from an out of state phone number. I should have trusted the first reviewer as they must be too busy to try and be competitive and also to busy to be professional.
