These guys were very punctual and very friendly. Having the convenience of a mobile car wash was awesome but it was definitely way overpriced for the job done. The detailing wasnt much of a difference between a hand car wash inside. I saw many things that just didnt get attended to. It was basically paying the same price as going to a dealership and getting a detail there. Not sure if I will contact again but the workers were nice people overall.

Absolutely Awesome! This was the best car wash and service Ive ever received. Genie and her staff washed and waxed my SUV and my wifes car with great attention to detail. They arrived right on time and made our cars look brand new. They also detailed the interior which looks great!

A no nonsense wash and wax. Was looking for at home service. Had a number stored in my phone for Car Wash Chris & Jesse from last year. They came exactly on time and did exactly what I needed done on both my Civic Daily Driver and my 27 year old BMW E32. Beautiful job on both cars. Will not wait so long for a repeat. Well Done.

They came to my car for detailing. I just bought the car, but the car porter, who drove it out to my house, smoked in it! It was a Friday and the place I bought the car from told me they wouldnt do anything for me, since it was the weekend.I called Car Wash Genie and when I explained the situation, they fit me in first thing Saturday morning. The detail manager, was amazing! She was just as annoyed as I was that someone had the nerve to smoke in another persons car and even more so that the owner of the dealership wouldnt help me out. They had to keep the car for 4 hours for an odor removal, which was explained to me up front. When I picked the car up, I was amazed! The smell was gone and the car looked great. They foam cleaned the roof to get all the smoke and ash out. They filtered the air vents and everything. It was amazing! I highly recommend using them!

The crew that came to my house to detail our LARGE Infiniti SUV were amazing! Detailed to say the least. Had some hard oxidation and brought the car back to life. I tend to prefer companies that treat our cars like their own and I can say without a doubt we will be sure to use them again!

EXTREMELY unprofessional service and I will not be using it again. I reserved my booking for an express detail (which was $60) through their website for 1 pm on the specified day. It included washing the outside of my car, vacuuming the inside, etc. Their office manager contacted me saying they only had 4 pm available. I did ask her if it included shampooing my carpets, and she said no, it only included shampooing the mats; however, I could add the service for $30 more. $90 to clean my car and shampoo my carpets? A full interior detailing is advertised on their website for $115..why wouldnt you just pay the difference? I told her I would pass on that offer, and that I would like my car washed for their regular $25 price (which they would wash the outside and vacuum the inside as well) at 4 pm that day. She emailed me back and said she would put me down for 4 pm. NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP. I received NO call, voicemail, email, or even a text. What kind of professional service would stand up a customer without notice? I will not be using this service again. I emailed the office manager of my frustrating experience, and STILL no response. What a joke. Very disappointing.

Coming from Massachusetts, this was not my first choice. Theres a franchise car waxing shop in Massachusetts that has a shop here in south Florida but was closed for the next 3 days. I found Car Was Genie and was at there shop first thing in the morning without an appointment...THE WORK DONE TO MY CAR WAS FANTASTIC! Wash, wax and headlights done. WILL USE THESE GUYS AGAIN ASLONG AS THE SERVICE CONTINUES TO BE A+! Thanks Chris.

The posts about the poor customer service are true. I made three appointments with this company and each time nobody showed up or called me. Now when I call or email Jesse, the guy who books the appointments, he will not return my calls or emails. I wanted a full exterior detail, at least $150, but they would rather not take my money and rack up bad reviews. What a joke.

Horrible. Guy showed up 45 minutes late to our appointment. Told him to turn around go back. I will find someone else that want to work. Not going to beg people to take my money.
