They should put more big washers and also they should have a policy to take out clothes from the machines for people who left their clothes for hours and never came back. There 2 big machines. 1 is out of service and the other one, I couldnt use it because that lady came back 2 hours after and my time was up because I had to go to work. So tI did not have time to wash my comforters. Had to come back today to wash them

Its not a bad place to go do laundry. It was a great place to go when i first started using the facility. But they are up to a total of about 18 washing machines out of service. Not cool but still not a bad place to go

Customer services is not bad and the machines are working most of the time and they have few machines for gambling which is not that bad to pass time while you are waiting for your clothes

Absolutely disgusting. Nothing works. I dont think they ever clean the place. And every employee is rude and miserable. Stay far away, unless you are looking for a syaff infection. Then this is your place.

Clean. Numerous small and large washers and dryers. Change machine is available. Small area to sit, rest and wait for laundry. Drink and snack machines. Other services are also available. Large parking area too. Friendly and helpful staff.

Ive been here twice already at 930pm just to dry 2 small loads and the door was locked. Waited patiently at the door and the girl at the front desk answered its too late. Are you cutting hours due to Covid-19 or does it take an hour and a half to close a laundry down?

Horrible laundry mat experience . Machines take your money and do not turn on attendant simply says what do you want me to do I dont fix machines. Customer service is horrible . Just Ignore the last wash at 9 sign in the window. Last wash is whenever they feel like closing the door on you. On two occasions Drove a distance to get there. Arrived at 7:55 and @ 8:00 on two different occasions. Door was already locked and attendant said she just doesnt feel like waiting until 9 oclock to close them come back another day. And tore the sign down when I asked about it! Never again will I deal with that horrible business . Beware!

Staff is terrific, never have to wait for a washer or a dryer and if that necome a factor is not a long wait. CLEAN ENVIRONMENT.

Great place! Ive been coming here for close to a year washing my clothes. The place is well kept, and because of this, the customers even clean up after themselves. The area surrounding the laundromat is great as well. While your clothes are drying, you can get something to eat, take a stroll through Bed, Bath, and Beyond, do some grocery shopping at Winn-Dixie, get your nails done; there is just a wide variety of things to do while you wait. Additionally, Management is usually walking around and making sure things are kept clean and get this: they actually acknowledge your presence! Regarding common issues, mechanical failures, etc., whenever there is an issue, the management team will either attempt to resolve themselves or give you your money back. So far, Ive only had one issue where the machine took my money, wouldnt start, and once I told management, they were able to get the machine to start. Oh and that took less than 2 minutes to resolve! ALL the dryers are hot! I repeat, ALL THE DRYERS ARE HOT!! Ive been to plenty of laundromats where I am forced to get my money back due to faulty machines. Ive just about tried all the dryers and not one time have I been disappointed! They also offer FREE WIFI and a pretty good game room. I was reading the previous reviews about management and the laundromat itself; and I felt the need to place my own truthful, verified customer review.

The African American lady whom works in this laundry mat definitely discriminates Hispanics so if your Hispanic I repeat don’t bother going she will be rude and start drama

Good machines and a good staff

I went there weeks ago, and my mom and I, realized there was a LOT of clothes missing, we went there one more time and asked and they didn’t say anything, my mom lost 5 or 6 clothes and I just know I don’t have 2, we don’t know what else is missing, don’t go there.

Currently named My Sunny Laundry.I used to use the facilities on a regular basis for all my laundry needs but I have only been coming here lately on a monthly/every 2 months basis for my extra large items like rugs & California king bedding. It seems in the past few months that the maintenance of the machines have stopped. I am here right now & there are over 30+ Out of Service signs. All the years Ive been coming here, Sundays seem to be extra busy. I would avoid Sundays if you have a lot of laundry as it will be next to impossible to get access to enough machines at the same time. Overall the place is clean. They offer free wifi, vending machines, onsite full service laundry services, small game room & change machines. They send out dry cleaning.Single loads: $1.50. Double loads: $2.50. Triple loads: $4.00. Maxi Load(60lbs, newer): $5.50. Giant loads(older): $5.50. Dryers are a minimum of $1.00/28mins.

Very descent laundry mat. Always clean but they only show Spanish TV shows on the TV so bring entertainment if you dont know Spanish.

Almost all the machines are broken, and if a machine eats your money, they refuse to give it back unless you cause a scene. My laundry got stuck in one of the fancy machines that lock when its running, and they told us to come back the next day to get our mildewed clothes. I said hell no and I kept fiddling with the handle until it opened. Then they got pissed that we took our clothes and left. Theyre thieves and Im never going back there.

Terrible, the washing machines do not last as long as they indicate, they do not spin, yesterday the very kind employee behaved super well with me, but I will not return to that place, I ended up returning home with wet clothes and I spent too much.

The place is large and has many washing machines.

I am a frequent customer of this laundry, on two occasions my clothes have been stained with sticky material, I reported it to the person in charge and at no time have I resolved anything.
