Contacted this agency two weeks ago via email to obtain a quote, one week later I had not received a response so I decided to call the office. On that day I spoke with a woman who identified herself as Tanya (sp) who proceeded to take mine and my wife’s information as well as the information for my three vehicles and pertinent information regarding my home. She stated she would email the quote to me as soon as it was completed. As of today (4/27/21) I had not heard back from anyone regarding my quote. I again called the office and spoke to the exact same woman (identified as Tanya) and who’s name I specifically wrote down during our initial conversation questioned her about the quote we had discussed the previous week. This woman actually denied ever speaking with me and would only respond by saying quotes are given through the national office! Can you imagine if you actually had to file a claim with this agency!?

One of the lady there I spoke to was very rude. she want me just accept the rate increase. I wouldnt advice anyone to use their agency

Terrible! Called and provided information for a quote on a residence. Followed up 5 days later due to no contact from agent. Agent then left a voice mail that it takes time but she was working on it. Twelve days later with 4 days left on my existing policy (being cancelled due to location), called and found out agent did not even work there anymore! No follow up on her clients. No follow up even after that. Most times just get answering machine. Nice to be so busy you dont need to follow up with clients!

Terrible, get voice mail every time we call. Never could talk to our agent Kristie Moses. We had to call Progressive directly to make policy changes.
