Taking your montly premium is easy but when American Integritys claims dept has been non responsive. i was not allowed to speak directly to Mr. Chapman. I have 4 houses insured through his agency for now too. For now.

Chapman Insurance group is a very nice place to do business with. They put their customers first. An example of this occurred when I initially utilized their services for a quote on my homeowners insurance. I was told they could not beat the price of my current insurer and that I should stay put. Needless to say that really impressed me. I purchased another type of policy with them at that point in time. Rachel Layton, my account executive, recently assisted me on another policy. She was very informative and helpful in providing the necessary information for me to make an informed decision. She made sure everything was completed properly, the premium payment accepted by the insurer, and the policy issued timely. A fabulous experience!

My wife and I moved to Florida from Virginia 2 weeks ago and went to see Rachel Waters at State Insurance on the advice of a longtime high school friend. That advice was excellent. My wife and I recently retired and purchased a house in North Port. We didnt have a local insurance agent for homeowners and found Dawn Hines at Chapman. She helped us select an appropriate policy from a highly rated company and took care of all the details with our lender and the title company. The whole process was accomplished with a couple of phone calls and emails. We were very impressed with the fast and efficient service.

Competitive pricing and excellent customer service. I worked with Jessica Jensen in getting a quote for homeowners insurance. She was easy to work with and the quote was right in line with others. I chose State Insurance, not because they were the least expensive; they werent; but because of their wonderful customer service. There was excellent communications with regard to what documentation would be forthcoming and what needed to be done to complete the process.

I am new to South Western Florida and a new property owner in Florida. I contacted Chapman Insurance Group and was assisted by Rachel Layton. I saw the good ratings of this company so I decided to give it a shot and switch my auto policy over, but it was the biggest mistake I made. First I spoke with Kim, She said she would find me a better deal for my car and my wifes, I received a couple emails from her, then without making me aware of having another agent taking over my case, I got an email from Rachel Walters who send me a quote, which sounded like a better deal for me, so I went to the office to accept the offer but then she said it was wrong, that that new offer didnt have the same coverage than my old auto policy, I was dissatisfied but I still wanted to work with them, so after few days I spoke with Rachel again and accepted the offer, she processed the payment and then I starter receiving confirmation emails referring to me as Mrs. My wifes name, which was very annoying not only because we are separated but simply because it is not correct, also the payment receipt was under her name, so I email her asking her to correct it and surprisingly I received an email back from her saying literally:I understand that. She is your wife, correct? If so then you are both on the policy as named insured.Needless to say that after that response I confirmed that I really made a bad move choosing this company to switch my auto policy over.Updated January 2018You never fixed the problem you instead called me to blame me for not picking up the phone when you never called me. Thats the problem when you dont care about your customer, you called the wrong number which was my ex wife number, and you swear you called me and emailed me which is not true you didnt fix the problem, you instead blame it on me and didnt want to help because you said I did this review, really? what a horrible service.

I was with a Large insurance company (who will remain nameless) since I first started driving in 1975. I used them for my auto and later my renters then homeowners and all my toys (Boats, Motorcycles, RVs) For 37 years of going to the same office nobody ever bothered to review my policies One visit to State Insurance, Chapman Insurance Group and I found out that I was Under-insured on some of my Policies, Over-insured on others and Missing some crucial coverage in other places. Brian and his team sat me down and explained (in non insurance jargon) what I needed to do. As it turns out this Sit Down saved me almost $2000.00 dollars per year!
