Prime Time installed a new 3.5 ton system. Their price was very competitive, they were very responsive, on time and have done a very good installation. They responded immediately with queries i had after the installation.I am very satisfied and would recommend this company.

I call Prime Time and they were out in just over an hour. Father and son team very professional. My package unit was popping fuses, so they showed me what they were doing and what this did and what that did... They troubleshot it down to my thermostat shorting out the fuse. They quickly fixed the problem and only $89 later my house is cool. This is the 3rd AC company I have used over the last 13 years and I wont be using anyone else. On January 27, 2020, the A/C compressor stopped working. I immediately checked Yelp for reviews on reputable A/C repair company. First review I saw was from my community manager, Blue A., who gave the company 5 stars. I contacted them and they came out to my house the same day. They installed a new capacitor $189, with a 3-month warranty on the part.On January 31st, 2020, the A/C compressor stopped working again, we called them and they came out the same day. This time it was the motor. they replaced the motor $450 with 1-year warranty.On April 15, 2020, again the A/C compressor stopped working. We called them again and they came the same day. This time was a different guy than the last two times. He didnt seem to know the problem so he called the company. They diagnosed the problem as the mother board needed to be replaced. The visit was $89.95. (Fee would be waived with the repair. The mother board was quoted at $375 minus the fee.Today Michael came and as soon as he went upstairs to the adaptor, the A/C started working. He called the company and told them that it is not the mother board. Apparently, once he went outside to the compressor, it was the run capacitor they had installed before that was causing the shut down. Michael changed it and now its working. I was not charged for this.Communication was great in all three visits.HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company.

The technician, Michael H., switched out a leaky evaporator coil. The install went well and all seems fine at this juncture. Pricing fair and we will, in all likelihood, use Prime Time Cooling and Michael in the future.

My brother and I use Prime Time Cooling for a couple of my properties for the past few years. They have always been responsive, professional and helpful. Just recently, (during COVID), I had an AC issue at one of my properties. They picked up the phone late Friday evening. Helped with trying to troubleshoot the issue over the phone to try to resolve it quickly. Unfortunately, we couldnt. So they came out Saturday morning to fix it. The assistance by all staff was amazing! The communication was fantastic. I have always referred this company out to my clients, but never got a chance to write a review. Im glad I am able to do so now.

I needed a new unit and their piece was higher than others in the area so I didn’t use them. I had used them before, but they couldn’t match the price and it was a big difference. But they are very professional and nice

I highly recommend this company. I needed to replace an old unit and was referred to them by another AC company which I use for service but does not do installations. They schedule appointments quickly, show up on time, and do good work for a reasonable price. They ran into a few problems from the way my old unit was previously installed, but took the time to install the new unit cleanly and properly. My installation required a permit and it easily passed city inspection on the first try. I have had no leaks or problems of any kind. If you want something done right, give them a call!

We needed a new air conditioning unit Prime Time was recommended to us and we have no complaints. They came when they said they would. Their bid for the work was better than our other bids and the work was completed the very next day. Their work was efficient and they left the area clean and tidy when they were done.

I have used this company before and have not been disappointed! The last time I called and spoke to the owners wife she quickly set an appointment for my convenience. My A/C was leaking water and I wasnt sure what was wrong. I hadnt had service in about a year. Prime Time is a fantastic company. They replaced a 26 year old unit for me a couple years ago. They also do my yearly routine a/c service. Recently they have helped me again after a mold remediation company dismantled my condo. Since the air handler & walls were removed I didn’t know the order of how things should go back. They came out right away to help me. What I love the most about Prime Time is their flexible evening hours. My tenants both work a lot & I am an out of state owner. They have amazing customer service. You will know the first and last name of the technician that is coming to your house & they are always on time. It’s so nice to have a company I trust. Love them!

This company was responsive, prompt, and easy to work with. Unfortunately, when they installed my new unit, there was a power interrupt lever that didnt get pushed in all the way, causing the unit to stop working a few days later. I was without AC for an entire 90-degree day before a technician could come back out for a 30-second fix. This is the only reason I couldnt give 5 stars, but I would still recommend this company.

I was referred by a friend to call prime time cooling and I had the pleasure of talking to Asiel and I scheduled the appointment for my ac repair later that evening because I couldnt get out of work early. Robert the service manager showed up on time explained everything from interior unit to the outside unit. Thankfully the repair was not as bad as I thought it was, he had my ac up and working in no time. He gave me options on repair - replace - also some tips on keeping my drain line clean. The good thing about it is I felt no pressure in doing any type of service, they go straight to the source heres what you need and here are a couple of recommendations on whats best to do.I would recommend prime time cooling for air condition services, its a family business and great people to work with.

Called out this company when the A.C. stopped working. Tech came out and said compressor was bad and needed a whole new unit. Called someone else for a second opinion and they determined the compressor is fine and was only a bad circuit breaker. Circuit breaker changed and A.C. works perfectly. Scam artists, they will also be reported to the BBB. Avoid this company! I have all proof and documentation if ever questioned

I called Prime Time on a recommendation when my homes AC compressor and fan failed. Asiel came out the next day, diagnosed the issue and gave me three different options. After doing some research and comparing his prices with two other companies i decided that having Prime Time replace the condenser and air handler with a brand new Amana unit was the best way to go.The next day Asiel and his crew came out at the agreed upon time and within six hours had me up and running with the brand new system. OMG, dont look any further if you need a new AC system or repair! Prime Time Cooling is hands down the best AC Company in South Florida!! My 12 year old 5 ton unit broke down on a Friday night and I called Prime Time at 10 AM Saturday morning. Within an hour, the Owner Asiel came to my home in West Broward to provide me a quote on a whole new system which I knew I needed. I quickly got some other quotes and determined these guys were incredible fair especially on a weekend. By 12 PM they had my new equipment in hand and headed back to my home to do the installation. By 7 PM the same day the installation was completed and our home went from 85 degrees down to 72. They are prompt, courteous and professional. I received a text when they were on their way and an e-mail when the job was completed with an invoice and pictures of my new equipment. Seriously, these guys rock!!
