After reading rave reviews of this company I decided to givve them a try last spring for my vacation home in Rotonda West, letting the company know this was a secondary resident. They gave me a price a few hunded dollars less than my previous company through Frontline Insurance and so I signed up with them, paid for the year and was done, right? Wrong. In October someone at Frontline noticed tht my mailing address was different than the insured address and sent me a letter asking me to clarify my residency, which I did. A few weeks later I received a bill for an additional $205. due to change of residency status or else my insurance would be cancelled. Appeals to Frontline and Arnold Insurance were ineffective. Kyle admitted it was his error and said someone from Frontline had clarified what a seasonal resident was with him. He was very, very sorry, not however, sorry enough to absorb any or all of the extra charge, that he was happy to leave with me.

Kyle is the owner and agent who deals directly with his customers. I am impressed with his knowledge and ability to provide the right coverage at competitive prices.
