I did not schedule a appointment but I walked in and was Immediately tended to my hair dressers name was Katie not only did she do such a amazing job of explaining what needed to be done but she was so sweet she did a perfect job at cutting my hair and a even better job at dyeing it she did such a amazing job and I will 100% be coming back to her.

I took my son here tonight for a haircut. A nice blonde haired woman quickly took my son to a chair since it wasnt busy at all. She listened closely to how my son wanted his hair to look. She was very good with my boy and his haircut looks fantastic! He couldnt stop talking about how much he loved his new hair style. We will definitely be back!

I always have Helina cut mine and all my family’s hair. She does a wonderful job and I would highly recommend her. I always call because they move her to a different location at times but she good enough to follow whether on Murdock or Southside location!!!! Excellent with color and highlights.... best I’ve had and I’ve tried a lot prior to finding Helina! I do like calling ahead with an appointment especially with color and highlights. I try to call even with haircut to avoid waiting!

This was the absolute worst service I have ever experienced. I was a walk in and told I would be seen in just a few short minutes. I sat and waited 25 minutes and then another customer ( walk in) comes in. They tell her the same thing they told me. 10 minutes later they cal her back.. when I said something the two working started arguing over who had to take me.... really?? Yes that’s exactly how to make someone feel welcome! Absolutely the most unprofessional place I have ever experienced. I told them to forget it and walked out

The manager Leah is totally unprofessional made a appointment and she was late and overbooked and went into the seat an hour after for her to tell me she don’t got time to do my hair

Glad I found Shernette. She did a fantastic job with my hair. It isnt finding someone who is able to style my hair considering it texture. Shes a very pleasant person and the solon is an enjoyable atmosphere.

I was denied service because I can not wear a mask due to medical condition. Then they proceeded to ask me for medical papers. I served 20 years in the Army and disabled vet I got treated terribly and they even laughed at me. Go to a place that will serve everyone

I absolutely love coming to Leahs salon. She is the manager. I come from an hour away for her to do my hair still. Her staff is always friendly and welcoming. Leah is the beautiful person I know and has amazing personality. He work is stunning. I love watching her with her guest. They just adore her.

My family and I have been going for a couple of years. We have had a couple of hiccups but usually nothing that cant be fixed. Leah is my go to when available and is by far the best in Charlotte county to me. Will continue going!

Go see Marietta. Im very picky about my hair style, I told her this about 4 months ago. She has cut my hair about 8 times since. She does a great job and shes fun to talk to. Make sure you tell her Tim sent you... Dont forget to tip!!!

I asked for 3 inches and she cut off like 6, also asked for it parted down the middle and she almost cut it from the side, I had to part it on my own. She even tried to cut it when my hair was very tangly.

I Absolutely hated it! And I am easy to please. The little girl told me she wouldnt cut my hair because when she asked me how i wanted my haircut; and when I told her. She said im not going to have someone tell me how to do my job. Im just confused as to why she would get upset over this...no, Im lying. I know why. Just like most kids, she was most definitely self entitled and i probably should have realized how privileged i was to be in her presence. Its a shame that this is our new workforce. I will never ever make the mistake to ever come here or recommend anyone here again

Horrible. They dont know anything about color. Paid nearly $150 for a sloppy foil job and a wrecked shirt. Stylist kept wiping her hands on wet towel wrapped around my neck and color obviously leaked thru and wrecked my shirt big time. The color was yellow and looked like I had a foil 5 weeks ago. She had to see my shirt when she took off towel, it was wrecked so bad. Contacted company several days ago, no one responds. Best advice,,, stay away. They end up costing way more than a good salon with horrible results

Came home and uneven sideburn cutting. Pretty disappointed on $15 spent on that and now I have to cut the rest of it now. Thanks Walmart where cutting is not your pleasure.

I dont recommend this place to anyone. Very bad experience, we wont be coming here again. If you want a professional haircut then I suggest you take your business elsewhere.
