I dont always post reviews unless they are really good or really bad. This company is AMAZING. My AC started having major issues, not cooling good enough, ac temperatures rising around 79-80 degrees in my home while it was set to 74. I had 4 companies come and they all charged me bs fees. One wanted $249 just to go in the attic to check it out. Another company said i have a bad compressor and evaporator meaning over $2000 fix(my ac is 2yrs old) Was referred to mr air by a friend. Yakob came checked out my ac late in the evening, pointed out the problem that all these companies were just trying to make money on. Ordered the part came next day. Yakob said all it needs is a Valve to be replaced. He came and replaced it charged me 1/3 of what these other companies wanted just to inspect it.. everyones out to scam nowadays. Dont waste your time on other compainies and have Yakob and his team from MR air and come and fix your AC! I will refer all ny friends to Mr AirThank you MR AIR for the professional and fast service. We had an issue with the ac unit, the first technician incorrectly diagnosed the issue and added too much refrigerant to the line, which caused the unit to keep shutting off. A week later a different technician came and quickly diagnosed the fixed the problem. The owner of the company called and apologized for the trouble and refunded our initial repair costs and did not charge for the follow up visit to make things right. The owner and the second technician offered sincere apologizes for the mistake, which is not an easy thing to do. I really appreciate the integrity of them making things right for us. This OFFICE manager was SO rude to me on the phone. I called to tell her that my ac wasnt working and that I have a medical condition and two babies in the house and was concerned this morning. She said they are all booked and that they can see me tomorrow morning. I asked if she can make an exception since I have a medical condition that is made worse without the a/c which can send me to the hospital... she was annoyed on the phone that I was making her ask her boss if they can make an exception. She could care less about me as a human being. When I went to go check to see what the issue was with the A/C- it seems there was probably no coolant even though Mr Air was just out here 3 months ago... They made it seem like it was over 3 months ago- coolant shouldnt run out that fast... mind you they have been to my house ever 4 months with maintenance issues and EVEN tried charging me for my last visit due to a maintenance issue which should be covered under my contract. I decided to be nice and call her back to let her know that it shouldnt be a long visit if they could squeeze me in since it seems coolant related and that I felt air pushing out of the units. She in turn berated me on the phone for bothering her again and said We are full and I will let you know if I speak to my boss later! I told that being nice goes a long way and that I am not asking her to do magic and make appointments happen. I am asking her to be kind and she mocked me and so I yelled back at her and told to be a decent human being. She told me her name and I told her that I was FINALLY done with Mr. Air after 5 years of using them because of her attitude. I told her I was going to cancel my services and she said I would be GLAD to help you with that. THIS IS WHO YOU ARE DOING BUSINESS WITH! It is a shame because the owner of the company is very nice. On to another company now.

They installed new AC unit in my apartment and it leaked so bad that I almost flooded my neighbors twice and had mold in the wall. After several attempts at fixing it (including by the owner) without resolution, I got another company to fix it. It was installed on a tilt, which caused the leaks. They came in and fixed it once and I havent had a problem since.

Mr. Air is one of the best businesses I have ever dealt with. Yakov and his team are top notch! I found them through a friend who recommended them and used them to install a new unit. I received three other estimates with Mr. Air not only being cheaper, but making recommendations on new intakes and moving old ones (at no additional cost than what was already quoted, but more additional work for them) for efficiency and equalizing pressure throughout the house (think cracked open doors that slam shut once AC kicks on) that not one of the other three companies even suggested. Additionally, theyre on time for all their service calls and standby their work, as I did have one issue that they thought was fixed but was not. There was no additional charge for another half day of work even after only paying for a basic service call the first visit. I have since recommend them to others that have older units going strong two years later after a few hundred dollar parts replacement when two other estimates said the entire unit would need to be replaced for $6K+.

WOW !!!My friends Maxine & Mike raved about the Mr.Air company & president.I have had a service contract with a company for 20 years so I thought i would have little need of Mr.Air services.I had the service contract company install a complete system 7 years ago. I only contacted them 6 times because my system wasn’t draining properly; their lackluster technicians did little (vacuumed pipe) & always said “ it’s not draining because the building pipe needs to be cleaned ”. Finally the building pipe was cleaned and 3 days later my system wasn’t draining again. A few days later my AC system stopped working.I reluctantly contacted my service contract company and was informed my contract expired. I decided to contact the Mr.Air company.WOW !!!My friends Maxine & Mike didn’t rave enough about the Mr.Air company & president. The phone operator was very friendly and quickly scheduled an appointment the same day. The knowledgeable, pleasant technician quickly determined that the fan motor needed replacement. He also determined that the evaporator coil needs cleaning & the germicidal UV system needs a replacement bulb. Why didn’t the 6 service contract company technicians determine & share this information with me.WOW !!!The next day the technician arrived on time and to my DELIGHT he informed me that thefan motor ( $500. ??? ) was still under a 10 year warranty. He quickly replaced the fan motor for a very reasonable labor charge.Well, the technician will be returning soon to to clean coils and replace bulb.thank you, thank you, thank you for your exceptional service.larry kay
