Absolutely outstanding company on every level. Contracted them several years ago to install new HVAC system for vacation condo and never looked back. Their installation was top notch and clean. Anytime I require general service or have had an emergency situation, they’ve been there for me. Reside out of state and can be very nerve racking when AC isn’t working properly but anytime I’ve needed them, friendly member of office always answers the phone and is able to set an appointment in a timely manner. Once techs arrive, they stay in constant communication via texts with photos. As a tradesman myself, I’m beyond particular but, Comfort Zone has been a godsend. Comfort Zone Air Conditioning, Inc., is a very trustworthy and professional organization. When my houses air conditioning system stopped working, I notified their office since they had done the initial units installation. They attended to the service call quickly, troubleshooted the problem very fast, and displayed outstanding expertise in their field of work. After fixing my air-conditioning system, they followed up the next day to ensure that the system was working to my satisfaction. I have not only found this organization to be trustworthy and professional. But also to be ethical, honest, loyal, and competent. I have done a maintenance agreement with them to service my air-conditioning system based on these observations, and is very happy to call the owner and staff friends.

I couldn’t say enough great things about Comfort Zone Air Conditioning and this is no ordinary review or company. So many reviews share about their flawless experience with companies but how often do you read when things don’t go according to plan but the company makes good on EVERY PROMISE. That happened to me during my install of a new air con unit and compressor outside. The installer ran into all sorts of problems but in every situation, they came back and fixed the issues - promptly. The standard air filters can be used as there are no pipes in the way to change filters, access is still available to my other equipment in the same closet as the unit is the right height, floors outside the closet are fine and smart thermostat is setup and interacts with my phone. When problems or concerns came up, they addressed them. My neighbors had issues with pVC blocking their filter inserts and THEIR vendor won’t return their phone call. Comfort Zone Air Conditioning came out and fixed mine. The rating I would give this company is really 6 stars because any good easy installation can earn you 5, but when you have a difficult or problematic installation like mine and the company sticks with you until you are happy, that deserves a whole different level of rating. They are the best out there and you won’t be disappointed. I bought 10yr service parts and labor on my unit and know they will be in business for a long time with how great their customer service is. Thank you all - I recommend them to all my neighbors.

I use this company to install my AC system nearly 2 years ago. I had some electrical problem and needed my AC to be repaired. I am so happy I choose this company as the service was phenomenal. They send their technician in a timely fashion. They diagnosed my problem and return with the part that was damaged, now my AC is working!!!.I value great customer service and was very pleased with the service I received. Chris Diaz and the girls from the office communicated great during the insulation estimate processes. They sent out messages or give me a call when techs were on the way. During installation Chris and his team arrived during the scheduled time period and sent out progress pictures every couple of minutes. Great team highly recommend.

Comfort Zones response time was on point. They responded within a half hour of me leaving a message. They offered to have someone come within two hours. When they came and looked at my AC they were able to locate the issue of the heater. At first it looked as if the heater coil was burned out. When he looked again he saw the wires were not connected properly which was causing the heater to not heat up. They are a very honest company and fixed the problem immediately. They could of easily said I had to replace the coils and I would of have not clue. If you want an honest, professional and efficient company use them. I would definitely use them again.

I’ve called Comfort Zone to clean out my coil’s. Discovered my coils were loaded with mold. My AC was 16 years old so I asked for a quote on a new air conditioner. Gave me the quote the same day and put the AC in the next day. Can’t beat that!! A day later there AC duct cleaning crew was at my house taking care of the mold in my duck system.Great experience all around. Would recommend Comfort Zone to my friends and family.

We do not have a conventional a.c. in our home so we need someone who is knowledgeable and experienced with Florida Heat Pumps. Travis and Chris from Comfort Zone did a great job at solving the problem, and they were able to schedule us next day, during the hottest time of the year. They got our upstairs unit back up and running quickly. I will continue to use Comfort Zone for repairs and replacement when the time comes. They have a great sense of urgency and priority for the customer.

Terrible & Too expensive...Had an issue with AC not cooling. The guy came, checked and told me that I need to replace the coil, which is 6 month old and still under warranty. He told me the labor cost would be $1,000 on which I politely declined!!! (I made some calls and got a quote for $350). After that he told me that my total would be $128 for the service call + $200 for the leak detection. First, no-one gave me a a quote prior to detecting the leaks. Second, what am I paying $128 for? For someone to come and tell me that my AC is broken? I am not AC genius, but I could have diagnosed it myself. Also, they charge $350 to install a Nest Thermostat....

I have been using Comfort Zone Air Conditioning Inc for 8 years and the owner, Chris Anton, and his staff are the best. I recommend them and I use no other companies. I own numerous apartments, condos and homes and their first priority is to repair, not replace. Chris often personally performs some of my service requests himself, which is great. They are very honest and work professionally. Over the past 2 years the company has constantly upgraded their technology by offering updates on technician arrival times, confirming the work performed, maintaining repair parts on their trucks through computerized inventory management, allowing for online payments, and keeping track of customers.Comfort Zone is the only company I will ever use.

I researched Comfort Zone before I made my decision on what company to use for the replacement of my split AC unit, and am very happy with the results. I called on a Friday and got an appointment for Monday. The whole crew was friendly and knowledgeable from my initial call to the receptionist to the guy that came out to inspect and figure out exactly what we need he didn’t just explain what was going on he took his time to walk me through it and even cleaned the drain for free to help out through the weekend. The price he quoted was very reasonable, I really thought it would have been significantly more money. The crew came out Monday and had the everything installed in less than half a day and they were great also very friendly and were concerned about quality of their work, which I appreciate so much. I also had my ducting treated for mold and that was another team who came out the next day and same as before they were professional and cleaned up all the mess. I would most definitely recommend Comfort Zone and call again if needed.

Excellent company! We are very satisfied.We have lived in our south Florida house for 25 years. This is our 4th AC. We were told by the other AC people that it was not possible to get the temperatre to 75 degrees in the heat of summer, in the middle of the day. So, for 25 years we have lived in AC that rose to 82 degrees in the summer.NOT ANYMORE! Comfort zone gave our home the correct sized AC and replaced our old ductwork and gave us better insulation for the attic.Like anything, there were issues that came up like one room did not get the suficient airflow and wasnt getting as cool as the rest of the house. Chris and his team fixed it immediately. Every single issue we had Comfort Zone handled it professionally, quickly and had a great attitude to help us and make sure we were completely satisfied. The best part was they ALWAYS solved the issue.We are very happy that we had our AC installed by Comfort Zone. Chris and the whole team were great. Knowing that we now have a relationship with a company that will be with us for a long time is very comforting.The picture says it all. That is at 2:15 in the afternoon at 90+ degrees outside.

I could not be happier with the service I received from Comfort Zone this past Saturday. I needed to replaced a pancake unit in my condo and it was suggested that we change it out for an air handler in the closet for ease of maintenance. It is super quiet, easier to access and more efficient. Mark (the installer) arrived on time. He was well spoken, explained what they were doing and did a seamless job doing the conversion. The owner stopped to check on things and also had a drywall person there the same day to close in the old vent.I would highly recommend them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I wish I would have never used COMFORT ZONE .The initial consultation was very professional a deposit was paid and a date was set to have the work done. They didnt come or call on the scheduled day and I finally was able to hunt they down 3 days later to ask for a refund which took 2 wks.During those to week, I tried to find a different company and in my desperation decided to give Comfort Zone another chance. So we reschedule to have the work done.They came a day after the scheduled date and the worker didnt speak any English. He was in an unmarked van with nothing to identify himself as a worker of comfort zone, but nonetheless, I let him in and I guess he worked until he ran out of materials. He said that he would finish the next day. that was 4 days ago on 9/26/19 and no one showed up, no one called and i still have no vents covering my AC ducts. I wish I would have never used this company. I Wrote this review after calling for 4 days and not being able to reach anyone.

Replaced a unit for me and when it didnt fit the space they upgraded to another model without charging me extra and also treated the lines w acid so drainage was optimal. Great job

In June 2017 our AC went out and we ended up calling a place called comfort zone air conditioning. The original estimator came out and told us that he believed it could be repaired, and he affected some kind of repair that got it going again.The boss came out the next day to check on the work that was done and told us the reason why the repair wouldn’t last and said we needed a new AC and also told us that he had fired the guy who had been there the day before. Why he offered that information seemed really bizarre at the time, but we let it go.Next they scheduled the install, said it would only take one day and at the end of that one day his team had installed it sideways and it clearly was not going to work.They rescheduled the install again and this time it took three days. It was a nightmare.Finally the AC is in and we put this behind us. Fast forward to late January 2018 and we are freezing, go to turn on the heat… And there is none!Call back COMFORT ZONE and are told “ it was too much trouble & too hot to run the line for the heat option, through the attic so we just didn’t. It will cost you another $250 in a service call to have heat.”Another service call later and we have heat.We decides to put it as a bad experience behind us and obviously never call them again.Unfortunately for the next two years we undertake project after project for tens of thousands of dollars in an attempt to get our house cool. We install $20,000 worth of high impact windows, we hermetically sealed every crevice and door in the house, we install 9” of R18 insulation in the ceiling, both roll out and blown.We still cannot get the AC to run properly and in the summertime if we set the thermostat to 76°, the AC cannot get it below 78° or 79° and that’s if it runs all day. On top of which the humidity averages 59 to 62%.At our wits end this month, June 2020 we decided to call two different (long established) air-conditioning companies to come out and fully research every aspect of our house to find out what is going on, because even according to F P L we have done everything and then some on their checklist.The results came back yesterday with a consensus. When COMFORT ZONE AC installed a unit that was one ton larger than our previous unit, they failed to tell us that the ductwork throughout the house would not be able to handle the increased pressure from the larger unit.As a result, for the last three years the ductwork has been leaking massively, creating negative pressure throughout the house, and because of negative pressure the humidity was literally being sucked in from even microscopic places throughout the house and the roof! Resulting in our power bill soaring and humidity keeping it uncomfortable 24/7.After the second report came back, I gave a courtesy call to Chris, the owner at COMFORT ZONE to see what he had to say… And of course he completely ignored the phone call.Stay away from this company! They are not reputable and they are not professional.Air conditioning in South Florida is a huge expense. Finding a company that has a minimum of a 15 to 20 year history, zero complaints with the Better Business Bureau and hundreds (!) of positive reviews is in your best financial interest.It’s now going to cost us close to $4000 to replace all the ductwork. Had this been included into the original installation, the cost would’ve been greatly reduced as part of a larger project and we would not have had 3 years trying to correct their mistake at our expense. BUYER BEWARE!!In response to YOUR response: 6/11/20. I have Janelles message on my voicemail returning my call to you. I texted you (I kept both texts sent successfully to you asking you to respond) and you chose to ignore all 3 attempts. I can publish the reports by both AC companies which highlight that the install was done incorrectly, the unit was too large for the duct work and the plenum was shortened to creating even more problems. In short, you were and still are in the wrong. Again BUYER BEWARE!

A Fantastic A/C Company!! Searched for a fair, decent, and caring air conditioning contractor and found one in Comfort Zone. They did our original install back in 2015 and we have been using them ever since. Chris runs an honest, reputable operation, and if anything goes wrong he will make it right. He came out recently for a quick maintenance check, found and showed me the problem, and corrected it. Jessica is a wonderful asset as well. She is not only a pleasure to talk to, she is informative, and always does her best to accommodate your needs and schedule. Great reliability, cost efficient, and excellent customer service.

Chris, from Comfort Zone was extremely helpful from the beginning. He came over and gave us a free estimate for the work that needed to be done and spent a lot of time answering questions. They then went the extra mile to make sure we were happy and made sure the job was completed appropriately, even though, it ended up being a larger job than they anticipated, and although it took extra time, they did not charge us any more money. Chris was very nice throughout the process, and I would definitely recommend him.

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!! What a terrible experience all around. It started when I tried to contact them about my A/C unit that is under warranty. First, they tried to tell me I was not in their system and they couldnt locate my warranty. Its as simple as entering a serial number on the Rheem website, which I had to do myself. Then they tried to tell me that the warranty could not be transferred since the previous home owner was the one to purchase the unit. I proved that to be a lie also. The owner, Chris, came to the house to diagnose the problem after I had already told him what the problem was. (I had a friend who is an expert in A/C take a look at it). Of course, Chris had the same diagnosis I already provided him with. They were going to try to charge me $109 just to look at it. Once I got them to admit the part would be covered by the warranty Chris then tried to rob me by charging a ridiculous amount to install a simple motor. The whole thing was a terrible experience and I dont wish it upon anyone. It is good to know that there are honest people out there and I was able to get the part replaced under warranty and installed at HALF the price Chris tried to get out of me. I cant stress enough how horribly this company treated me. Please stay away and find somebody with a little integrity.

We had the great pleasure of meeting Chris and his team from Comfort Zone A/C.They fixed our A/C quickly and at a great price.In addition we had asked for them to help make one of our rooms cooler. They inspected the room and were able to solve the problem. Now our roomer is much cooler and comfortable. The cost was much lower cost than what I expected since I thought I had to add a separate A/C unit for the room. It turned out that the previous duct work was done properly.In addition they took the time to demonstrate how my A/C works and gave use advice on how we can keep my energy costs down and keep our system running clean.I highly recommend Comfort Zone to anyone that needs A/C work in their home. Friendly, fast and at a great price! What else can we ask for.Thank you Chris! You definitely practice the most important rules in business, deliver great customer service at great value with a smile.

Outstanding A/C company! They did a very clean/professional job installing new ductwork for an office, lots of attention to detail, especially regarding the design. Unlike most companies in SoFla, they actually showed up, got things completed the first time around, and did so at a competitive rate. Worst experience please use Hi Vac Ac ! I had comfort come out told me I needed 1 pound of Freon charged me $276. A few days later my ac wasn’t working again. They came out told me nothing was wrong. My ac was 82 degree with two sick kids in the middle of summer. The very unprofessional man was rude and told me when it gets hot I need to figure out why it’s not working and call them. Well after he left it got hot again. They said they will try and fix it and never sent someone out again. I would never recommend them and will never use them again. Hi vac came out within the hour and fixed their mistakes. Unfortunately I lost money but I know for next time.

Stay away they are very nice but they do not follow the minimum standards recommended by the manufacturer. After completing the install they didn’t pull a vacuum on the system until I insisted. When they finally were able to pull a vacuum down to five hundred microns as per pg 31 of the manufacturers installation guide (which says this is “THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THE INSTALLATION”), the vacuum wouldn’t hold because there was a leak either in the unit or in their equipment. When I asked them to perform a leak test they agreed but said that they wouldn’t pull the system back down because it took too long. The removal of all noncondensables is vital to the longevity of any unit because when air mixes with the oil in the refrigerant it creates an acid which deteriorates the compressor motor windings. The compressor is one of the most expensive parts of the system. After this we agreed to removing the unit and going our separate ways. They said they didn’t want customers like me. I guess they like ignorant customers that don’t know better. I hired another company and when they finished installation it took about 2 hours for them to pull a vacuum down to factory specs. Comfort Zone wasted a lot of my time and energy.

I called this company after seeing positive reviews online. The reviews got it right this time. The Estimate was done by Gustavo who was an honest and straight forward about our issue. They set me up with their installer named Delton who took his time to do it right the first time. Overall, fair price, great work, and customer service.

The owner, Christian, and his team is professional, caring and flexible. They sent in a portable AC when completion of installation within one day was not possible due to the structure of my house. They offered reasonable price and the job was well done. Christian is also a nice, talktive guy to work with.Update: Today is 9/17/18, about half a year after Chris installed my AC and about two months after my AC started to leak. Chris has sent 5 rounds of his repairmen but its never been fixed. During this period of time, Chris cancelled my appointments two times without notice. I lost time and money waiting for him at home for nothing, and I started to lose confidence in the firm and Chris. Today, the last repairman came in and left without getting it done. I have to contact Chris again and in the meantime, have to downgrade its rating to 4 star. Well see how much more time they need to fix this and Ill keep updating the process.Update: Today is 9/19/18. Unfortunately, in the last two days, Comfort Zone and Chris disappeared from me even though I tried many times to call them and left two voice messages explaining the situation and demanding them to call me back. No responses at all in two days. Very disappointed and down graded to one star.Update: Today is 1/21/19. Chris called me back in October, saying there was changes in his staff and promised to send in technicians ASAP. unfortunately, the repairs in October and November failed to fix the minor leakage and I had to continue my complaint. Chris, at this point of time, manifested his high quality of a responsible business owner. He personally showed up in mid December to investigate the persistent issue. He concluded the solution would be elevating the machine with a new base to make sure a leveled foundation. By end of December, the project came down to a done done perfect end. No leakage at all. I finally felt at ease.I appreciate Chris final solution and a lot of great personalities and strength. Id like to resume my five-star for him as ultimately, hes a responsible and capable business owner. In the mean time, this issue did drag for too long, which restrained myself. I think a 4-star is more appropriate. I believe Chris will do even better jobs in the future for his customers and hope all the customers who read my story can testify 5-star jobs Chris will provide.

I called on a Saturday morning, after my a/c died, and to my delight, had someone out a few hours later. When Chris, the owner showed up, I never received a business card or written estimate. After he determined the part needed, he tried to call Carrier as it was still under warranty. They were closed. He told me he would check other a/c units at the warehouse to see if a spare part could be used temporarily. Unfortunately none were available but a kind gesture anyways. I was told on Monday the part would be picked up from Carrier and installed, and the labor charge would be $250. Monday morning I called to confirm this was happening, but the person who answered said that would not be happening and the first available day would be Thursday. Needless to say I was pretty ticked off. I relayed what I was told by the owner, and she told me shed get back to me. She called back to say someone would be coming out that day and the charge would be $300. I had to renegotiate to get the rate originally promised. This annoyed me.The technician came a few hours later and replaced the part in under an hour.Overall, happy with work done. Just feel the experience was a bit unprofessional. Also, never received a final invoice... hope I dont run into an issue with a labor warranty.

Comfort Zone AC, Inc. is awesome! They installed my new AC a few months ago and were extremely professional, courteous, flexible, and efficient. Even when my condo office forgot to make sure the roof was open for them (this was a HUGE snafoo because a contractor was there with a crane) Comfort Zone just kept moving forward with patient, prompt, effective service until the job was done. Yesterday my AC started giving me some trouble. I made an appt online- super easy to do- and they responded right away. The technician Daniel was very well versed in his field and did great detective work to quickly discover the issue- a faulty part. He made sure everything was in working order before leaving. He was so thorough. Whenever I have called, Jessica is so nice. She patiently listens to what is going on and helps me problem solve. Her customer service is above and beyond. You will be very impressed with this company! I highly recommend them!

The owner Chris showed up and quickly demonstrated that he knows what hes doing and that hes interested in providing smart services at a fair price. (Hint: I was in the HVAC biz up north for 30 years and my old team was vetting everything.)Chris was straight up and a refreshing change from what are generally our poor experiences with contractors in south Florida.)We received an earlier quote from another contractor (SE) that clearly was only interested in taking our money on a bogus leasing program. Five Star Company all the way! First, their communication is fantastic! (A rarity in South Florida.). Second, the quality of their work is outstanding!Chris originally came over to inspect my AC (I purchased my house last year and have spent the past several months remodeling it). His recommendations were clear and reasonably priced. When he and his associate pulled the coils out I couldn’t even see the copper color. When they put them back in, the coils were so clean they looked like brand new. And he did so late on a Friday afternoon so I could be cool and comfortable for the weekend.Later, he came back to replace an older split unit – great workmanship and attention to detail during the process. During the course of that second visit, he had a team come in to clean the ducts, and they discovered a rip in one of them. When he was inspecting their work he also noticed that a second duct had been squeezed shut by the work of a subcontractor. His ‘duct specialist’ came over the next morning, a Saturday, and installed two new ducts.As other customers have mentioned, Chris and his team are very passionate about their work and very, very caring. I have already recommended him to a couple of neighbors and will definitely call him every year to keep my AC units running clean and smooth. And I am writing this review in hopes that those of you who are looking for an AC Service Company give them a call. As a small business owner myself, I love to see quality businesses grow and thrive, plus helping others (customers such as myself) connect with quality workers around here is vitally important. I originally called Comfort Zone for an alternative estimate for installing a new AC compressor. Not only did his estimate come in lower, he came in 25% lower than a local competitor so accepting his offer was a no brainer. The techs came quickly, did an excellent job and didnt leave a mess. Look no further for your AC repair service needs!

THINK TWICE BEFORE HIRING THIS COMPANY11/11/15, new A/C installed. 11/12/15, realized no hot water and oil dripping from new unit. 11/13/15, after my husband and myself leaving several messages with the answering service, Chris (Owner or whomever) finally returned our call. Chris informed that it was residual from the old unit and that they did nothing to the water heater. End result, Chris and I had an unpleasant conversation on the phone and he finally sent the guy (his name Chris too) back out to look at the unit. The hot water situation was rectified but they continued to tell us that the oil leaking from the new installation (also leaking onto the water heater) was residual from the old unit and that it will stop within about 2 1/2 weeks. However, this Chris also said that he had never seen oil drip like this in his 16 years experience. You would think he would check his work to make sure that was the situation, but he didnt, he reiterated the same thing Chris (the owner) said.11/25/15, the day before Thanksgiving, the new A/C unit stopped working. That night, I am expecting my family from out of town, and I am hosting Thanksgiving dinner for about 40 people the next day, and we have absolutely NO COLD AIR. Comfort Zone stated they were open until 6:00 p.m. I called about 5 times, my husband called both Chris, I sent emails, and NO ONE returned not one of our calls, not even the guy who installed the unit, who stated we could call if we had any further problems. I was almost in tears. My husband had to run out the day before Thanksgiving and buy 3 fans. I also spoke to an experienced a/c tech that night and he stated he had never heard of what Chris had stated (residual from the old unit), that there had to be a leak somewhere. He said he did not want to come out and touch the unit because it was so new. On Friday, you think Chris would call, but no, I had to call the company again and finally a nice gentleman, Frank, called and came out and found the problem. There was a leak in the NEW installation.To this day, Chris, who I dealt with in choosing the company has yet to call to apologize for any of our inconvenience. I am sure he and his family was very comfortable on Thanksgiving and enjoying themselves. He did not care one bit about anyone else. Chris received our messages and ignored them. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO IMPROVE ON CUSTOMER SERVICE, FILLED WITH EXCUSES, HAS NO FOLLOW THROUGH/FOLLOW UP and NO AFTER HOURS ASSISTANCE, EVEN FOR THEIR OWN INSTALLATIONS. They rarely answer the phone and most of the time, you are dealing with their answering service. DO NOT be like me and choose this company based on all the reviews on this site.

While looking at reviews for a competitor I found this company. The competitors reviews were not good and I was wondering who I could go to without getting ripped off when I found a review that named this company after they had a bad experience with someone else. So I looked up reviews for Comfort Zone and was pleasantly surprised with how much praise customers gave them. I looked at there website for further review. As a first time home owner it is hard to find companies in which they deal honestly, dont rip you off intentionally or through incompetence, and try to hard sell you on services/products. I took a chance and called as I had a leak coming from my air conditioner that needed immediate attention. I spoke to Chris and he was very helpful, provided pricing for service call as well as for what I thought the issue could be; as Im no expert, and made my appointment for the same day. He also called me later to let me know the tech was on the way. The tech was pleasant and efficient, the issue was what I thought it was as well as something else the tech found. But the end price was exactly what Chris provided. Pleasant experience and I am not one to forget which is why I posted this review. Will be using them again and would encourage others to give them a try.

Found and repaired the Problem...

Outstanding customer service, quality, and responsiveness. Replaced my two old HVAC systems, had to upgrade one system due to unexpected space limitations when removing the old system and did so at no additional cost. Also, a Nest system wouldnt reboot after the replacement, so they took it away (putting a temporary thermostat in), activated the warranty for me, got a brand new one, and installed it, again all at no additional charge. Truly excellent.

Comfort Zone AC is a Joke..I am filing this complaint based on several different factors. Comfort zone AC and its owner, Christian Anton have led me on and caused stress and anguish in my life, as well as lost wages. First, the proposal that was given to me has changed daily, We originally agreed on specifics for the entire project that turned out to be a lie, On day one we discussed an assessment and start of work, However the men who were hired were unlicensed sub contractors. This team came to my home and walked around the house and did absolutely nothing. After I brought this up with Christian Anton the owner who was present on only one day of this entire project, he just blew it off. I told him I needed to know when his crew would return and they had no idea. The next day after I arrived home from work they just showed up. I had to take two days of work off because they could only give me this time. I had no other choice since the AC was not working. I lost wages and was written up at work. I then was sent an invoice that was double the original estimate for services that were not rendered, this is fraudulent charges. At the very beginning I explained how unprofessional his subcontractors were and presented him with this list of items. Here is the complete list that was not addressed and were left for days undone. 1.The assessment was done but no-one was willing to look in the attic to see exactly what I needed. Therefore since this step was overlooked, the back bedrooms which include my master bedroom did not have any ventilation installed. The subcontractors kept saying, we are just here to get this thing turned on. I was extremely concerned with this issue since I would be sleeping in a room with no AC, but was paying for a complete new system. I was forced to spend days with no AC in my back bedrooms this caused a great deal of stress for me and my family. 2. Holes were made inside and outside my home without any permission and left open. The exterior of the house was opened and wiring and copper piping was exposed, I called the office and no-one would get back to me or return my call. I called the entire weekend with concerns for my family that there was a large hole outside, that leads to my attic and into my home left open. Any number of rodents or pests could have crawled into this space and created a problem. I sent photos to Christian about this issue and was ignored. Was told by reception that hes out of town but I could hear him in the background whispering.4. Subcontractors started work and left for hours without coming back to finish. They gave me one excuse after another and stopped responding to me. The subcontractors attempted several times to call the owner Chris, with no response, he screened and ignored their calls. 6. Overflow pump was installed incorrectly, which lead to water not draining correctly which lead to water dripping from the piping damaging the floors.. The subcontractors explained they would be back to fix it, days went by with water dripping into a bucket, another subcontractors was there and notified me of the leak, she was there to do some dry walling, She sent a message to Chris the owner, but he never responded., They fixed the issue on the last day which was unacceptable.7. I signed the permit application at Chriss office, he then had this documentation notarized without me being present and without a photo ID, this is illegal.buyer Beware. Please look at the FL DBPR license check and look under his history he has been suspended and has failed his customers. Please also check yelp, google reviews and Angies list he has mad multiple accounts to avoid being caught.

I had Technician Chris, come after having Air around the clock. He was very thorough in his work, after the new coils, he pressured the system and found another leak way down at the bottom of the feed under the concrete. He came back and isolated the leak and then sweat the copper and pressure checked again. I am happy to have a company and employee who is thorough of his work. I have used Comfort Zone 3 times for service. The first time was a great experience. The second time was mediocre. And the third time was lousy. I guess it all just depends on the service tech that you receive.

Stay away. I used them to initially install a new AC unit. They recommended a York. So, everything went fine. 1.5 years later, the York leaked all the freon out. First service check, the tech said nothing was wrong with it. I had to fight to get another one out without a second charge since it was not ok (blowing out 74 with AC).They did come out and did not charge me for 2nd visit, but the second tech put freon in and it was working fine, but said there was a leak but he couldnt find it. So, to see if the freon fixes it or leaks out. Their tech also commented that Yorks leak frequently, hmm, maybe that is why you recommend them? Called another company that is coming out to detect the leak, they also confirmed that Yorks are known for leaks.

They are very courteous and thorough. I recommend Comfort Zone!

I heard of Comfort Zone thru a guy in my complex. I called the owner. Once I got a quote from him I knew I was gonna be happy. He saved me over $500 compaired with the second lowest AC company I called. Thanks for the cold ac, I will tell my friends!

I just want to mention that I am really disapointed in your service. You guys wanted to charged me 350$ for a breaker today after paying 50$ a service fees two day ago. You end up make pay 169$ for the breaker but the AC was still not working. Chris the Tech guy told me that the compressor was not able to be fix and I should changed it for 1900$ or change my entire AC system for 4600$.I call another companies and they fix my compressor for 135$. I will not recommend your company to anyone and I am really not impress by how much you try to get out of my pocket.Kind Regards

Other AC companies are just trying to make a quick buck when installing AC units and they do a very poorly job.but comfort zone air conditioning company are here for the customer satisfaction and they would not do you wrong. This company was referred to me by a friend of mine and let me tell you the honesty of this company by far exceeded anything I expected from any a/c companies down here in South Florida. First let me tell you I had called Air Around the clock, Air America, and some other company call Penguin or something for an evaulation on my system and a free estimate for a new one. All wanted to sell me a new system like really under pressure. After my friend said call Comfort Zone they came out and evalutated my system and all I needed was a good coil cleaning to increase the efficiency of my system. They did provide an estimate for me but never insisted that I needed a new system like right away. Its only 8 yrs old and I think my system can last longer than that. My home is cooler and fresh and none of the other companies recommended anything like a coil cleaning or system maintenance. Just sell .. I will refer Comfort Zone to anyone that needs a good honest air conditioning company. Kathy..

I had a brand new unit installed back at the beginning of November 2016. I am still waiting on the girl in the office to call me back after leaving several messages. I still do not have a permit, or inspection from the city. After installatin, I had to have the owner come out and solve a problem which the installer could not resolve. Their websit claims we dont stop until you are happy. YES THEY DO! Try someone else.....

I had to actually cancel my appointment, but I found the company to handle all calls professionally and the response time was fast. I will refer to them when the need arises in the future.

I recently had called Comfort Air Zone Air Conditioning with an EMERGENCY that needed to be taken care of ASAP. I had no Air !!Chris showed up, what seemed to be immediately.. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE; THEY WILL LEAVE A TAIL AND CHARGE YOU FOREVER!!!Ok. Here’s my story:First time call and got an appointment set up quickly. The A/C guy was nice and checked up everything, then found out the contactor wasn’t connect well. He pressed it and the A/C worked again. However, he just fixed it temporarily and not solving the problem completely. He said if the contactor not working again then he will come and change it. I asked how much it cost, and he said he didn’t have it now but let me call the customer service and they will give me a quote.SHORTLY, after that, the contactor doesn’t work AGAIN. However, when I call them, the customer service lady was RUDELY told me -- We don’t give quote by phone. I can send the A/C guy to check and it charge $49, then they will let me know how much it cost to change the contactor. When I explained what the A/C guy told me last time, but the lady was very impatient and asked me “DO YOU WANT TO SET UP THE APPOINTMENT OR NO!”.!!!!Surely I’m not going with them anymore at all!!!
