Employees are very rude and the majority of the machines are always out of order. If you use one of them, they will have the nerve to ask you to take your clothes out. Also, there’s no manager available to address your concerns. I will never go to this place again!

My first time and will be my last time black older lady has no customer service skills and rude

Today was a very bad experience for me at Crystal Lake Coin Laundry. I put $4 in one of the big machine and the machine didnt run when I call for help the white lady who is working there told that I am lying and I put $2 and didnt put the other $2 and said I will put $2 for you and you owe me $2 I said NO dont put your money because I put $4 already she insist she doesnt trust me and I am lying right in front of my children. I told her to go rewind your camera to see if I didnt put money twice as requested she said I dont even want to come near you. I was pissed 13years in the country I never gone outside to wash my clothes in public laundry and Thank God I always have in my house. She was very disrespectful to me and she knows that particular machine does that all the time even other customers they all agree they encounter problem with this machine before and they refuse to refund them their money. I reacted out of principle,I could give her $2 and give up . By doing that I accepted the accusation and the treatment. As a customer I call you for help you should handle me with respect before jumping and accuse me of lying and she even told she doesnt if I call God and Allah she know that I am lying. First time time in 13years this is what I get. She assumed I am black I must be a thief coming to trying to get something from her by Stereotype me. At the same moment my husband was trying to get change from $20 bill and the machine give only $5 in quarters back and we were so lucky that happened in front of her and I bet you she would say he was lying as well. I am writing this because I am still upset about what happened today we left without drying the clothes. I will never go back to that place again. I am not done with this until I find the owner and let him know how his employee is treating people. She can be racist all she wants this is a black area. I dont leave there myself I happened to go there because my washer at home dont work properly but I feel bad and sad in my heart when white people Stereotype black people like that. When its come to things like that I dont let it go. this needs to stop. I am putting 2 stars just because I dont use the word HATE as 1 star equal hate. I rather say Dislike.

The employees here are terrible. They are rude, disrespectful, and always assume that the customers are lying or cheating them out of money. Half the machines are always out of order. The whole place is always dirty and poor looking. Ive been going there for 21 years of my life. If it wasnt for the fact that their washers and dryers are more affordable then most laundry houses I wouldve been left, especially because of the poor customer service, it has never change. I dont even know who is the manager or owner of the place smh to give a formal complaint. Oh and you never know what time they close because each employee has their own time that they close. Today the white lady told me 8:15pm last time one of the black ladies told me 9pm. One of the ladies that used to work there told me that they are all lying and that theyre supposed to close at 11pm.March 1, 2019I came at 6:27pm and the door was already locked. On the window it says last wash it as 7 pm but she refused to let me in even though people were in there washing. Smh I’m so sick and tired of this laundry mat. Where is management? How is it that these people are getting away with this? I waste my gas and time to drive over here just to be turned away. It’s not fair.

THE PLACE NEEDS A GOOD DUSTING AND CLEANING, AND PAINT THE WALLS, AN A COMPLETE MAKE OVER,OTHER WISE WASHERS AND DRYERS WORK, AND WASNT BUSY👍👍👍

Awesome place to do laundry great staff and very helpful

The older African American couple are the reason that I go there. So friendly, go out of there way to help regular customers, helps you find the best machines, etc. The three stars are for the slim caucasian woman who works in the afternoon. I told her to come see that the dryer did not work after i put $1.50 in it and the cycle finished. I asked her if she could do anything she said no, im like wth. Standing around gossiping and smoking cigarretes and not willing to help me after her raggedy machine robbed me.

Worst Experience of a lifetime. I have been coming to this laundry mat for 3 years now and I can sincerely say that 5/24/17 will be my last time coming to this laundry mat. The laundry mat closes at 9 ish, 10pm latest. I got to the laundry mat at 8pm and Ronda say they were close and she went ahead and lock the front door to make sure I didnt get in. And it was storming outside and I was unable to get back to my car with the storm. All my clothes were out and the storm messed up most of my clothes. What makes it so degrading is that Ronda refused to open the door and just looked on while I was getting drenched outside at 8pm, mind you the laundry mat closes around 10 and there was alot of people still in there. Overall what she did was immorale and I rather pay 10x more to wash my clothes then to ever walk into that laundry mat ever again. Thank you for the most horrible experience of my life Ronda.

This place is clean and the wash and dry is cheep. And when you need help ask the lady that works there she is nice she well help you..

Very dirty and barely anything works. Just nasty and few things that do work may ruin ur clothes.

1/31/18 was at this laundry the night before they had hot water now there is no hot water in the morning time I believe the day turn the hot water off spoke with the owner face-to-face and he said he do not have time right now if I was from a different race he would of handling it a different way owner is very unprofessional and spoke very rudely

The best and cheapest dryer

I WILL BE HONEST, BEFORE IT USE TO BE A GREAT LAUNDRY, BUT NOWADAYS, THE EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE AND CARELESS, SAD PART IS I STILL GO THERE, BUT THATS ONLY BECAUSE I GOT USED TO THE HORRIBLE VIBE

5 stars for affordable price subtract 3 for lack of cleanliness, constant out of order machines and dryers that dont get hot even though you dont put up a sign stating it, causing me to waste money as well as the inconvenient closing times (whatever that true time is)
