My neighbor had very nice things to say about Chad, apparently he hired him in the past, so I didnt hesitate to contract him to renovate my bathroom. I only work with referrals since I believe its the best way to find good contractors. I am very pleased with the work Chad performed. He was well within my budget, on schedule, reliable, and very flexible as to my needs. I would recommend Chad and plan to use him again in the near future. Fantastic job!

I hired Chad to do a partial renovation of my bathroom. I am very happy with his work and the results. As with any project, unexpected things come up, but he was able to find alternate ways of solving the problem while staying in my budget. Neat, clean, and very friendly. I am a lady owns a home on Auburn Blvd in Port Charlotte, Florida and this man has stolen my money by asking upfront payment before even started the work, he then ran away without any conflict between us, as a matter of fact after few days disappearing he then replied to my text message and demanded for more money to receive upfront in order for him to work in my house.

Took my money upfront and ran away. Do not pay him any upfront money before he finishes the job. I have tried several times to add reviews on google for Chad Picard ( Chads Handyman Service) to warn people about what has happened to me and he reports my reviews as spam to remove them. I also several times tried to put reviews on Angies List and It Has Never Published, The feedbacks there could be all made up by Chad Picard ( Chads Handyman Service) himself, BE AWARE! He took money from me upfront, even signed a contract with me and then he disappeared on me. When I have tried to reach him by phone calls and text messages he finally replied and demanded for more money to receive upfront if he would come back to do the work. He also caused so much money in damages to me for my travel cost to Florida from Canada only for purpose of meeting with him to work in my house.

What an excellent experience! After calling 4 other companies with no response, Chad actually answered his phone. Sounds like a small point but its pretty rare. Anyway, he gave us a great quote to rennovate our bathroom and spare bedroom and completed the project when he said he would. There was one day he was not able to show but he did call to inform us. Started out great, than he got too busy and refused to communicate for days.I paid him in full for certain jobs and he quit without finishing. He stated he was too busy to communicate with me. I emailed him and he replied 2 days later with quitting, leaving me high and dry even for the things I paid him for. Beware of wolves in sheep clothing.He claims I called him a lot I have emailed showing his correspondence. He would go silent for days. How can you scheduale work that way? I was never given an offer to pay back some of the money as of today.

Chad was very quick to return my calls and, not only did he do great work, he was easy to communicate with and completed the job on time and within my budget!
