I have a washer and dryer at my apartment but came here to wash my big rug. Paid $7 plus soap and bleach it was a Saturday night. Didnt think it would be open around 11 pm so I waited till morning to go pick it up and it was gone. Some one literally stole my rug. A large 12 by 12 rug and none of the workers remember it or anything sounds like an inside job. The lady that works there is extremely rude. How does a rug that big just disappear. This is beyond ridiculous. Called the owner and he calls me back and says sorry for your loss smh. Had I gone up the street to the better neighborhood this would not have happened.Update: After this review the carpet magically appeared and I was called in to pick up my rug!The attendant said someone brought it back.

Filthy!!! The attendant was not attentive and refused to put an out of order sign on the dryers that were out of service. She spent most of the 5 hours I was there, outside on the phone and smoking. I will not be returning.
