Terrific, quick work! From Canada, we noticed our electric bills spike and had a neighbour stop in—the condo was hot! My first service call to the company was months ago and they sent a technician immediately in the morning, he arrived on schedule and was professional. The technician did a great job and explained everything.The second time (recently) - I explained to the company what I was experiencing and they sent a technician early in the morning-James, came out and confirmed my AC was working and dry from any leaks. I had some concerns later that evening and I am grateful that Vanessa called me and explained what can be done and addressed my concerns.As of recently I decided to sign up for their Preventative Maintenance Agreement and their technician came out. This time their technician identified some things that can become issues and took care of these.Personally, there are very few companies that will make you feel like you are their “family” and they understand your concerns. Tony came in and not only provided us with excellent service, he was a source of great comfort, during a very sorrowful time.I believe that Tonys work ethics and service standards have been deposited in each of his employees.Yes, yesterday I called for another emergency service. Terrible! They installed our new AC system 5 years ago. We have had countless problems over the years without anything being resolved. They have come to our house 3 times in 2020 offering the same diagnosis without fixing the problem! Now our AC is leaking again tonight. It couldn’t possibly be “freezing up bc of warm weather.” DO NOT USE!!

I had Ferrara’s Air come to my house to fix an issue with my A/C. I received a text message telling me exactly what time the technician would be there. Exactly at 8am, James was at my front door right on time. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had all the necessary parts in his truck. On a side note, they even put everything back in my storage closet where my air handler was and cleaned up everything before they left. What a great experience with this company! Professionals at every level. We had a very small and difficult leak that was causing the unit to loose gas, thus not cooling properly. James, our technician, never gave up! He located and repaired the leak and it’s been working better then ever!

Tony has been taking care of us for the past 5 years. Ive had alot of bad experiences with companies in Florida. Tony has been the BEST. He is honest and cares about his customers. Prices are very reasonable. We live in another state and I have no issues with Tony or his staff being at our home if we are not there. This past weekend our air conditioner needed a new motor after it had sudden issues. Parts were not available till Monday, but Tony was here Monday morning and had our air working again before noon. In 2016, I had Ferrara’s reconfigure a new a/c system. I required all new ductwork and converted from a package unit to a split system. I had a Rheem 2 speed system installed. They were extremely professional, on time and competent. I have recommended them to my family and friends. The price was competitive. The job was completed on time and passed all inspections. I still use them for all my preventive maintenance.
