Ryan, Jacinda, Greg, Warren and Cliff absolutely exceeded my expectations!. I had two bathrooms remodeled and they both turned out beautifully. They always let me know who would be showing up and at what time. Any questions I had were handled promptly. The attention to detail and making sure I was completely happy was their number 1 priority! I would use this company again without question. In addition, the estimate was spot-on, with no surprises. Thank you all, I love my bathrooms!!

I have used SW Restoration for multiple projects. They did mold remediation when I first bought my house. They did water cleanup after my water heater exploded. And they completely remodeled my bathroom which involved installing new windows. They have done an excellent job on everything. The 2 best qualities that they have are responsiveness and the ability to handle any project.I have used other contractors over the years and the most frustrating habit of contractors is not communicating with you. Nothing is more frustrating of not knowing what is happening on your project. If I called Ryan or Todd at Southwest, I got a call back by the end of the day. That is an amazing quality for a contractor.The other quality is that they are able to address any problem. It is frustrating to have to deal with the contractor who says they dont understand the problem and I have to go hire someone else. Ive never had Southwest Restoration say they could not fix a problem. When you go to them they are a one-stop shop and they can do anything.I do not hire any other contractors for projects because they are so good at what they do.

The work performed out our home was top notch. From the mold remediation to the replacement of all the flooring in the home everything went smooth as it should. The entire staff was professional and friendly to work with. The office staff was very responsive to any questions we had. Let me just say the superintendent of the job went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure the job was complete. He truly made our experience with Southwest amazing. The owners were in and out checking on the job which gave us peace of mind. We will definitely use them for any work in the future.

Ryan, Warren, Greg and their crew did an excellent job on our kitchen remodel. Our house is over 50 years old and the kitchen was not a convenient space. We also had a leak in the wall. Prior to the remodel, we had little counter or cabinet space. After the remodel, we have both. We also had to have mold remediation due to the leak in the cement block wall. SW took our kitchen down to the studs, got rid of the mold and re-architected a complete living space for us. SW was easy to communicate with, especially Jacinda in the office, they were responsive to our needs and their crew was very kind and neat. We would definitely recommend them for any job.

Warren, Jerry and Robert and also Jacinda at the office were all veryprofessional and helpful in their fields of expertise. I had a cabinet madefor a angled corner in my kitchen, along with countertop and backsplash. Southwest Restoration did a superior job. I highly recommend them.Thank you all.

Did a great Job. Not the cheapest, but remember that you get what you pay for. They remodeled a damaged and outdated Lanai on our Florida house and when my wife saw the end result she was blown away. They also replaced our old ceiling throughout the rest of the house and it was GREAT. They took down all the fans and smoke alarms and reinstalled them. Did a great job in clean-up. Its also of note that they did all of this work while we were out of state.

Hired this company to remove hardwood and tile as we are getting new flooring. The slab is a mess from the gouges they took out of it while removing. Other concrete contractors are in shock of how terrible they did. The workers used our bathrooms and left absolutely disgusting explosions on the back of our toilet bowls and did not bother to clean. They messed up one of the toilets removing the tile in the bathroom and then the toilet started leaking. We were not using this bathroom at all as we are remodeling it, and they had used it (see comment above about the explosion marks left). Owner said he would call a plumber to fix and then charged US to fix his workers mess! They also damaged our kitchen cabinets and we were told we would be charged for them to fix it. Damaged walls when removing the baseboard trim. Stapled dust barriers into our walls so there are holes in the wall from that. So beware. What kind of company doesnt repair the mistakes they made/caused? This one. Prices are exorbitant as well. As another person commented, do your due diligence before hiring this company. There are much better options out there.

We chose Southwest Restoration to renovate our outdated bathroom and our experience with everyone on their team was excellent! Their estimate was accurate and workers were on time. They took care of the mold in the shower and retiled it beautifully. The project moved fast, before we knew it it was finished. You can tell that everyone involved cares that you love your renovation. We highly reccommend them!

I’ve tried for weeks now to get a quote from Warren. His response is always I’m sending it over tomorrow. Four weeks later still no quote.

My husband and I chose Southwest Restoration to remodel our two bathrooms. We are very happy to say we definitely made the right choice. Each and every staff member was a pleasure to work with starting with Ryan who gave us a very good and fair price, The demo guys Dave and Tom were fantastic leaving no dust or debris behind, Cliff is an absolute remodel genius, tops in his trade. The office staff Jacinda and Yami were very pleasant and helpful always available to answer questions as was Ryan. In addition to loving our new bathrooms we would highly recommend Southwest Restoration for any kind of work they do.

I highly recommend Southwest Restoration. Our home was nearly destroyed by fire. The insurance adjuster came out and inspected. At the same time, I also called Southwest for another opinion. Ryan showed up in a very professional manner and won the job. From that day forward he was very transparent and delivered exactly what he said he would.In a year of ups and downs, calling Southwest Restoration was one of my better decisions.

This company does not take itself or its customers seriously. I made an appointment with them to evaluate and quote a job which could have led to more jobs for them, and it was 2-3 weeks out just for the appointment. We waited though. When the day came for the appointment, I called to confirm and was answered by Jacinda saying “they were all coming back from vacation” (Labor Day) and she’d have to check. Came back to the phone giggling, saying they couldn’t make it this morning. No apology, no offer to reschedule until I asked, and then said she’d have to call me back. Snarkily wished me to have a good day. So glad we at least confirmed and didn’t wait for them to arrive. Good luck to anyone who does.

We hired SWR to remodel our kitchen and bathroom vanity areas. Project started toward the second week of February 2020 thru the end of April 2020. This review is being written in September 2020. Figured we would give a few months to see how everything held together before writing this review. Everything looks great with no problems encountered with any of their work. Ryan and Todd, the owners, are very courteous and was a pleasure working with them. They do care about the clients and will think out of the box to keep their clients happy. The kitchen was gutted and redesigned and we cant be any happier. Vanity areas in the bathrooms were remodeled and again very happy with the results. Once the project got started SWR came everyday to complete the job, and we were updated on the work schedule frequently, with any concerns or questions from us being answered in a timely fashion. With our experience with SWR we highly recommend them.

I contracted with SW Restoration for a huge renovation that took 3 months to complete. The workmen were very courteous and respectful with us and our property. If there was an issue, I was always contacted by Ryan, the owner or Mark, the super on the job to communicate the issue and give me a timeline on when to expect things to be completed or resolved. I was impressed with all the staff from those in the field, to those in the office. I made changes along the way that were met with enthusiasm and professionalism. Warren surpassed my expectations in the kitchen remodel and went out of his way to make sure I got what I wanted. It was actually a pleasant experience and I recommend them highly. They care! About the workmanship and their customer. I felt like I was their only customer given the attenion they paid to my renovation. Extremely pleased and will use them again on the next renovation.

We hired Southwest Restoration to complete a project at our home that was a failed attempt by another firm. There were two main components: One was to remove and replace two doors that were installed incorrectly. The other was to install a large 10x50 custom tongue and groove solid wood ceiling at our home. It was very important to us that the installations would be done impeccably and by a certain date. Todd and Ryan quoted a fair price and their expert crew did the entire job beautifully and on time. It is rare to find true craftmanship but we did with Southwest Restoration. Thank you! The Supervisor, Marc, and his crew, Shane, Scott, Cliff and others, did an amazing job at renovating/restoring our bathroom. Donnie also did a professional job on our new carpeting in the bedroom.

Good company. They stand by their work and always want to make your experience with them as enjoyable and stress free as possible.
