Great people they have move my equipment for 15 years i have no problem

Was told that they didn’t have the keys to my motorcycle, and after inspecting the vehicle myself I couldn’t find them. I needed the keys to access documentation within the vehicle necessary to get the vehicle back. After an extra two weeks of being sent on a run-around between the PD, the DMV, and several more trips to the impound to double check, I was finally able to obtain everything needed to get it out. When I went today, my keys were miraculously in the ignition after not being there for weeks. They lied about my keys to make more money off of me. After spending $2,000 dollars due to them lying, the manager said that there was nothing he could do, and was very rude when I asked why my keys were there only after I shelled out 2 grand. He only asked if I “wanted it or not” after I expressed my frustration. The manager only exists to extort money from those that are unlucky enough to make his sorry acquaintance.

Called Jose about a car and told him about the price I offered and then he said to go over there but I called to clarify the price to make sure we are on the same page. Why would he send the address if he isnt accepting my price. Be more clear.Imagine if I drove over there and wasted my time. So unprofessional!

If your car is towed and held here, try to collect it before a 3 day period. My car was taken on a Friday for registration issues, being unable to get paperwork over the weekend, I was charged $556 for a 4 day impound for Friday-Monday afternoon. After 3 days they will charge you an extra $200+ allowed under towing laws (they charged me on the dot). The reason for 1 star is because I was not told my car was held here, when I called I was refused any answer until I gave the name of the company I was asked to contact. When I came to pick up the car I was not given any written authorization for towing my vehicle, and I was told the total was $556 without being shown any kind of receipt. After my transaction I also was not informed of any prosecution agency or law enforcement to contact for legal action, which is California law.If you can avoid their overcharges please do, for moving permits go to the DMV the same day and you may have a chance at recovering your car sooner. They manipulate the law to charge hundreds over reasonable pricing.update: I received a letter in the mail a month later about this business now applying to hold a lien sale on my car. Do not support these crooks taking from regular people.

Today I went to pickup my vehicle which was stolen and recovered at Pomona Valley Towing. I understand each towing facility has regulations they follow and may be difficult for a victim of a crime to pay out money that was of no fault of themselves. The issue is to be victimized by the towing facility with rudeness and no sense of what has happened to the owner of the vehicle they are recovering. I paid my 1000.00 dollars plus before I could even look at my vehicle and then could not even see the person who I was doing business with. My vehicle was brought outside and set in the outer parking lot next to one of their tow trucks. When it became necessary to have my vehicle move to repair shop we asked if they could move their tow truck so AAA tow truck could have access to my Vehicle. The person informed us that was not his problem and would not move their vehicle. It is apparent that they have no customer service and must not rely on contract with Police organizations to sustain their business. What a horrible experience that I wish no one would have to go thru.

The new owner, mr. Carpinelli is the sort of character that deserves his own TV show. Hes a true car lover, and it shows in the way his drivers handle towing of customer vehicles. To top it off, place also doubles as a public auction, with interesting and varied cars. Prices are very competitive and they can handle anything, including 18 wheelers and buses. Highly recommended.

Dont go there and dont ask me no questionsbecause I might tell you what I really think.

Great towing company! Had a blow out on the highway. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and had someone out very quickly. Jose was very professional. They are also very reasonably priced. Would definitely use again.

They have 1 Handicap Parking Stall but you cant use it because it is being used by the EMPLOYEES WHO HAVE NO PLACKARD or HANDICAP PLATE. What a shame by the Company and the Ties With Law Enforcement who Refuse to Enforce the law. This statement is not a result of any bitter dealings but only to show how above the unenforced law and uncaring ways people can be.

I called for information and the receptionist did not know how to explain properly which, was extremely frustrating and confusing, she ended up hanging up on me. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Next time, she should admit that she has very little knowledge about the topic and she should offer to get someone on the line that is well informed about the topic.

They were very easy to work with to get my hubbys truck back.

The towing prices and daily storage are outrageous, but unfortunately, are in line with other towing services. The staff, however, are wonderful. They are helpful and courteous.

Employee was extremely rude to my friend who was picking up his vehicle after it was illegally towed. (Didnt pay anything at the end). The employee threatened to not release the vehicle if we kept asking questions. Theyre the reason the tow industry is given a bad name.

They work with the local police Dept. So there for is no way you can argue towed done thru them. If you really really think you have 100% proof you had and incorrect tow done by them, I suggest take it to small claims or hire an attorney. Is not that I dont support local law enforcement, is just that we all make mistakes some times 😜👮👮 ✌

I had the worse experience with this company. I called for a tow truck at 630am and they said ut would take and a half hours after hours and no tow truck I call to find out they never dispatch the truck so they sent one and I had to wait 2 and a half more hours. I call them again days later and the tow guy said he would not take my car unless I agreed that if he danged something out would not be his fault I will not be doing business with this company again.

This company is just amazing.Nothing but good things i have to say about the staff and drivers. My BMW broke down on towne and mission i called pomona valley towing to see what they will charge to take me to ontario the lady who answered the phone gave me a price of $85 which is a bargain because all of the other towing companies wanted to charge me 100 and up. they gave me a 30 minute eta driver got there within 15 mins, because it was a BMW the driver used whats called soft straps to tie down my car at no charge. i will definitley use this company again..!!!

Avoid Towing your Motorcycle with this company !!!Ahh !! What a hassle to have a motorcycle towed with this guys. I called them and asked for a quote, Maria provided me with assistance, we arranged for the location from where to tow the bike and the location where to transport it to, I paid for the tow with a credit card over the phone and end of story right ... ?Wrong !!It turns out that Maria, after the bike had been picked up, wanted someone (able and willing) to provide assistance to the tow truck driver to unload the motorcycle. I explained to her that I was at work and not at the drop off location and that the only people at the house were my retired uncle (who is not healthy at the moment) and my aunt (who is not doing to good either). Well, that did not seem to mater to Maria who again demanded someone to be at the drop off location to help the driver unload the truck and she said also that this is such a hasle right now dealing with you and your motorcycle.... If she had made such demand before the deal was made I would have called a different towing company, because I was not going to put my uncles at risk of injury. In the end I had to call my cousin to please rush to their house and help this useless tow truck driver unload the bike otherwise god knows what would have happened...Avoid towing motorcycles with this tow truck company !! Not worth it !!
