My boyfriend got his hair cut here years ago and we shouldve known to never go back. JM, the alleged manager, cut his hair totally unevenly. when we tried to get him to even it out. he blamed it on the lights. one side blatantly has more hair and he wasnt able to blend in the back. he was itching his nose the whole time and was telling stories a million miles an hour. do they drug test their employees?

Connie was amazing. Totally understood what I wanted and delivered to my expectations! She also understands that some customers, like me, just want to get groomed without all the chit chat. Bladez is a great place to get a decent haircut. Corey is phenomenal and always does a great job cutting my hair. They do all kinds of work, from perms, hair color, beard trim and shave with straight razor for decent prices.

Christina is great my favorite! The others do good jobs as well. Never left with a bad haircut.

I’m sure the girl who I got a haircut from doesn’t represent everyone that works there. If she did you would be out of business. Worst haircut I’ve had in a long time. I told her how I wanted it done and she didn’t even get close. Think her name was Jeannet. She has a bad speech impediment. Now I have to wait a month for my hair to grow back so I can have someone fix it.

Ive been coming to Bladz for about 2 years now for my son and I. It is convenient being located in the mall. The haircuts always been decent. I recently got the hot towel shave which was nice. They shaped my beard nicely. They are a little bit more expensive than my old shop, but the quality is one of the best in town.

Lucky to get a one star. My second time going there and I only went back because I was trying to stay with the same person instead of bouncing from barber to barber. I walked in and was instantly laughed at and talked about by the owner Corey as they were guessing if I was a girl or guy. Then his wife who works there kept talking to the person I was with as if I wasn’t there and referring me as him or he and we told her 4 different times I was a female and she continued to refer to me as a he. Then I was told as I was leaving that next time I need to make an appointment. Why have on your windows you accept walk ins if you ask me to make an appointment?? I felt completely disrespected and judged the whole time I was there. They will not receive my business nor money again. Thank you Corey. Learn to be a better business owner and not to judge your customers. Your loss. Bigot.

David brozik just cut my hair very well skin fade and trimmed my beard very nicely and even. Much better experience than many places Ive been in the past. Bottom line would recommend will return.

I have been going to Cory C. @ Bladez port Charlotte mall now for apx.3years,every Saturday morning I have a standing appointment,thats apx.(150)visits to get a hot towel shave and haircut. I can honestly say he is the best barber around,I have never left with a bad experience. Ive brought family and friends,when my brother visits from N.Y its his first stop in Florida.His staff is always courteous and makes me feel at home. When I first moved to Florida from N.Y I tried EVERY shop in town,no others compare. I walked in this shop and since have gone no where else.Give him and his crew a shot,you feel you will not be disappointed. Id suggest to call ahead and make an appointment.

Best hair cut place so far here... Even though you have to wait and be aware who you get. Like shop owner Corey and most of all his employes can hook you up well.. But their be a chance you might get a rude employee and all but that like everywhere... Just talk with the owner about that and he will make it up to you a 100 folds.. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!

Always a good experience

Took my sons there for hair cuts before school starts. Both were supposed to be fades. One with a 1 on the bottom and a 5 on top and one with a 1 on the bottom and 3 on top. How hard is that? One was scalped and is very upset and now has to go to school like that(he was the 5 on top) and the other my husband is fixing his hair because they did just a 3 and didnt even fade it. They were being done at the same time so I stayed with the younger one. But when I saw my oldest sons hair was scalped I didnt even bother having them fix my youngest sons. I paid and left. I will never go back there again

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They messed up my hair completely where I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. On top of that, my girlfriend brought her kid with which caused them to give her bad attitudes and dirty looks the whole time. Also, even though she had an appointment they would take the walk ins first even though she was sitting there for 30-40 minutes after her appointment was supposed to be. They dont do a good job and their attitude is extremely rude and unprofessional, there are better places out there that are the same price or cheaper that would give you better serivice than this, I would never recommend this place to anybody.

Never Again! The lady jacked my boyfriends eyebrows up, cut him while shaving, and cut the top of his hair way too short... Plus I really did not get that welcoming feel while we were there.

The hair dressers are great, but the owner makes his business look bad. Several times hes told us the place is not open or theyre closing, even tho weve gone by their hours listed here. If you go to their main website, there isnt even any hours listed. Hes just rude and makes for bad business.

Corey and Jason are the best in town at any cut. Make sure you get an appointment tho. They get a lot of requests.

Horrible experience, first time going there and will not be going back. I signed in as I saw another do right before me and then waited for a half hour to overhear the barber tell another customer that they had two other people ahead of them, of which I was not one of them. No one ever acknowledged me! I spoke in jest to another customer waiting that I guess walk ins dont matter. I got up and scratched my name off the sign in sheet and then I hear the barber in the back say thanks for stopping by. I will steer everyone I can away from this place.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. First I tell the guy I wanted my hair cut a certain way with myNatural part and I only wanted a fade on the sides. He nodded which suggested he knew what I wanted. As he’s cutting my hair another barber comes in and their is this kid sitting in his chair. The man was so bothered by this kid sitting in his barber chair he told the kid to get up and suggested another seat an made a huge ordeal about this damn chair. As this gentleman is fighting with the other barbers about his chair, customers are liking up. No ones paying attention. Meanwhile this other barber is butchering my head. I still have no fade. I’m three inches shorter than what I waked in with and I look like a grown tommy pickles with the little hair I have left on my head. When I asked how much after being upset The guy thought real hard and suggested fifteen for the hair cut meanwhile the advertised cut was 13$ Terrible barbers who can’t cut. Terrible ownership for hiring mentally unstable barbers and errorless customer service for all the customers who had to bear witness to this whole charade going on. I will never go back. Count me out.

Well the hair cut was good so I give them 3 stars but they dont clean razors very well and we live in a cess pool junkie county and they nicked my head causing a rash/sore where they cut me. I got tested after that and tested positive for HIV. Thanks bladez barbershop for not charging me extra for the HIV.

Ive recently been added to the bladez staff and can honestly say, when you leave my chair you will not only look good and have a confidence boost but youll enjoy the staff and the experience. Cory Cuthbert has made big changes to our staff. We pride ourselves on making our clients look good and feel good! We have no women who shave. So the review about a woman cutting them was untrue. Also Nick has made a huge improvement and continues to grow! We have made great progress since last year. We have weeded out the two barbers who got many complaints. We are the only shop in town open Sundays and also open until 9pm. If youve had a bad experience we as a staff apologize and encourage you to come back. If youve left a bad review, I invite you to come in and ask for Jason. If you show me a screenshot of your review I will cut your hair free of charge. Beware of this place. The will mess you hair up so bad. You will need to shave it to be fix. They all suck. We have tried each of them and they mess it up all the time. Its like the dont care.

Took my son here to get a haircut, waited over an hour while all the barbers put their friends and friends kids ahead off the line with no appointment. I asked how many people were ahead of my son and was told he was next. As soon as he finished up that person another person which Im going to assume is another buddy with the fist and chest bumps sits down and cuts that persons hair. At that point my son and I walked out and told other people waiting if they werent friends, buddys, Bros, or homies, they wont be helped.

I wrote a review a couple of months ago about my bad experience here. I thought I would give them another chance so this time I made an appointment, after watching multiple people with appointments go before me last time. Walked in, signed in and saw I was the only one on the sheet with an appointment but then watched 2 others go before me. My sons appointment was for 5:30 and it is now 5:45 as I write this and we are still waiting. Needless to say, this will be my last visit to Bladez.

Beware: We got Nick who was reccomended..he totally cut it way shorter on my sons hair ..didnt look anything like the picture..he also got a hot blade shave and instead of cleaning it up he gave him a thin chin strap..for 40 bucks..nope..never again

Went in for a tape up and a trim. My my hair is super uneven, and Ill have get it cut even lower to even it out. 2 years Growning my natural hair out just to get it butchered. And my son is missing a chuck out the back of his head too.... extremely disappointed 😑😐☹

Been going there for about 5 years. Sometimes with appointment and sometimes without. No matter who cuts your hair its always a great cut and the barbers are always friendly.

I dont think that our family will be going back anytime period .they will cut YOUR HAIR the way they think you should look. NOT the way that you wanted it cut good luck we can only leave from trying things out we won’t be trying this place out again that’s for sure.
